  1. I found one part of the article most disturbing. "Girls were threatened with fines if they forfeited." In other words you HAD to take your beating.

  2. The reality is that these excesses of support for certain groups diminishes the basic rights of everyone, for example, for women’s rights and religious rights. Once we say that protecting these LGBTQ2S+ groups’ rights comes at all costs, those costs will include the majority of people accepting education and enforcement of values they don’t like or want for themselves or their children. It’s on the level of social engineering. People are making fun of Trump selling Bibles and talking about keeping America Judeo-Christian, but he’s absolutely right that without asserting the values upon which our civilization was founded, we will lose that civilization and way of life. The “Christian” West has a fertility problem: Our countries have pushed the sexual revolution to the limit, supporting lifestyles that will not result in natural born children. We are also giving free birth control to young women and girls. We are supporting unlimited abortion rights, going as far as enshrining it as a right (France). We’re also euthanizing greater numbers of people and making life unaffordable for families in order to “save the planet” from climate change. You have to see the overall pattern here, which is a rejection of the values that made our civilization thrive and reproduce itself (“Go forth and multiply”). The mass decline in population of Christians will fuel immigration and further erasure of the Christian West. People don’t seem to understand that our former values were the secret of our success. Not all that glitters is gold. With the rainbow revolution you’re going to see further diminishing of traditional families. Muslims will oppose it generally, but once dominantly Christian societies like Quebec are now the most vehemently opposed societies to religious expression. The secular agenda (France, Quebec, most of urban North America) is the LGBTQ2S+ agenda. It’s being framed as a defence against antisemitism, but it actually represents the end of Judaism, Islam, Christianity, and other religions. It represents extension of the secular/sexual revolution and further suppression of the family and natural male and female identities. The state becomes the parents in this brave new world. This is what’s at stake in the culture wars. Many evangelicals refer to it as spiritual warfare. They are mocked as out of touch and superstitious, but in this revolution, I’m on their side.

  3. Below is the correct definition of the world's leading cult, and the United States' ONLY cult. "Democrat Party is the grammatically correct term for the Democratic Party. The Party is not "democratic," and proper nouns like "Democrat" are not converted into adjectives by adding "ic" as a suffix. For example, it is not the "Republicanic Party," or the "Libertarianic Party," or a "Smith-ic Wedding." yet many Democrats bristle at the term "Democrat Party." and perhaps they prefer the false illusion that their party is somehow more "democratic" than other parties. In fact, the Democrat Party is less democratic than the other political parties. In the 1800s, the Democrat Party was predominantly pro-slavery. Today, the Democrat Party is predominantly pro-abortion and left-wing on social and economic issues." https://www.conservapedia.com/Democrat_Party

  4. What does it matter what they get paid, they could have raised it to double or triple that and most Canadians would have just shrugged their shoulders...oh well... Our politicians are above the law, and they are all out of touch with the voters...i would be all for paying some that kind of money if they had some leadership abilities...which for some reason here in Canada is almost as rare as blue moon, or the leafs winning the cup... It kind of cements the idea that this country is all about individuals, give me, give me...those days of what can i do for my nation is long gone...

  6. You forgot to include Canada in that list of countries not accepting Jews. "This included more than 900 Jewish passengers of the M.S. St. Louis, who were refused entry into Canada, and were forced to return to Europe. Subsequently, when the Nazis invaded Belgium, France, and the Netherlands in 1940, more than 250 of the passengers who were denied entry were murdered in the Holocaust. Additionally, many Canadians lost relatives, loved ones and friends in Nazi death camps. As a result of Canada's wartime policies, nearly 2,300 men were interned as "enemy aliens" in camps across the country between 1940 and 1943. These were mostly Jewish refugees from Austria and Germany."

  7. So about those Palestinian protests. Why they're so well-organized, and how they can keep turning out so many people week after week for months on end. After the horrors of Oct. 7 — and after the pro-Hamas crowd started showing up in big numbers, with professional-looking organizers and signage — suspicion grew. In the past, anti-Israel protests were rag-tag efforts, and few and far between. The post-Oct. 7 protests were anything but. They were big, they were noisy, and they were causing chaos from the island of Manhattan to the island of Vancouver. They looked like the sort of rallies that professional political parties put together. Did that many people really hate the Jewish state? No. Because if you’re getting paid to be there — effectively just an actor — then you’re just playing a role. Which suggests that the anti-Israel protests are as phony as a three-dollar bill. https://torontosun.com/opinion/columnists/kinsella-who-is-behind-funding-for-pro-palestinian-protesters

  9. Actually, the laws are on the books. We just need a legally elected president to enforce the law.

  10. I can't see the poll RoboDerp failed to link to but i do note that the aggregate sites like 270 to win still have trump ahead in Wisconsin. That's as of march 26. https://www.270towin.com/2024-presidential-election-polls/ At any rate - i'm sure that the dems will press charges against trump over something else and he'll go right back up

  13. It’s true, yet greenhouse gas emissions keep going up. Of course it’s got nothing to do with the immigration of a million people in one year. That’s carbon neutral. Our government is so smart.

  14. Make it too toxic to come here illegally and punish the companies that hire them severly where the risk isn't worth the reward and make them us E-Verify . No jobs, no housing and no government services= no reason to come here. Also close the asylum loophole, only accept asylum seekers from countries that share a border with us and not take any economic asylum seekers. Build the wall with sensors and cameras and have drones actively patrolling the border with border patrol agents close enough to investigate attempted breaches. Once we clear out all the people trying to come in for jobs it will be easier to catch the drug cartels smuggling.

  16. So what crimes has trump actually been convicted of?
    1 point
  17. Exactly - a crime. A criminal code violation. Civil regulation violations are not crimes. You don't get "Convicted" of jaywalking. You don't get "convicted" of building code violations. You DO get "convicted" for murder. Murder is a violation of CRIMINAL code. Trump was not charged under criminal code. A surety posted for a criminal code violation is a very different creature from a bond applied to allow someone to challenge a civil court fine. I thought you'd said you'd been to law school. Anyway. As noted there's never been anything remotely close to that, it's improper in the extreme and the appeals court noted that and severely reduced it. Which makes something that was already obviously a witch hunt look like even MORE of a witch hunt.

  18. They didn't "just happen " when he began running for the Presidency. He LIED about that to you. Trump in the record, has been involved in over 4000 lawsuits since 1973....and in many that he LOST, he paid the winner off to.avoid the scandals . That doesn't mean he won those cases even though he claimed he did.

  19. I wish that we had a FOX NEWS channel here in communist Canada. We once had a conservative news channel called The Sun News Network, decades ago, but the Marxists at the CRTC would not renew their license. Canadians are not allowed to get the other side of the story. Only the Marxist side of the story will be allowed to be told here in Canukistan. 😐

  22. That strikes me as very unlikely. If other people's well being was of importance to you then you wouldn't be a liberal in the first place. Sure. I'm familiar with him and his work going all the way back to the NFA days. - I absolutely do have a better idea than he does as a rule. I like Fred, he's a good guy and he did lay out a good plan but he has trouble with the 'big picture' view of campaigns and issues. And he had a bad candidate. Took off out of the gate, stalled on the gun flip flop, had nothing in the tank for the back half. Campaigning is not easy and i don't think o'toole really had the skill set. I really don't care what you do, with military OR political expertise. but i do know my stuff and it's relatively clear you don't. Awwww - you lefties are so cute when you try to be all passive agressive It's more likely you're a bit of a dishonest 1diot. Well you're dressed for it - you've got egg on your face.

  23. You create greenhouse gases for selfish reasons like trying to work enough to feed your wife and children for no better reason than you care about them. Like one lousy family makes a difference - she's doing it to save the WHOLE WORLD for god's sake man!!!! Get some perspective!!! Don't you feel bad about your greed now?

  24. I am happy for you. I am sure you have a better idea of how solid the CPC vote is than Fred Delorey. However, just as I defer to the expertise of Doug and Army Guy in military matters, I should defer to your political expertise. I wonder if Mr. Poilievre would do even better without your help. But that's just me. I am disappointed you didn't feel confident enough to explain CPC's policies. Pehaps I missed it in all the silly hyperbole. Happy Easter.

  27. You're an lDIOT if you believe what you quoted expresses "hatred for Trump." Trump has been a criminal for a LONG TIME. LONG BEFORE you started paying attention to him. That's why he loved his mob lawyer Roy Cohn. He routinely gets charges dropped with sizeable campaign donations. That is a crime, even if the charges were not against him. Trump SoHo Criminal Fraud Case Ivanka Don Jr Dropped Being a master at manipulating the justice system does not change his CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR, nor YOUR IGNORANCE OF IT.

  31. The Democrat Party is still the party of slavery. They simply substituted outright slavery for economic slavery. Don't believe me? Ask a Democrat how much they like the idea of illegal aliens picking their fruit and vegetables.

  34. Whoever told you that "99% of Jews in Israel aren't Arabic" was lying to you. More than 1% of Israelis are native to that region, so the 99% number is obviously false, most of the Jews that were in Europe were either from the ME themselves or direct descendants on Arabic Jews, and almost a million more Israelis came to Israel directly from other countries in the middle east, where they had been discriminated against/slaughtered for centuries Athos. And when I say "discriminated against" I don't just mean "a small percentage of people in the ME were bigots, and the laws there couldn't prevent all the bigots from having some effect on them" like white people are accused of in Canada, I mean "religious bigotry was codified right into every muslim law, and Jews lived like 3rd-class citizens." Not in a few countries - the whole ottoman empire was like that. Furthermore, religious bigotry was 'the good part': when they weren't just being discriminated against they were being targeted in riots, driven from their homes, and even massacred. It was constant. From your small POV the Jews were treated like humans all throughout the centuries and then when they got a homeland they were evil, but that's a completely false narrative. The Jews actually needed a homeland of their own so that they could live like normal citizens with full rights, and so that they could feel like they weren't always at risk of being driven from their homes or slaughtered en masse. Consider Pakistan, athos. After the British freed the ME from ottoman rule, and then decided to withdraw from the region themselves, the muslims of what's now Pakistan (and muslims in other parts of India as well, who moved to Pakistan later) were adamant that they couldn't live in a Hindu-majority country, so they needed their own sovereign nation. The British partitioned Pakistan off the exact same way that they partitioned Israel just 8 months earlier. Pakistanis ethnically cleansed that region, killing almost 1 million Sikhs and Hindus. Then they committed a second genocide in 1971, killing as many as 3M more people. But did Pakistanis really need sovereignty? There are 20 other countries under islamic rule where those people could have moved to if they just had to live under islamic laws. They didn't need Pakistan to be islamic. Not so for the Jews. There was nowhere for them to go. They were treated like dogs everywhere in the ME, and Europe was hit and miss. Great for a while, then they'd get slaughtered by the tens of thousands, sometimes millions. Do you think that the Jews don't need a homeland athos? Do you think they have somewhere else to go? Do you think the Gazans don't have any options? They can't go to Iran, Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Egypt, Turkey, Brunei, UAE, Yemen, Pakistan, etc, etc, etc? FYI in all of Israel's history, including all the wars in which they were attacked and this conflict, the Israelis haven't killed 1/40th as many people as Pakistan has killed. They'd have to recreate the Deir Yassin massacre 37,000 times to rival Pakistan. Thirty-Seven Thousand times. 4M divided by 108. When you bemoan the loss of life in Israel, while pretending that what they are doing is unique to that region, you're just making as ass of yourself. Slaughters there are normal, but it's always muslims killing other people so it's ok for them. Muslims love it. The Jews haven't even committed 1 fifty thousandth of the murders there but "OMG THEY'RE THE WORST!"

A billion people will be on the move around the planet in a decade - you haven't seen anything yet. The means available to stop them are still unthinkable and we're past the point of being able to prevent them from wanting to flee here.
