  2. It's stuff like this that's going to win PP a majority. Still a year and a half away from the next (official) election campaign and he's dropping ads like this - simple, effective, says what it wants to in less than 2 seconds, true and not mean spirited - he's just relentless, giving trudeau no time at all to even catch his breath.

  3. Donald Trump filed a motion to delay his Federal trial in the E Jean Carroll defamation lawsuit, arguing that he wanted to testify but needed to first attend his mother in law’s funeral on January 17. Judge Kaplan denied the request, noting that in Trump scheduled a campaign rally in New Hampshire on January 17: https://event.donaldjtrump.com/events/45th-president-of-the-united-states-donald-j-trump-to-deliver-remarks-in-portsmouth-new-hampshire https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24360741-donald-trump-funeral-request

  4. The winningest loser has lost in court again. Donald Trump sued the New York Times and his niece over reporting over Trump’s tax fraud. The reporting lead Trump’s sister to resign her post as a Federal judge, and The Don sued the Times. The suit was dismissed because it had no merit, and under New York’s SLAPP laws, Trump was fined and ordered to pay the Times’ legal fees to the tune of half a million dollars.

  6. Gov't Of Canada's new ad: Are you unable to pay your rent? Your heating bills? Can't afford gas for your car or groceries? Call MAID at 1-800-get dead. This is the one group of civili servants in this shithole country who will work quickly, with no unnecessary red tape, to get the job done. For our new expedited service, please lay a tarp down just inside your front door.

  7. I think the bigger issue beyond paying is that there could be a tendency to use MAID as an alternative to our absolutely shit health care system. That, and now moving to grant permission for self-euthanasia for people who are depressed make it all too 'convenient' to offer people suicide instead of meaningful care. I read that other countries who are considering implementing MAID are now looking to Canada, and in their debates point to Canada as "how not to do it" for this very reason.

Lets hear your facts, your figures, your theories, your delusions (robosmith), your hopes and dreams and what you think the outcome will be as it changes between now and next november.

  10. That dimwit had been pretending the for over a year that the Flu vaccine isn't a vaccine because people casually call it a "shot." This is, of course complete bullshit. He "cites" marketing, which also contradicts the claim. And he knows it and has been shown the facts many times. This is the next "it wasn't raining!" He's just a compulsive liar. 🤷‍♀️

  17. OMG you're a simpleton. That entire post was a detailed description of Joe's elaborate scam to enrich himself and his family by using the VPOTUS office. It's the exact violation of the emoluments clause that its creators were worried about when they drafted it, stupid. The whole point of the emoluments clause is to prevent members of the US Gov't from using their offices as a tool [peddling influence] to enrich themselves, instead of for the benefit of the country. Joe's dealings with Shokin, Zlochevsky and Burisma had nothing to do with the interests of the American people. It was done for his own personal gain and that of his family. They set up an elaborate scheme to bilk money from the Ukrainian energy sector and you are pretending that was perfectly fine. Theoretically Joe was in Ukraine to fight corruption, but he was only taking advantage of that corruption for his own gain. That whole post illustrated: how Joe, Hunter and their financial planner schemed to get him a job at Burisma, how Joe used his office to help Burisma and its CEO get out of their legal troubles, how the CEO compensated them for Joe's help, how much he paid them, that Joe fired a prosector in Ukraine to protect the CEO, that Joe appointed a new prosecutor to get Burisma and its CEO get off the hook, how successful the prosecutor that Joe fired actually was, including the date that he won court orders seizing the assets of Burisma's CEO, which completely destroys the Dems' false narrative that "Shokin was fired because he wasn't accomplishing anything" the timeline of all the hirings/firings/and all the communications between Joe and everyone else, proof that Joe lied every time he said: "I didn't know anything about Hunter's overseas business dealings", including whom he contacted, how he contacted them, how often, and when Burisma could easily be the Ukrainian word for "How to get away with violating the US Gov't emoluments clause". Joe-> clandestine operation to enrich his family Rebound: "^^That's^^ awesome! Good for Joe!" Trump -> fails to ban people from staying in his hotel Rebound: "LOCK HIM UP!"

Let me repeat myself, he was convicted 21 times....you're current system is not working...at all...infact it said you don't need a driver license to get insurance, he went for years without one, he now has a life time ban, but still has a car in his drive way...here is a guy that gave your system the finger...and the best you guys could do is smile and bend over for the 22 nd time...

  20. Ok, well I tried. 1. Because God knows what is going to happen, then that thing IS going to happen. You can't change your mind because he knows the outcome... so there can only be one. You can't by definition say "I know what this coin will fall. It will be heads or tails." Then you can't say you know the outcome by definition. 2. You don't know. You think you know.

  21. As we are seeing today, the corrupt demoncrats are trying everything within their power to try and stop Trump from running for President. They will not succeed. They will lose. Trump will be the next President of America. Believe it or not. I certainly do. And then Trump should get his revenge and go after all those scumbags that tried to make his life miserable as hell. Like Trump has said already. The corrupt demoncrats are only going after me because i am running for President. If i were not running for President, all those lawsuits and phony charges against me would never have been started. Only buffoons and fools will believe that Trump is guilty on all charges. And as some people predict and believe, the demoncrats will maybe in some way try to create a situation or emergency where the 2024 election will have to be postponed. Another Covid 19 like situation could come about to try and stop the 2024 election from happening. With the demoncrats still in power they are getting mighty desperate, and are in a total state of panic, that they will try and do anything to stop Trump from winning the 2024 election. Good luck, you demon comrades. 😁

  33. Decadence. You probably mean leftism, not liberalism. Leftism is really but a side effect of decadence. Leftism is just as destructive as conservatism can be, maybe even more so, because its goal is to destroy hierarchies, which means destroying the strong to make everyone more "equal", while also often coddling people and making them weaker at the same time, instead of empowering them. The goal of our society seems to be "comfort", which is a terrible one. Parents are raising ever-increasing generations of spoiled, entitled, coddled, and selfish people. We used to be raised to be responsible, hardworking, and independent. Oops. Side effect of decadence: we're too well-off for our own good. A society of ever-increasing weak people and led by weak people will inevitably decline and become dominated by other civilizations and we're seeing it play out. The West didn't become the most wealthy and powerful civilization in the world by embracing weakness. The only cure might be economic hardship to force people out of their comfort. The decline needs to happen before the civilization itself is extinct.

  35. Killing is contrary to the Bible. Our bodies belong to God and only he has the right to end our life. There is a day of judgment coming. Revelation says: "11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. " Revelation 20:22-15 KJV Is it really worth supporting something like MAID?

  37. I just don’t think the state or our government-run healthcare should play that role or have that authority. Yes the potential for unwanted death is enormous for the mentally ill, the elderly, people going through temporary situational hardship related to poverty, and so on. MAID is an outgrowth of a culture that has cheapened the value of human life from conception to debilitating disability, old age, and disease. It’s one thing to let nature take its course without an inordinate amount of surgical or other medical intervention like life support to keep someone alive. We have drugs to help people deal with severe pain. Our medical field should be supporting people with mental health challenges. Our government should help connect the poor with services and housing. It’s quite another thing to actively kill people, which is what our government is doing through MAID, and for just about any reason. Suicide doesn’t need to be illegal, but it shouldn’t be facilitated by the state. It is already becoming run of the mill and growing in Canada. It’s not admirable. I think it’s destructive, like hard drugs and abortion, which is not going away. Do I think any or much of any of this MAID legislation will be rolled back? No. What’s more, there will be new justifications and expansions of MAID. I’m keeping my British passport and a foot in the U.S., since those societies still seem willing to defend basic rights and the sanctity of human life, somewhat anyway, and more so than Canada.

  38. Here’s a thought about the 7 years of “Trump bad” from the media. The media has become the boy who cried wolf. They’ve been waking the masses up to the realization that Trump isn’t actually that bad, and CERTAINLY better than Biden. And perhaps the possibility of a Biden candidate in November would actually be a good thing. I’ve been saying all along that there is no way Biden will make it to the election, but I’m starting to hope he does make it. He’s such a mess that nothing would help Trump’s campaign like a stumbling bumbling Joe.

  39. You have something in your eyes? Extreme partisanship maybe? The original quote: On 1/12/2024 at 4:11 PM, robosmith said: Several are ON RECORD saying they don't want to hand a "win" to Biden. The quoted, attention, 'quote': 'Several are ON RECORD' This is called 'quoting'. Nothing is 'edited'. Future is guaranteed to you by some votes? By pushing a button every so many years you assure yourself the future? Not by acting when needed and as much as needed, and achieving the results, all that are needed? Maybe you've moved on, beyond this reality. Keep dreaming.

  44. The only existential crisis was Trump attempting a coup. For the first time in our nation's history a president sought to circumvent the peaceful transfer of power. There is no evidence that the 2020 election was stolen, and no evidence that there was widespread voter fraud. There simply isn't. Despite it being the most scrutinized and analyzed election in history. Pence didn't LET the Democrats win. The voters chose the Democratic candidate. Pence simply upheld his constitutional responsibility to certify the vote, as has been done by every VP before him. ^^those are facts, and they will not be washed away by your ungrounded conspiracy speculation.

  45. Only in your little imagination. This was one of the dumbest and easiest-to-disprove of your clueless hot-takes, so if you're compelled to keep bringing it up and derailing threads, I can keep requoting the same thing while you huff and puff and look the fool. While you cluelessly ranted about Trudeau being responsible for over half of Canada's inflation in 2022, here's what the economists actually said: a. Around 50% of the increase in inflation observed since the end of 2019 can be ascribed to global or foreign factors. These include US inflation, commodity prices and movements in the exchange rate. b. Supply challenges that largely reflect developments at the global level account for another 35% of the rise in inflation. https://www.scotiabank.com/ca/en/about/economics/economics-publications/post.other-publications.inflation-reports.causes-of-inflation--december-5--2022.html

  46. Nope. 🙄 Groot posted an article explaining that top economists point to Trudeau's immigration policy as making things less affordable. Those same economists also explained last year that most of 2022's high inflation was based on global factors, despite your brain-dead claims about more than half of it being Trudeau's fault. They have not revised their opinions on this, nor have I. Your clueless hot-takes are just as clueless now as they were many months ago.

  48. FOLKS, please don't believe this. Florida is the SLOWEST growing state on the planet. This place is a HELL HOLE, and NO enlightened soul from a blue state should lower himself/herself/whatever fugging gender "self" and move here. The economy sucks. You have to have a job to survive. The weather sucks. Hurricanes every other week. It's too far a drive from everything. Mosquitoes the size of eagles routinely carry children away faster than Planned Parenthood can kill them. And SCHOOLS here are unnecessarily cruel and unreasonable. The poor children actually have to LEARN what is being taught, and the subjects are those very boring academic screeds: Math, history, geographic, science, civics, art, music. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE to find a decent Lesbian Dance Theory class in ANY of Florida's inferior schools. Blue staters, STAY AWAY FROM FLORIDA. You'll HATE it.
