  1. Ha, that was mild. I like my favourite right wing archive site. This one. Whenever they get a Shifty Schiff story they don't use his name. They say the 'Bug-eyed, Burbank, Bolshevik.' I think every time we catch the left, or liars that are but say they aren't, in a lie we should tell them they're 'Talking Schiff." Because I don't think I've ever heard anything come out of the bug-eyed, Burbank, Bolshevik's mouth that wasn't a lie.

  3. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/schiff-whitehouse-slam-meta-decision-allow-trump-back-facebook-instagram-inexplicable Schiff, Whitehouse slam Meta for decision to allow Trump back on Facebook, Instagram: ‘Inexplicable’ Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse on Monday are demanding answers from Meta on the social media giant’s decision to reinstate former President Donald Trump to Facebook and Instagram, slamming the move as "inexplicable." Meta, last week, announced it would end Trump’s suspension across its platforms, which began after the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021. In a blog post, Nick Clegg, president of global affairs at Meta, said Trump’s suspension would be lifted "in the coming weeks." But Schiff, D-Calif., and Whitehouse, D-R.I., are slamming Meta for its decision, saying the former president should not be reinstated. And you wonder why everybody says liberals are NAZIS. Seig Heil, schitt for brains.

  4. Your questions about who sits in the House on a particular day can be easily handled by parliamentary procedures. There are plenty of countries that do a proportional system and work just fine. What is wrong with having Parliament reflect the way the population voted? In the case of the last election: CON - 34% 115 seats LIB - 33% 112 seats NDP - 16% 54 seats BQ - 8% 27 seats GR - 7% 24 seats MAX the nut - 2% 7 seats (1 extra seat due to rounding error) Edited to add: I understand why the 2 main parties want to maintain the status quo; 40% of the electorate gives them 100% of the power.

  7. and this video doesn't even support that conclusion, brainlet. Bill Gates did nothing but explain the limitations of the current "jabs" and what we need to improve about vaccinations (in general) for the future. Try actually reading or fully watching the stuff you post. Your Facebook and blogger-trash news feeds do not qualify for critical thinking. Bill Gates and his wife are fully vaccinated. Their kids are fully vaccinated. He's spent all of the COVID pandemic funding vaccine research and promoting vaccination. How you managed to take that video clip and morph it into some sort of admission that he was wrong, or that he's reversed course or he's not "defending these jabs" anymore is a spectacle in self-delusion.

  10. There sure is a difference since one is based on logic and ethics and the other is based on superstition backed by zero evidence. Science says a fetus is a human life. The laws have decided its not legally "a person" with rights. People invoke "my body my choice" when it comes to abortions, but then are perfectly happy to deny a woman control over her own body when it comes to unwanted vaccines. The difference is that with a pregnancy there are 2 human bodies involved, and one is taking willful action to intentionally end the life of the other. My best guess as to why you and others support mandatory vaccines and abortion rights despite the inherent contradictions is because both benefit you and you don't care about the rights of minorities in these cases. Its not an employers responsibility to make general medical procedure choices for an individual, especially if it has absolutely nothing to do with their job. It shouldn't even be in their rights to ask an employee about private medical questions like "what medical procedures have you had done". You're the one advocating the right for someone to be able to kill an unborn child and the right for employers to require medicine to be injected with a needle into someone's bloodstream that they don't want. The violence involved here that you're advocating is unfathomable. I'm the one who doesn't think unborn babies should be killed or people inserted with needles if they don't want it. Think about that for a sec.

  14. The Canadian Military is a pawn of government, no matter who is in power. Conservatives are as much to blame as liberals. I joined many decades ago and it was always a problem with personnel shortage, equipment shortage, maintenance issues, over taskings, budget shortfalls etc etc. The DND has never had sufficient funding to do all it was tasked to do. They get an annual budget just like all other departments and they get tasked by the government but, they have to use their budget for all tasking so, they run out of money before they can do what they planned for. Unlike other departments when government makes announcements, there is always funding attached to the announcement, with DND, it is just a tasking, make it happen.

  15. "If the reports are correct that a significant number of Canada’s main battle tanks are poorly maintained and possibly inoperable, this may reflect broader problems within the Canadian Forces. The cost of maintaining battle tanks is predictable and the cost of not adequately maintaining them is foreseeable. This problem is a decade in the making and totally avoidable." Letters: Defence minister should step down over tank debacle (msn.com) This is a result of the low priority the liberals have given the military. Perhaps partly because there are many pacifists in Canada and especially in the Liberal and NDP parties. They live under the delusion that peace and diplomacy can protect a nation from aggressors. That is not how the real world is. It is a utopian dream of many liberals but it is not reality. They much prefer to support things like the U.N. and W.E.F. and send hundreds of millions of dollars to various other countries.

That's from 2016, so good job making yourself look even more foolish. Thanks for confirming what we already knew and removing any doubt of it. You're so desperate to find anything whatsoever that supports your clownworld viewpoint that you've sunk to quoting news out of Iran. Animals don’t have human rights. Don’t think for a second that we’re fooled at all when you call fellow human beings “animals.” We are all children of God, and none of us is greater than another.

  24. He's a master of the weaselly lie. The one that hides behind a little truth. Here's CNN doing one of the left's famous "Fact Checks" where they try to cover for a stream of lies concerning the transcript of Trump's phone call with the Ukrainian president. Shifty managed a failed impeachment attempt over that one. Pretty lame. " We can’t endorse Trump’s claim that Schiff “lied,” since Schiff introduced his comments at Thursday’s committee hearing by saying he would be outlining “the essence of what the president communicates,” not providing “the exact transcribed version of the call.” And it’s important to note that we do not even have an “exact transcribed version” of the call – the rough transcript released by the White House cautions explicitly that it is “not a verbatim transcript.” Still, Schiff’s remarks did make it easy for viewers to get confused. He did not make clear which words he was taking directly from Trump’s comments in the rough transcript, which words were his own analysis, and which words were meant to be the comedic “parody” he later said he was intending. At some points, Schiff’s words strayed quite far from what the rough transcript showed Trump saying." In other words CNN, he lied. Just say it.

  28. In April of last year (2022), the CDC finally published a seroprevalence study of anti-nucleocapsid antibodies. This is the N-protein I discussed before in this thread, that is produced ONLY by people who caught covid naturally and NOT produced by people who are vaccinated - in fact, vaccinated people will NEVER produce this important antibody to covid due to the damage the vax does to the immune system. It's one of the reasons why natural immunity is superior. Seroprevalence of Infection-Induced SARS-CoV-2 Antibodies — United States, September 2021–February 2022 | MMWR (cdc.gov) By April of last year, at least 75% of children had been infected with covid and were naturally immune, as were at least 64% of adults under age 50. Of the huge number of people who had been infected with covid - 99.8% had survived, including 99.9996% of those under age 50.

  29. I had noticed that djokavic had stood against the jab. And then been ruthlessly attacked in the media as they tried to cancel him, make an example of him. There were such people in the sporting world who would not bow to the illegal edicts, and having done all they remained standing. Common people could not afford to lose their jobs and then default on their homes and mortgages, however. Millions have suffered side effects and even death. if I was a betting man, I’d wager that rather than face the music for what they’ve done to us, the powers that be are going to try to distract us with something else. I just hope I live to see the day that Gates and his ilk are behind bars.

  35. you have to understand the ideology of the Canadian Forces the Canadian Forces are saddled with the worst run defense department in the world bar none the Canadian Forces are desperately trying to preserve their capabilities therein in the face of a government which is bent on destroying them the choice was not these submarines vs a better submarine the choice was these submarines vs no submarines so the RCN took the only submarines which they could get their hands on just to preserve the institutional knowledge as once you stop operating submarines, that capability will be gone forever

  37. Listen to yourself. An employer doesn't get to require their employees to undergo invasive medical procedures where they have medications injected into their bloodstream just so they might not miss work. What next, mandatory flu shot and daily vitamins? So yeah, my opinion is "too bad". We don't live in Stalinist Russia. You're clearly a Stalinist because they're the only type of lefties who defend the government and big banks over worker rights.

  38. This is a sensible argument to make. If you want to stick to this line of reasoning, and argue its pros an cons, nobody should call you stupid for that. This ends up being a matter of perspective and personal opinion on which we can disagree. Debating how dangerous COVID is and how much of an emergency it constitutes, and whether the mandates and lockdowns were justified doesn't require mental gymnastics. Where it falls apart is when we start talking about COVID being no worse than the flu, or a hoax altogether. When folks start to argue about whether or not the vaccines work, or whether mandates = totalitarianism and the end of democracy, now we're descending into nonsense.

  40. I doubt you'll be very interested at all but for what it's worth...The Spanish flu epidemic provided all we needed to know that lockdowns work to save lives and speed up the economic recovery that follows. We went into COVID knowing full well that jurisdictions which locked down sooner and that resisted the urge to lift restrictions too early during the Spanish flu fared better than jurisdictions that didn't. Social distancing isn’t a new idea—it saved thousands of American lives during the last great pandemic. Here's how it worked. In those days it was city authorities who were responsible for ordering or not ordering measures designed to cope with the epidemic. So there is and always was plenty of evidence of what we could expect going into COVID in terms of saving lives and predicting outcomes. I doubt if you'll recall but I said in early March 2019 that Canada would fare much better than the US because of the far greater disdain US politicians had for taking measures and I think the death tolls in each country proved this and unless I'm mistaken our economy is also in better shape in terms of our recovery.
