So if that is what concerns you, there was no reason to overturn Roe v Wade. As for third trimester abortions, they are extremely rare and doctors don’t perform them on-demand, as a form of birth control, They perform them only when there is medical justification for doing so, and I do not support on-demand third trimester abortions without medical justification as determined by a woman and her licensed physician.
