Ouch! NY Judge Arthur Engoron has handed down a $350 million (plus interest) judgement against Donald Trump in the New York State civil fraud case. His two sons were also fined and all three are barred from doing any business in New York for three years. To appeal the verdict, Trump must post a $350 million plus interest bond, if he can find anyone who will take the risk of a bond. Otherwise, Trump must front the full $350 million himself before an appeal can be filed.

And if he did, and the odds are good, then Putin knows about it and has him by the balls. I think politics has become so toxic that we will never see another President over 50% heading into an election year. I blame the loss of religion and community. I think we as people need to feel part of a group that is larger than ourselves and at one time people identified themselves through their religious beliefs and their community it created stability and believe it or not more flexibility in who they vote for. Now political parties are how they identify themselves and there are a lot of people who stick to the dogma of their party religiously. That is why the more extreme they go the more extreme their followers go.
