If memory serves me all that happened in the Shepard case, was some student didn't like a video she showed,complained to the university, who held a meeting where they suggested she may have done something wrong. So no legal consequences or even sanctions from the university at all. The bill in question did nothing but add gender expression to the protected class clause of the Charter. So it's as illegal as not hiring a woman simply because she's a woman. It is not illegal though to just say women shouldn't be in the work plac or not using people's prefers pronouns . This kind of smearing of a citizen like Peterson is very low and dishonest. Trudeau will stoop to any level to try to regain some credibility and votes. Same thing in claiming some Conservative MPs are involved in foreign interference without naming them. It has been well-established the Liberal party has been the main beneficiary of foreign interference in recent elections in several specific ridings.

Peterson has taken aim at woke capitalism and DEI programs within corporationa which hire people based on sex and gender and push leftist dogma to their employees through various trainings and programs. This is basically a religion. And challenging any of it is akin to blasphemy by folks like Trudeau. There are many sacred cows within it. Then Rudy came in ( before he went crazy) cleaned it up and property values went up. So nothing he did. Other than that it was just a string of failures, with multiple bankruptcies, including a casino, he bankrupted a casino. The only successful thing he's ever done on his own is, playing a business man on a scripted T.V show. Not to mention the complete lack of policy prescriptions even on the things he's been running on for 10 years.
