Excellent points. I've been hearing that there are no claims of fraud from banks or other institutions. This is just about left-wing shit piles trying to derail his presidential campaign, nothing more.2 points

A right wing opinion piece peddling more of your garbage. People like you have no grasp of the facts and you rely on partisan opinion pieces for information to tell you only what you want to hear What I said was 100% accurate. A recount in Florida was MANDATORY because the vote was so close. Florida governor Jeb Bush only wanted to recount the districts where he thought Republicans would win. Gore wanted a different set of districts recounted . So they went to court because the law was unclear on how the recount would happen. The court’s ruled the governor can recount any way he wishes. Gore conceded even though he disagreed he respected the rule of law. LIKE A MAN. And unlike Trump A later audit found that if all the districts had been recounted Gore would have won. (Note: Gore had not asked for all districts to be recounted).2 points

Let me guess, you didn't do your homework again did you? Your inability to understand anything you read is so legendary it's not surprising you can't understand yourself either So if you're not lying perhaps you're simply mistaken. But how can anyone be certain PP isn't lying, especially if they hear it from you?1 point

This was before wokeness took a stranglehold of New York. There's a reason businesses are fleeing that state. And the link is every f*cking story that comes out of New York. EVERYBODY who isn't at least partly MAGA wants the man's head. THAT is not normal.1 point

True. The best one could do is make a law that could not be enforced. Maybe porn shouldn't be on the internet?1 point
-
Requiring the websites to verify the age isn't the same thing as the status quo which is that users have to disclose their age before being able to watch porn. If it were the case that Poilievere only wanted users to disclose their age, Poilievre would have just said that the way things are done in our current day and age is fine. But it is not what's at play. What is being referred to is the same laws we saw in puritanical America, where websites have to get an ID to allow users to access the website. It is the law in some States in the South and I think it's anti-freedom on many levels. To be fair, the way the article was written is very confusing if you read it too fast. He said he doesn't believe in a Digital ID to verify the age of the users, but not that physical IDs would be used online for verification purposes. Now imagine, porn sites would have this requirement. Reddit has porn. Reddit is known as the biggest forum and one of the places where debating is taking place. Would it require an ID? What about social networks? This forum? It makes easy to establish an even bigger surveillance State. The parents can set up the router to be kids friendly. The parents can have apps with parental control. The parents can bring their kids to a sports team. It's all on the parents' onus. Not on the government.1 point

If lowering the GST was such a bad idea, why hasn’t Trudeau raised it again? He’s had eight years.1 point
-
The headline in the link actually says: "Conservative government would require websites to verify age to watch porn: Poilievre" Verify age, not "require ID" as indicated in the html link. So the link, and title of thread are technically incorrect. Verifying age can be as basic as requiring a person to enter their date of birth on the site before entering. There are many, many websites in Canada required to do that by law now. You may know the ones I'm referring to. Rather useless, as it can be easily circumvented. But there ya be. It's yer government in action. 🤷♂️1 point

Yes sorry I stand corrected after 13 years of true balanced budgets under Chretien/Martin, Harper inherited rhat and blew it all after year 2. Not that I think balanced budgets are so great, we’ve now had 2 generations of austerity with underfunded schools, hospitals, military, crumbling infrastructure, etc. Under Harper we got the same austerity and underfunding as Chretien/Martin while also running more deficits… No. That had nothing to do with it. Those GST cuts occurred before the Great Recession anyway. We didn’t have a financial meltdown because our financial sector is well regulated there, was no subprime mortgage crisis here, commodity prices wee booming, and the Fed cut interest rates to near zero to juice the economy. No mention of GST in any account of the Great Recession I can find, which makes sense because Canadian economic challenges were due to decreasing exports as the rest of the world suffered, not decreasing domestic consumer demand.1 point

Show us those many things that you said that Trump was supposed to have had done, will you? I would like to see some of those coffee mugs and other things that you mentioned above. Otherwise, stop with your lying bullshit about Trump. It is quite obvious that you hate Trump, but come on, man, quit with the bullshit. Let's see something if you have anything at all. Of course, i can believe that there could be coffee mugs or something embroidered out there and all created by bimbo Bidumb. Geez, you know that i think that i will be able to sell you some swamp land in Arkansas at a real low low price. Let me know if you are interested. Thank gawd that still allow and we have MAGA speech freedoms or else we would all be in the gulag by now. This is all just politics and you fkn know that to be true. This was all about trying to get Trump out of running for President. You cannot be that dumb to not see that, can you? F New York law. The law is an ass in itself. There was no crime committed so what is Trump being charged with then? You tell me, oh not so wise one? You despise Trump and you do not even know why? Stop listening to CNN or MSNBC, bimbo. These kinds of dealings go on every day in New York that Trump was being charged with, so why are they going after Trump now? Even Kevin O'Leary has said that this was a very bad decision on the left wing appointed judges part. We all know that the judge was appointed by the demoncrats. What else did Trump expect from a Marxist judge anyway? Trump is no criminal, but the people that you prefer to support are. The demoncrats are the most corrupt American political in power today since America was founded. They even ran the black slavery market and started up the KKK. Do you want to try and deny that little tid bit, eh? Even the American constitution says that there will be no overboard like penalty's or fines to be levied against anyone. A $355 million fine is a little bit overboard don't you think, if you are able to think at all? And it is said that there was no one defrauded of any money and all the banks were paid back with interest. So, what the hell is your problem here? This is all bullshit and you know it so stop trying to spread mis or dis information here, lefty. It is not working with me. 😇1 point
-
Well that is their problem? Those two left wing loonies cannot stand to hear what others may have to say. If it is not a part of their narrative then they must be lying or trying to spread mis and disinformation, a Marxist tactic lie and bullshit. Tucker and Jordan tell it like it is and make total common sense in what they are talking about. Sad or happy to say that most left wing liberal loonies have lost pretty much all of their common sense and logic. Some of them now believe that Trump will bring on Armageddon if Trump is allowed to continue on. The only Armageddon that Trump will be bringing on is an end to their woke left wing liberal globalist demise. Bills C-11 and C-18 and now this new Hate law bill is all just bills that are actually meant to try and censorship anyone who will not follow or believe that their left wing woke ideology programs and agendas will be good for us all. We will all live in peace, harmony, liberty and democracy. the very things that they do not really want us to actually have. Those woke left wing liberal fools will not like what is going to happen to their woke ideology when the Conservative party wins the next election. I think that those woke fools should start thinking about maybe moving to another country like Cuba or China where they should all feel at home. Works for me!! 😁1 point

"Black-only" organizations-- or similar for any minority--are essentially support groups for people who are marginalized. How to deal with, function and thrive in a society that is fundamentally designed by and for white men. Someday, as the world is designed by and for a more inclusive society, those groups won't be necessary. Progress is slow. I'm a bit skeptical that systemic racism has been eradicated in Canada, which still has a heavy white majority, but I'm confident you're way ahead of us. You're not burdened with the long legacy of slavery and Jim Crow. You can't aggressively exclude any entire demographic from good neighborhoods, schools and jobs for a couple centuries and expect the effects to vanish in a couple of generations. We too have a simmering level of individual racism, but the effects are not nearly as harmful as the systemic racism. There's a school of "thought" that says Black Americans will be better off if we pretend systemic challenges don't exist, and try to convince them that what they experience isn't real--essentially gaslighting Black America. But that's not really how problems are solved. Problems must be acknowledged, discussed and proactively addressed.1 point

BS. You’ll have to show me the transcript of Al Gore telling Florida election officials to just make up a number in his favour and simply say they’ve “recalculated” and threatening them with criminal charges if they don’t The Bush/Gore controversy was only debating which voting districts would be recounted and whether partially-punched ballots should be counted, period.1 point

Why didn’t Trump defend himself? He’s too much of a **** to even take the witness stand to defend himself. Now there’s a retired Federal judge, selected by Trump, overseeing his finances and finding even more corruption and fraud. I f-ing get it, dude: You are on Team Criminal. Donald Trump is literally a criminal. We knew before the election of 2016 that he was a fraudster, that he didn’t pay his contractors and that he was a sexual predator. So it’s no surprise. You’re defending a criminal and he will be convicted. Even Trump appointed judges have been ruling against him.1 point
-
What does that have to do with the charges of Trump interfering in the 2020 election? Uh… nothing, that’s what. The truth is that Donald Trump just lost $400 million in a fraud lawsuit, and $88.3 million in defamation lawsuits, and he’s charged with 91 felonies. If you care about the future of America (and, let’s face it… don’t), then you’d be racing to find and support a candidate who isn’t heading to prison.1 point
