I wish you could learn that the MSM are 100% dishonest and devious. What TRUMP said is that he would be a dictator on day one of his Presidential term FOR ONE DAY ONLY. On his first day back in office Trump said he would only be a dictator in TWO respects.: (1) In restoring America's free access to its own oil/gas natural energy reserves ("Drill -Baby-Drill)" and I forget the other one (it was probably to do with re-securing the Southern Border) When Trump said," I will be a "Dictator" (on day one of his new administration)(using the term as a metaphor for "absolutely authoritative/decisive") in making sure these two things are done. You know, you really shouldn't watch the liberal MSM, buddy..All you're getting 90+% of the time is pure bullshit and twisted disinformation. Dachshund3 points

Too bad for the Big Fat Orange Man, the FBI videotaped their entire search and they meticulously entered each document into evidence. The numerical order of the envelopes hardly makes him innocent. “Your honor, my client had the stolen nuclear codes, but they were in envelope six, not envelope seven, so he is innocent.” You’re a fool if you think that gets him off the hook.2 points

I see you are still at it! Once again, you can "take care of your kid" without showering with them to the point they are writing about how it is probably inappropriate in their diary.2 points

Let me ask you something: If the cops get a warrant based on probable cause to search a drug dealer’s home for cocaine, and they find 20 ten pound bricks of cocaine at the dealers home, and videotape the entire search, does it matter whether they stack the cocaine in the same order as they found it? If they number the bricks 1-20 and they switch the labels of cocaine bricks 3 and 4, why would that matter at all?2 points

I understand just fine. He is praising his wife for her contributions to their family and his success. Nowhere did he tell women to get back into the kitchen. The issue is not my intelligence here, it is your dishonesty.2 points

So... where does he tell women to stay in the kitchen? Seriously, this thread title is a lie. This article is trash and little more than a troll job.2 points

Why does the sequence of the documents even matter? Obviously they did a cursory examination to determine content and just put them back into the boxes. What's far more egregious is the OBVIOUS slow rolling of this case by the rookie judge who's already been slapped down twice by the 11th Appeals court for SLOW ROLLING the case with an unwarranted "special master" order.2 points

because it replaces the question of effectiveness and efficiency of the governance of public matters: what is rational; important and necessary for the society, today with: what do we/ would you like it to be? What do you like? In everyday life we know very well that what we would like to happen in our reality would not necessarily, and often by far, be the reality. In the entertainment, the dreamscape the difference is erased, smoothly, in a blink. The wish can become and becomes, the reality. Just believe! A natural human trait to imagine a better reality exploited for buck in any number of ways, becomes the American obsession with the dream where everything has to be entertainment and does not need to have connections, and eventually, any connection to the reality. This is fine in the theater. But imaginary realities cannot produce good, effective decisions and policies in the real world. So this is a path to inevitable demise of the dream-based, entertainment democracy. No, one cannot force the need to be reasonable and intelligent in making certain decisions. No, it's not possible to lock out the wish to dream. But what could be the solutions?1 point

Haven’t we seen enough of the racist hiring policies in Canada caused by the Liberal government of Canada? It’s time for class action lawsuits and challenges at the Supreme Court, as highly qualified white people, many of them at the top of their field, are excluded from applying to jobs on the basis of race, something they have no control over. Canada has become a disgusting, racist country under the Trudeau Liberals: “Jamie Sarkonak: No off-ramp to diversity quotas, federal research executive says There is no plan to end discriminatory hiring requirements for quota-bound research program — even as targets are met, Commons hears. (…) For example, the current opening for a Canada Research Chair in physics (specifically, quantum sensing) at the University of New Brunswick, which has been vacant for one whole year, will not accept applications from white men. Similarly, white people can’t apply toDalhousie’s opening for a chair in industrial engineering. Many more such cases exist. These clearly amount to discrimination, as people are being denied tremendous opportunities simply due to their immutable characteristics.“1 point

This was about 4(?) years ago just before covid, but I have a friend who actually went to the school/high school boards his kids were attending and complained about this. He felt that his kids being constantly told they are trash because they are white colonizers was really affecting their mental health, especially his 16 year old daughter. His point was that his kids had not done anything to anyone else and he was raising them to be respectful and welcoming to others and was sick of them being told they were garbage.1 point

I would say someone who states no research by white people on the subject of DEI is worth reading or listening to would be described as a radical. I would also say that if school board trustees call those politely challenging school board secrecy to ask for the details of the antiracism curriculum being given to kids hateful, that would constitute being a radical. And if the director of education of that school board weeps just because the motion was put by two other trustees to open up such information (before the trustees were thrown out) he, she, or it, is probably a radical too, So should such people be in charge of children's education in Ontario? https://c2cjournal.ca/2022/07/parental-pushback-the-fight-against-critical-race-theory-at-an-ontario-school-board/ I would also say that if white kids are being taught they're bad because they're white, then those teaching this are also radicals. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/neil-gonsalves-first-person-biracial-children-1.68674931 point

Not only is the health care system in Canada gone wacko but the whole dam country has gone wacko thanks to liberal socialism. It is liberal socialism that is killing this once great freedom loving country. Only a real and true conservative party government can save this country. 😇1 point

I figure I might as well post this here since it bears on the whole DEI antiracism bullshit currently a requirement of seemingly every federal government policy, decision, initiative or program now. You thought all this stuff could be held to the universities? No, it moved down into the K-12 school system, with kids being taught they're oppressors or oppressed. But the DEI fanatics don't want to leave any possible stone unturned. Now, with the aid of the federal government's new daycare system, they want to make daycare centres 'antiracist'. How do you do this? Why, by subjecting all staff to reeducation programs that would have pleased any apparatchik in Mao's cultural revolution. In March, the Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care held a national webinar on “Creating an Anti-Racist Child Care System in Canada,” which highlighted its three-year project, funded by the federal government, on how to make childcare “anti-racist.” The organization advocates, among other things, “mandatory anti-racism training as part of membership in the College of ECE.” Another recommendation is to have education programs for childcare workers that “demonstrate a commitment” to decolonization and include “a mandatory course on anti-racist pedagogy” and course materials from Black, Indigenous and racialized theorists. The activists also make recommendations to childcare operators, such as “ongoing anti-racism, inclusion and equity training” for staff, “ongoing training and coaching to develop and implement anti-racist, inclusive pedagogy” and creating an “advisory committee that includes Black, Indigenous and racialized community members.” Activists look to turn daycares into woke indoctrination camps | National Post1 point

I never said statscan was a blog, nor did I say that the surveys they quoted weren't research. You're just lying and making shit up now to argue against....AGAIN! 🤣 I said that statscan didn't provide any productivity data. Surveying employees on how much better/harder they feel they perform working from home is the same thing as asking them if they prefer to work from home. I love when you try to wrap everything up like this: "Having pissed and shit all over myself, the evidence is quite clear. I declare myself the winner of this debate. The smell speaks for itself." 🤡🤡🤡1 point

I pray you are wrong. I don't think a lot of these twits understand that hiding behind the law will only go so far. Here's one from the Republican side... How close is America, to exploding? How would you react to getting hit over the head just because you attended a rally? Why would people attend a rally just to cause crap?1 point

Here’s the deal: James Comer would absolutely love to indict Biden on ANY CRIME HE CAN, but he can’t. Nobody has accused Joe Biden of any sex-related crimes. Not one single person. But LOTS of women have accused Donald Trump of sex-related crimes. And…. IT USED TO MATTER, when it was Clinton, but now, you guys don’t care. We know the guy has had four kids from three different women, he was dating one woman publicly while married to another, he was having sex with porn stars while his wife was pregnant, he’s been found liable of civil rape. The list goes on and on. Donald Trump is a proven sexual predator. Biden hasn’t even been accused. His daughter wrote something in a notebook about a very early childhood memory? She didn’t say that anything happened. That’s the fact, Jack.1 point

Uh... you do know that Trump is objectively the most criminal President the United States has ever had right? The man has scammed more people than almost anyone on the planet. It's just... public record all of the shit he's guilty of doing. It's a long list. Why do you find it unthinkable that such a man could also be guilty of more serious crimes?1 point

Maybe I'm not bright enough to see this at first glance so I'll be the dummy who asks the question: If medical personnel shortages are the primary contributor to wait times, I don't see how the creation of a parallel system with personnel drawn from the original one alleviates it. I'm not opposed to it, but If the number of patients, the number of doctors and the associated workload is quantifiable, and support facilities (operating theatres, hospital beds etc) are finite, how does shuffling doctors from public to private and private to public decrease wait times? If the concept is based on the assumption that a private system would be more streamlined and efficient by virtue of a profit motive and case load efficiency would increase as a result of that, then I don't see how that happens in less time than it would take to step up training and streamline processes within our existing system. And even if the profit motive increased access to infrastructure (over time), wouldn't the ratio of those able to afford private care vs those who couldn't remain (essentially) the same thus setting an availability ceiling of its own? If you have 10 airplanes and 10 pilots, paying half of the pilots more by raising the cost of a ticket for half of the passengers doesn't make the planes fly faster, burn less gas, or need less maintenance... does it? I'd say you need bigger faster aircraft with more available seat miles and the limiting factor would be the number of people willing/able to pay big bucks for cold food and hot flight attendants. As it stands now, there are already people jumping the cue by having preferred access, college and professional athletes don't wait 3 years for knee surgery, neither do military members treated outside the military medical system. You see the specialist next week, not next year and everybody else waits longer as a result of it. No?1 point

But it doesn’t work with fruitcakes saying “None of it is true because we might learn something different some day.” We have collected massive amounts of empirical data that temperatures are increasing globally because of manmade carbon emissions into the atmosphere. Before that, we had overwhelming evidence that the release of CFC’s into the atmosphere was destroying the ozone layer. Thankfully, the Dummy Party wasn’t well organized with their ridiculous lies, so we successfully banned CFC’s worldwide.1 point

Well no - he's saying he thinks many women will choose that. And what exactly is wrong with that? There's a big difference between saying a womans place is in the kitchen and saying many women would choose to raise a family rather than be an executive. AAAHAHAAHAHAAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (snort!)1 point

Looks like many people get scraps from the public health care system. Why not allow people who can afford it to get private care in Canada and eliminate the waiting lists in the public system. Then nobody would get "scraps".1 point

I was never confused about anything here. You are acting as if you can't understand my comments, which never had anything to do with some technicality between literally saying kitchen or homemaker... I went back to look at how this thread started, and your post was the most relevant and first... that went unanswered. Imagine that. Like the claims of genocide, those who claim war crimes are never quite able to support their assertions and explain themselves.1 point

Are you for real? You can't possibly post something this dishonest... no way. The link said: "Therefore, only applicants who self-identify as members of gender equity deserving groups (including cisgender women, transgender women, transgender men, two-spirit, and non-binary) and/or as racialized individuals will be considered for this opportunity. We encourage those with intersecting identities to apply (for example, women who identify as racialized individuals, Indigenous, and/or persons with disabilities)." They don't need to say White Men do not apply when they clearly outline who can apply that doesn't include white men. Perhaps he could have been a bit more explicit in saying straight white men need not apply.1 point
