Once captured, they can choose to not contest things or fight it and simply accept deportation to more quickly leave the facility. What inhumane conditions? What inadequate facilities? It is a detention facility, not a hotel where you get to go swim and drink by the pool.

These are temporary detention centers while people are being processed for deportation.
