  1. We have a reason to get out and vote next time. And to make sure it's not for the Tories.

The Trump administration is now working to hunt down the terror suspects and pick up the pieces left behind by the last administration, Gabbard said during a press conference with Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth at Eagle Pass, Texas. ‐----------- The Biden handlers set us back in national security and then have the cahonies to claim Tulsi is the problem.

  3. Thank Trudeau and the Liberals, NDP for no new pipelines to ship oil and gas to the east coast and thank them for killing the Energy East pipeline and the Northern Gateway pipeline proposed projects. This left Canada in a much weaker position in the tariff war with Trump because it destroyed the possibility of selling oil and gas to many other countries. Carney is one of them and cannot be trusted. He want to carry on this useless war against the energy industry with hidden carbon taxes on industry that taxpayers will still have to pay for. " U.S. President Donald Trump’s 10 per cent tariff on Canadian energy should be a cause for celebration in Ottawa. After all, Trump is only finishing the job the Trudeau government started: systematically crippling the energy sector in pursuit of their net-zero dream. It’s hard to imagine Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault or his Liberal predecessors, Catherine McKenna and Jonathan Wilkinson, shedding a tear over this development. These are the same people who have spent years declaring oil and gas the great evil of our time. Now, the tariffs are here to speed up the decline of an industry they have worked tirelessly to strangle with regulations." Lucy Gay: Trump tariffs forced Liberals to face the true cost of net zero virtue signalling

  4. The real estate blindered outlook of the Bronze Bozo has forced him once again to say the US will not defend NATO members who don't "pay up". And threatened this sovereignty of 2 members so far, cozied up to Russia and vetoed membership for Ukraine when only that would ensure their sovereignty. So f*ck the d1ckhead and toss them from NATO. PS: We already ARE in a nuclear alliance with Britain and France. Both of which are acutely aware that sucking up and appeasing aggressors leads to much worse.

  5. I understand wanting to diversify one's economy. Nevada has been trying to move away from gambling and tourism. However, why not milk it (the oil sands) for all it is worth. If the pipeline was going through a bunch of cities.. I understand why someone would be hesitant but that is not the case. Well, I wish Canada the best on this and hopefully the next PM can remove these unnecessary obstacles.

  6. Yup. It takes years to make all the appropriate safety promises (grease enough palms), and just recently there was a pipeline nixed with unanimous approval among 20 elected chiefs and 19/20 hereditary chiefs. There were also 3 or 4 projects that were approved in Alberta while Harper was PM, totalling roughly $120 Billion, which were all nixed within 4 months of Trudeau being elected. His speeches about things like "eventually phasing out the oil sands" were enough to create an environment so openly hostile to their future profitability that investors shied away. Canada is not a great place to do business. People don't talk about it much, but we even have inter-provincial tariffs in place to keep the products of our fellow Canadians at bay 😂

  7. Anyone with a single sane cell in their brain knows with certainty: not a single word of a liar can be taken for even minimal content of truth. Liars lie. Maga lies. And that's all that they do.

  8. A very sensible idea in the view of the reality. Only a brainless fool would be sleeping peacefully with the doors unlocked having a bizarre volatile neighbour who routinely threatens them with violence.

  9. The simple truth in your post has angered the bottom-of-the-barrel liars and weasels here. They have no reasonable defence of their lord and master's weak, shameful failure so they take potshots at you instead.

  10. His wife and secret weapon. She came here as a child as an immigrant and is hugely popular in Quebec. She speaks Quebec French like a native because basically she is one and she is outrageously charming and full of energy. She frequently accompanies him to his rallies and such and their interaction certainly are part of the reasons his rallies are so successful. Poilievre will win. But what conservatives are looking for is such an overwhelming victory that it takes two or three election cycles for the liberals to build back from their defeat. There is a real possibility they will come in fourth place and building back from that is no small feat. People are done with the woke.

  11. I 100 % agree with this statement, we could have gotten rid of all our tanks, maybe 60 more, all our arty M777 30 or more, all our TAPV,s our M113's even all of our lav 6.0, lots more we really could have given as well, made some major purchases and killed two birds with one stone, helped ukraine, and spent more for our NATO commitment.... Unfortunately the majority of Canadians don't support our own military, something i am grateful for trumps actions is just that he is forcing us as a nation to look more at our own security...border, military etc...and other shortfalls... Those caught buying Russian oil should be shot with a ball of their own shit...

  14. You need to wake up and get out of your dream world. I received a letter from Ana Poilievre asking for support. Her "husband, Pierre Poilievre, is ready to lead Conservatives to victory and implement his Canada First Plan, including a MASSIVE tax cut, scrapping Liberal anti-resource laws, greenlighting pipelines, rebuilding our military, and restoring the promise of our great country." This is something you should seriously support. "Please help to rescue our country from the failed globalist, borderless, post-national, and radical Liberal experiments that broke Canada." All the existing liberal MPs and cabinet members supported Trudeau's failed policies that left Canada in a wreck. Carney is no different than the rest of the liberals who did this to Canada. Please help us get out of this mess. Go to the Conservatives website now and give your support to help win the next election. Conservative Party of Canada

  15. The mere name, y krai, is enough to explain the problem. In summer 1914, civilised Europe foolishly/tragically commit suicide. For the next 30 years, millions of ordinary Europeans were killed. In these 2020s, I fear that Europe's elite is about to do the same again. === In North America, we largely get along.

  18. the British Crown possesses sufficient thermonuclear warheads to deter the Kremlin, a Royal Navy SSBN with 16 UGM-133A Trident II SLBM's at sea in the survivable second strike role at all times, more firepower than was employed in the entire First World War, never mind the 17h century just one Vanguard class SSBN could nuke both the Russians and Chinese into the stone age, you're talking 192 hydrogen bombs delivered by Multiple Independently Targeted Reentry Vehicles

  22. Nope, not at all. Quite meek and mild actually. It is so easy to debate with a fool. Everything I said to and about you is quite correct. You are the reason your country has to put directions on bottles of shampoo. Other than calling me a tough guy, the rest of your comment is nonsensical LOL It is just that your orange wig is on too tight, cannot think straight as a result LOL

What else does Nevada have, aside from enough sand to cover the earth in glass? Can you even add agriculture there, or will California nuke you guys if you use too much water?

  24. Canada is not doing everything it can, like the rest of NATO has slowed rolled it's support, we have been given a golden opportunity to show the world we can support Ukraine with much needed support, arty rounds, tanks, IFV's, arty and updating that equipment at the same time...but instead we have given a few tanks a few arty pieces a few Lav 6.0 CP variant's and some home grown armored cars... and a whole shit ton of stuff that was not worth it's weight in scrap....not really our finest hour....when considering countries like Spain, Norway, Sweden, Holland have given more than we have... Nobody in NATO, is really doing everything they can, All of NATO has slowed rolled it's support afraid of Mother Russia would do next...if they had this war would have been over yesterday....and yes the result of all of this is Ukrainian losses.

  25. Thanks for the detailed breakdown. I can see why this is a logistical mess. I can get why they want royalties and jobs. however, in the macro that is a lot of hoops to jump through. And if you promise 10 jobs to one area.. the other will say, why not 14 in our area (just an example for easy math). Hmm.. well maybe the Prime Minister that comes after Trudeau can change this in some way.

  26. The current federal government also does not have the best interests of Canada at heart. The biggest threat to Canadian industry and resource development is our eco-terrorist Environment Minister Stephen Guilbeault, who will likely continue in that role when Carney has his coronation.

  27. No, it will never be built. Are you serious??? This has or is little or nothing for Canada. It is for GTA to MTL or Quebec city. There is a lot more and far more important things needed in Canada than a commuter train between TO and MTL. Now this is all BS and will never be built.

  28. Didn't the DOJ announce all its investigations into Trump well before they brought any of the weak ass charges they eventually brought?
    1 point
  29. You should learn to read. "Law enforcement authorities, including the FBI, by custom do not disclose information about investigations that do not end in criminal charges." Because the mere announcement of an investigation casts an unfair damage to reputation on the entity being investigated since they are INNOCENT until proven guilty. Duh Of course why would you care about unfair damage to anyone's reputation, right?

  35. "Canada has committed $19.7 billion in multifaceted support to Ukraine. This includes: Over $12.4 billion in direct financial assistance, the highest in the G7 on a per capita basis." Plus we have been over there with our troops training Ukrainian soldiers. Also "150,879 Ukrainians refugees have already settled in Canada." How many have been accepted and approved in the US? Oh and, the US is revoking refugee status and thinking of deporting them https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trump-plans-revoke-legal-status-ukrainians-who-fled-us-sources-say-2025-03-06/ Why is the US giving so much to Israel and not demanding anything in return from them? Ukraine has had 400,000 killed or injured, according to a January 2025 estimate vs 1,706 Israeli. So User...do not be so ...so....so....Trumpian American LOL. Don't be so righteous.
