In 2 and 3 year old stories. This is not new news, it has been out there for years. And it was probably exposed even before that. Some guys just gotta dig up old news to perpetuate their conspiracy theories LOL My opinion...as valid as theirs.2 points

Not with YOU voters around - she and the libs would have known that if they broke the law that you'd make sure they were returned to power anyway. The idea was always that if crime was exposed the voters would punish the party involved. The system worked great - it was exposed and stopped and... people like you said "no problem - here's your reward". As long as left wing voters are willing to reward politicans for corrupt behavior they can get away with anything. Democracy REQUIRES that the people hold the gov't to account and you people don't, you're happy to reward corrupt behavior. That's the kind of people you are. Nothing changes till that changes. Thankfully it sounds like the younger generation is learning that it's wrong to be woke and are willing to do something about your corruption.2 points

I know you are hopeless with logic, but as you've been told many, many times. Efficacy--whether an intervention works or doesn't--is not measured in the number or percentage of a certain outcome overall. It's measured on a case basis. When situation A occurs, does intervention B increase, decrease or not affect the likelihood of outcome C. Again, basic, basic logic. Since seat belts became mandatory, it's a fact that the number of automobile deaths has climbed every year. 20% more deaths every year! (Or whatever percentage.) Now, a statistically illiterate person might conclude from that simple observation that seat belts don't reduce the likelihood of death. Post hoc, ergo propter hoc. That's stupid though. To actually investigate that question you'd (at a minimum, in the simplest form) need to look at the number of deaths per accident with a seatbelt compared to the number of deaths per accident without a seatbelt. Which, of course, reveals that using a seat belt dramatically reduces the likelihood that one will die if they have a collision. You could measure a efficacy of the vaccine in terms of preventing (symptomatic) infection. It helps, but that's not the primary benefit. You could measure the efficacy of a vaccine by the change in negative outcomes in cases of infection. And there we see over and over again, from populations around the world, that these vaccines made a dramatic difference--particularly against early variants--saving many lives. Even if the number of deaths goes up, one can still vastly improve one's chances to avoid severe outcomes by protecting oneself, whether through seat belts or vaccines. If that's still too hard to understand, here's a visual aid. Sometimes deaths go up. Sometimes deaths go down. But regardless of trend, which line would any smart person choose to be on?2 points

What "we" know is that you should be on a watch list for your own safety and the safety of others, because this crazy little dystopian fantasy you have running on a loop in your twisted mind is exactly the same kind of crazy nonsense that motivates a guy to invade a pizza parlor or storm the capitol. If the government were censoring misinformation, disinformation or general dipshittery, you'd be high on the list. If you ever STOP posting this bullshit it will be the first piece of evidence that you are actually onto something. 🙄2 points

So you're acknowledging that the gov't is involved in censorship - censoring the truth no less - and you're saying that "it's mild enough that it's ok"? Do you realize that the gov't also has the MSM and social media spreading lies? Is that ok too? WTF is wrong with people these days. Demonrat apologists/cultists are also acknowledging that the FBI committed crimes: "But he was a really good guy. A little slap on the wrist was fine." We know the Russian collusion episode was a farce now, we know that the FBI offered people reduced sentences for false testimony, we know that the Dems cheated on the 2016 election multiple times, we know that Dems were openly floating the idea of packing the SC court with 4 new loyalist judges, we know that the Dems condoned protests at conservative SCJ's homes, we know that the Dems bailed out rioters, we know that the Dems weaponized the IRS against conservative groups, the DOJ is blatantly weaponized against Trump, we know that there's an unholy alliance between the Dems and MSNBC/WashPo/NYT/CNN etc, and you're ok with all of that. What more would it take for you to wonder if the US is on the verge of one-party rule? Isn't "jointly committing crimes with the FBI" enough of a red flag?2 points

1) This just takes the legal impetus out of a vax-death scenario. The gov't can swoop in and quickly cover the cost of a funeral, leaving less room for people to file a lawsuit against the gov't. Imagine a case where someone has to take the jab to keep their job, and they have to keep their job or they'll lose their mortgage. They don't want to take the jab, but they have no other choice, and they "die suddenly" [it kills them]. In that scenario the bereaved family members could try to sue the gov't, and they have very finite costs of a funeral on the books to sue for which makes their lawsuit necessary for the courts to deal with, but those costs are just quickly scratched off the ledger by the gov't. Now it's only a hardship case which is a huge grey area, along with the grey area stemming from the fact that medical authorities don't put "vaccination" down as a cause of death. People who "die of covid" are checked off on the spot: "Coughed ten days ago? Check. We're done here." People who die after vaxing are left as question marks. "Died suddenly" is a new official cause of death: SDS is not a formal diagnosis: no set criteria universally define sudden death. However, a 2023 article suggests that many experts have adopted the World Health Organization’s (WHO) definition. It states that SDS is sudden, unexpected death from natural causes witnessed within one hour of symptom onset. 2) This has "political expediency" written all over it. It's like the Duffygate $90K on steroids. "Do you want the cheque to cover your funeral costs or not, lady? Sign here, and don't get any of your stupid tears on the paper. This is 98 brilliance, 28 lb paper. It's over $25 a ream." The jab-apologists are out in force today. What's up?2 points

Trump Sues Truth Social Co-Founders The former President's media company is accusing the co-founders of the social media platform of bungling its business operations. https://gizmodo.com/trump-sues-truth-social-co-founders-1851383091 😂 Also note that before Trump filed this lawsuit in Florida, these same partners filed Suit against Trump in Delaware where the company is headquartered, alleging ‘wrongful 11th hour … maneuvering’ in an effort to dilute their shares in the company.” A shitshow of lawsuits all over some shit stock2 points

Isee some people have trouble recognizing facetious and sarcastic posts when they go up. Others must think the crowds of Israelis protesting in the streets are antisemites too,. or they're of the opinion that people of country A don't have the right to protests the actions of country B. I say they do, but I'm able to see the futility and stupidity of storming your town's School Board meeting demanding an end to hostilities between 2 groups on the other side of the world....2 points

I have had enough of this topic years ago. I don't remember what you ever said about it, but I haven't read anything lucid on the topic from that angle that had a balanced take. Let's cut to the conclusion: are you blaming people for mistakes here or alleging a conspiracy? Tldr please, I didn't read the post.1 point

You can't, because you know without the honesty and integrity shown by a former Liberal politician that Harper's Act wouldn't have prevented a thing, it wouldn't have caught, investigated, charged or convicted anyone. Because it's as useless and empty as your defense of it.1 point

We have less than 2 centuries of accessable oil and less than five hundred years of accessible coal at the current rate of consumption. Without petroleum and coal, we have nothing to lubricate machinery such as wheeled transport or electrical generators. We will return to a pre-industrial world. If we switch to nuclear power, we can extend the life of our petroleum and coal reserves.1 point

"It appears you're expressing frustration with someone's behavior and actions online. While it's essential to address concerns and encourage growth, it's crucial to maintain respect and kindness. Instead of focusing on your personal shortcomings or personal life, consider engaging in a constructive dialogue to help you understand your mistakes and why you have became such a person and improve your behavior. This will foster a more positive and supportive environment"1 point

You mean if criminals break the law the law might be broken? Yes. But the fact is as expected the law did it's job and justin got busted. The problem is that there's no consequences - because people like you keep voting for them. Not at all. Dishonest politicians will also follow the law if there's consequences to not doing so. Instead, the libs punished the honest person and the voters like you rewarded the libs. So this has nothing to do with the law - people like you enable the politicians to be dishonest and corrupt and refuse to stop them. So it continues. And you blame harper for justin's bad behvior and your own failures as a Canadian voter.1 point

“Trump Media, which began being publicly traded last week, is now far and away the most expensive U.S. stock to sell short, according to S3 Partners, a leading financial data marketplace platform. But plenty of people are still willing to pay those steep costs, based on their belief that Trump Media's share price is bound to fall dramatically from its Wednesday closing of $48.81. Investors who wanted to borrow Trump Media shares to sell them short on Wednesday would have had to pay annual financing costs of between 750% and 900% of the price of the stock, said Ihor Dusaniwsky, managing director of predictive analytics at S3 Partners. They are drawn by the fact that the share price gives it a market capitalization of $6.6 billion despite having just $4.1 million in revenue last year. "What I'm hearing on the Street is that if [an amount] of stock becomes available, shorts are taking it down," Dusaniwsky said.“ https://stocks.apple.com/A9P8ALJVAQjGGLOQUoZN-uw1 point

Straight up donations which paid Melania’s hairdresser a whopping $260,000, according to NY Post. That’s where “the billionaire” spends his donations. “The billionaire” who wanted to ban TikTok until one of his donors said, “Hey Donald, I own 15% of TikTok,” and then “the billionaire” who “couldn’t be bought” changed his mind and opposed a TikTok ban. Corrupt to the core. Money First, America Last. https://nypost.com/2023/08/01/melania-trump-stylist-gets-260k-in-campaign-cash-since-start-of-2022/amp/1 point

i notice how he couldn't address the issue of how he felt qualified to judge Peterson's qualifications Certification fallacy is common on the left - part of their general tendency to dismiss the speaker not the argument by questioning the source, dehumanizing groups they don't like (Chud), or claiming that the speaker isn't qualified (and they aught to know!) Peterson is an above average intellect with significant expert level training in research, logic, and science. That does NOT mean he's always right, or that he's always speaking on subjects he has studied thoroughly, but it DOES mean if he makes an argument the chances are it's a damn good one and you'd best be very careful and thorough in your research before you say he's wrong.1 point

You have no idea what I stand for or what Antifa stands for either. You’re just another uneducated know-nothing who thinks all the people and groups he hates are all identical and interchangeable. Yeah Jan 6 is fading in the distance your insurrectionists have been caught but we all know that if Trump loses this year you MAGAs will commit some deplorable act that will make Jan 6 forgettable…probably something more like Oklahoma City bombing which was also carried out by a right wing nutjob. I guess it’s better to have the MAGAs as a terrorist organization than as the dictator’s one-party state. The fact that you still believe in the 2020 election lies despite 4 years of ABSOLUTE FAILURE to produce even a single shred of evidence just showcases your stunning ignorance and gullibility. Science is science... when they disagree, science arbitrates it. It's fine to talk about Galileo but pretty extreme outlier.
