  1. Yeah but your opinion is batshit. As I clearly stated GOP cranks are trying to help Putin conquer Ukraine by cutting off badly needed military aid. Putin gets his military aid from his allies China, Iran and North Korea, whom you seem to have no problem with, you must think they are the good guys.

  2. The only to save Canada now is to get a government in power that believes in more freedom, less taxes and less government ruloes and regulations that are stifling economic growth. We need to have a moratorium on massive 3rd world immigration and get rid of liberal Marxist programs and agendas like gender, pronouns and DEI or diversity, and get rid of foreign aid. And bringing in hundreds of thousands of legal and illegal new immigrants every year into Canada will never solve our housing crisis. Our housing and medical system is under attack thanks to massive liberal immigration. These are all massive and radical moves for a political party to have to make, and try to implement, but it is the only way to try and help save Canada from this Marxist WEF globalist great reset agenda that is destroying Canada today, and making Canadians poorer and poorer every day. Only a real and true and honest conservative government could do the trick. Our only hope today is for the Federal Conservative Party of Canada to win the next election in Canada. Five more years of liberal/NDP socialism will finish off the old Canada that we once knew and love for good. Believe it or not. ๐Ÿ˜‡

  3. A former Bank of Canada governor was saying recently that any new government spending should be aimed at increasing economic productivity. Increasing capital gains taxes does the exact opposite. But that doesn't exactly help any government win a few votes short term. Then there's the deficits and mounting debt. Servicing the debt takes a lot of money off the table that could be used elsewhere. If you want to win elections you're far more likely to win if you spend spend spend. Austerity gets you nowhere unless things get really bad. I love democracies, but it does bring with it some inherent problems.

  5. Wastecanman has been on ignore since probably 2020. He's a complete clown and has nothing of value to say, but he presumably has a life outside this forum and doesn't need to make himself the centre of attention and derail +80% of its threads. Put him on ignore, and you forget he exists. Meanwhile, this other absolute no-life is drowning the forum in his fragile, belligerent performances. At any given time, he's derailing half a dozen or more threads and battling it out with at least as many different people. It's mildly entertaining, I guess, to trigger him. His complete lack of self-awareness and composure makes it easy, and you get some chuckles out of it. On the other hand, like everyone else in his life obviously feels, I'd prefer he wasn't here. ๐Ÿ˜†

  7. Bottom line is your reasoning skills match your emotional maturity and self-control (none). 15 seconds of Google searching would have saved you the humiliation of claiming the USA's embarrassing COVID performance was because of population density, but there you are offering up that turd nonetheless. Even funnier is how you literally cannot help yourself from melting down into another worthless emoji spam rant.

  9. Well it won't happen overnight but it can happen without too much trouble. Obviously the number one way is attrition. You don't hire when someone retires. Then there's restructuring. You can repurpose people in wasteful positions in new positions that actually do something and then have automation do their old stuff - like making use of web pages to reduce the number of staff necessary to process passports which frees up staff to do other things. It will boil down to how his back door negotiations with the unions go. They know he has the power to do massive lay offs, he knows they have the power to make his life hell. They sit down and it's going to be "we'll let you repurpose a bunch of our people if you let us work from home more". "I'll look at raising your wages if you let me do automation to slow the growth of the workforce so they're more productive." Etc. It ain't easy - but Polievre has been in politics for 25 years now and he's seen quite a bit. He knows the ropes.

  12. I think the lack of support is because tit is no longer front page news. I also think that in todays political climate, Canada (or should I say liberals) cannot give anymore without the public blowing up. We also admonished the government for giving "old" stock to Ukraine. Sadly, Russia taking control is no longer cared about. I believe with full support of NATO and if the NATO countries would have accepted Ukraine's applications, things would be different but...

  14. You posted a few things AFTER eyeball and I had both called you out for making shit up again (where are those polls again, btw? ๐Ÿ˜†). What's especially funny is that these "sources" don't even support what you were saying. A literal full-page wall-of-text was required for you to bullshit and spin, with your conclusion entirely relying on garbage assumptions that don't hold water either. ARF ARF, there's that Sealioning again! It would be easier to name the countries who didn't, rather than the ones who did perform better than the USA with COVID, even the ones with denser populations. Sorry muppet, your hypothesis is retarded.

  15. It is in the nature of the left these days in general (and here specifically) that they go to gross exaggerations to try to shame people and to attempt to force the person to defend themselves rather than make an argument. Think parents have rights? well then you're a complete transphobe and gay-hater. Reluctant to take mNRA medicine? Why you must be a bigot and misogynist and a waste of space. (and that's our prime minister talking). So of course if you have concerns about this particular vaccine, you must hate all vaccines. In fact, you probably LIKE the idea of seeing children die of polio. You probably hate old people and want to see them perish from covid in a horrible death. When you got chicken pox as a kid you probably ran around licking people who looked frail. etc etc. As you say - the correct question if you're genuinely honest about it is 'why does this medical treatment concern you where others have not?" etc. But - that's not their point. Their point is you're a bad person for disliking this so we'll dehumanize you a bit, and that way we don't have to care about your opinion any more.

  16. Agreed, it's a bit like calling multi tour veterans (who've had every vaccine known to man) anti vaxxers. A pretty lame accusation that reflects poorly on the accuser and makes me wonder if there are mirrors in the land of CHUDs (a pejorative term I heard here for the first time). A better question would be: "after all of the vaccinations you've had, why did you balk at having this one?" It seems to me that discussing all this with the "move along and get over it" crowd is a waste of time, I'm rooting for you though because from day one, they've been overtly hostile, rude and condescending. There's virtually no chance of them admitting they were wrong about anything after the fact and even less chance of them learning anything from the mistakes made and damage done. It's a bit like talking to the hand of a teenage girl who's "like soooooo over it like."

If this gets bad, I want to see actual people's heads rolling on the floor. I'll need to see Fauci on the electric chair. I'll flip the switch myself.

  19. Knowing how successful, safe and reliable traditional vaccines have actually been over the past 100+ years, how many people they've saved, how intelligent Goddess is, and how seriously she takes medical technology, what do you think are the chances that she doesn't know much about vaccines, or believe in them? I think we both know that insinuating that Goddess was an anti-vaxer was just a snotty cheapshot, right? FYI there are three different types of 'anti-vaxers' now: 1. Traditional anti-vaxers, who don't believe in any vaccines at all. They keep their children unvaxed, leaving them unnecessarily vulnerable to pathogens still floating around the earth that can kill them. It's because of these guys that the term was invented, and it's because of these guys that the term is well-established as a pejorative. 2. People who are skeptical of or outright refuse to take the covid jab are now incorrectly lumped with traditional anti-vaxxers by covid vax-fascists in an attempt to discredit and deride them. The vast majority of covid jab skeptics are not anti-vaxers in the traditional sense, but they know enough about the risk factors of covid and the risk factors of taking an experimental mRNA jab to make an informed decision for themselves, and they have decided that they don't need the jab. The fact of the matter is that science, logic, statistics and reason have always been on the side of the 'anti-pseudovaxers'. 3. People who had always believed in traditional vaccines prior to 2021 but lost faith in medical professionals as a result of the covid jab fiasco, which has sadly translated into a mistrust of all vaccines. 99.99% chance that Goddess is not an anti-vaxer, just a covid jab skeptic of the highest order. I'm not in group 3 because I think that vaccinating children against the obvious menaces is crucial, but I'll admit that I don't fully trust doctors anymore when they administer regular vaccines: once trust is gone it's just gone for good, and these guys sold out, period. If these snake-oil pimps say that they are injecting you with a vaccine for meningitis or something, how do you know? It all just looks like water. It could be water, it could be a meningitis vaccine, it could be something else entirely. https://www.history.com/news/the-infamous-40-year-tuskegee-study

  21. much as I love Dutch Reagan it wasn't him who won the war it was Richard Nixon who divided and conquered between the Soviets & Chinese so the war was won long before Ronald Reagan took office Ronald Reagan's great contribution; was rather allowing Paul Volcker to raise interest rates to 18-22% in order to constrain the runaway inflation but certainly the original MAGA counterrevolution was something for the Western world to fight for Peace Through Strength

  24. TRUMP attorneys today had a piece if Trumps mindset as he drifted off to sleep multiple times and in each sequence farted loudly and hugely, filling his defending attorneys brown noses with the only free lunch they are likely to get from him while the fumed, figeted, squirmed, and tried to extricate themselves from his near vicinity only to find themselves the subject of repeated attacks of his last nights onion rings and today's jelly doughnuts creeping up their nostrils from all sides. The crass manners of Mr. Trump , who thinks he is presidential in his self presentation, swaggering into Court like a red tie doorman selling used cars while his dog pees on the hubcaps, are only exceeded by his total disregard for his own defenders, arguing he knows this time, the jig is up, and he's going to be heading to prison instead at the trials conclusion and so us stuffing down every high cholesterol item now to ensure he doesn't intend to behave as a President but instead as the rude bum he always was.

  25. We have deployed Leopards with blades to assist with removal of transmission towers that where destroyed in the ice storm, same as the winnipeg floods, we deployed IFV tanks, and engineer equipment because of the water levels were to high for most trucks, and some roads were washed out...to evac people that got stranded and to deliver sandbags and supplies across vast areas that were flooded... As for civil disorder, military has been deployed to Oka, during both world wars, to crush union strikes in which resulted in many being shoot...the conscription crises military was used to counter riots...take a look at the liberals wanted to use tanks to remove the convoy, yes it was all talk but the fact remains someone brought it up and had asked...in all these cases police did not have what it took to solve the issues... Many of us have joked around about what we would do if the US military attacked....but i suspect most would do their jobs until our government surrendered...once the fight starts it is hard to make it stop...many Canadian soldiers would die doing their job...it would be a short ands sweet battle but never underestimate our soldiers...I find it kind of funney that most people think our military would cave at the sight of the US military...but as undermanned as we have been we have always picked up our nations flag and held it on the battlefield...all for a ungrateful country...that can't even give their vets proper benefits...the funny part is most Canadians take pride in how badly we treat those that take up arms for our country...

  30. DNA damages occur within our body, especially during cell division - which happens in us all the time. As we get older, or as we get exposed to stresses (like consuming lots of processed foods), DNA damage is increased in our body. Thankfully, most of us have working P53 genes that activates whenever it detects any DNA damages. P53 basically tells the cells to STOP dividing, repairs the DNA damages and then green lights the cells to start dividing again! When P53 detects that DNA damages are too much, it instructs the cells to go kill themselves instead of replicating further. Itโ€™s like a very cool repair engineer in our body, keeping DNA damages at bay before they develop into cancer. Dr. Wafik El-Deiry (Brown University) is considered on of the most prominent leading figureheads in P53 gene research. His work in P53 gene research goes all the way back to 1992. Dr. El-Deiry found out how the P53 protein, which helps prevent tumors, attaches to our DNA. This important finding, shared in the journal Nature Genetics in 1992, has helped us understand which genes are directly influenced by P53 to stop cancer growth. He discovered a gene named P21, which P53 affects. P21 acts like a brake in our cells, slowing down their division, especially when they're under stress. What did Dr. El-Deiry discover? Essentially, he uncovered that the spike protein blocks the P53 gene's function. ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ Does this imply that everyone will develop cancer? Not necessarily. However, without the protective action of the P53 gene, the likelihood of cancer rises significantly, especially in those with more DNA damage. We know now that the spike protein continues to be produced non-stop, so....that's not good. SARS-CoV-2 spike S2 subunit inhibits p53 activation of p21(WAF1), TRAIL Death Receptor DR5 and MDM2 proteins in cancer cells | bioRxiv Increases in cancer following covid vaccination has already been confirmed by the japanese: 20240408-14533-1avkjxd.pdf (cureus.com) And Dr. Maarten Fornerod, a respected Dutch cancer researcher and molecular biologist concurs.
