  1. How would it be so different though from " the election was stolen" claim, without a single piece of evidence thrown out by dozens of cases and still all of the MAGA and half of Republicans (seemingly) believe it? If one has moved from the standard of fact and objective truth, to "whatever serves me best becomes, is made into the truth", how much sense does it make to fish for the lowest bottom? There wouldn't be any, obviously. Every new low will be breached by the next enthusiast of false news and manufactured lies.

  2. No blow is too low for Donald Trump, who this week began peddling the claim that Nikki Haley is Constitutionally ineligible to serve as President, because her immigrant parents were not yet citizens at the time of Haley’s 1972 birth in South Carolina. Trump, who is himself Constitutionally ineligible to serve as President, has also falsely claimed that Barack Obama and Ted Cruz were born overseas and Constitutionally ineligible to serve as President. Meantime, I await for the day when the MAGA wake the F up and realize that Donald Trump is a conman who’s been lying to them for years about practically everything. https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/111721484609384209

  3. So protesting is bad in your creepy totalitarian vision of society? The truckers had the right to protest and so do Palestinians. You don’t get to have different rules for the groups you like. Either you support free speech or you don’t. Obviously violence is another matter. The courts can and do shut down highly disruptive activities, though in Canada they generally let much more go if it’s an Indigenous railway blockade or BLM riot. Too much radical left ideological capture in Canada.

  4. When a leftist or a minority does it, it's always ok, so whether or not it's hate speech depends on who's talking. Examples of "OK hate speech": https://www.westernstandard.news/news/trudeau-calls-the-unvaccinated-racist-and-misogynistic-extremists/article_a3bacece-2e14-5b8c-bf37-eddd672205f3.html Got it?

  5. Well, no. Because the President could resign the day before a Senate vote, if it came to that.

  6. you're getting very confused. none of the J6 convictions had anything to do with the 14th Amendment. if SCOTUS rules in Trumps favour on the 14th Amendment then nothing changes for J6 convictions. still waiting for that exculpatory evidence to overturn the J6 convictions.

  7. Did he have any evidence for those claims? What was the substance of them, any, objectively speaking? Fox News admitted they were "false statements". If not, they have to be one and the same thing: the difference is only what completely made up "truth" comes out of one's finger. You need to see things for what they are, and "grow up".

  8. Incorrect. Conspiracy to commit murder can be charged without an actual murder. It's not the job of any SC to determine guilt of a crime. Doesn't mean he hasn't been victimized So it's just hatred that motivated the anti trump crowd. We've known that for some time now.

  9. I think it would have been really funny to see the look on Trump's face if Seal Team 6 had marched into the courtroom with their weapons ready during that argument about them assassinating Biden's political rival.

  10. Of course you aren’t convinced! After all; we saw with our own eyes the live video of a violent riot consisting of people who were trying to stop the certification of the Electoral College. But you say we didn’t see it. We did see it. Now you say there was no insurrection that day, yet people were convicted of seditious conspiracy. So you say that all of their convictions were false. It’s obvious that you do not accept reality. Whether that is from an in-born neurological defect, a learning disability, too many punches to the head, extensive drug use… I cannot say. But the facts are clear: It is extremely difficult to convict someone of seditious conspiracy. Not only does the prosecution need to prove that the person engaged in sedition, the prosecution must also prove that the accused did so deliberately in concert with other individuals. You cannot be convicted of seditious conspiracy if you act alone. The Proud Boys were highly organized on January 6. They left Trump’s speech very early, in order to surveil the Capitol for weaknesses. They used radio communication to select the most vulnerable points to attack to gain entry to the U.S. Capitol. When one point failed, they coordinated to attack a different point. There is extensive evidence of these facts, leading Tarrio to not only be convicted of seditious conspiracy, but to rack up the maximum punishment allowable by law for the act.

  11. It seems universities are teaching their college age children to trigger themselves over anything they or their radical professors don't like to hear. For example, when someone like Charlie Kirk or Ben Shapiro visit a left-leaning university, they are met with liberal students who are easily traumatized and readily insecure. It makes for entertaining video, but it illustrates how powerful the left has gotten with its bullshit take on "hate speech".

  13. Today, Donald Trump’s attorney argued before a Federal court of appeals that Donald Trump cannot be prosecuted for crimes he allegedly committed while President. He argued that a President can ONLY be prosecuted for committing a crime if he is first impeached and convicted by the Senate. John Lauro then argued that President Joe Biden should be prosecuted for (get this) violating Donald Trump’s Absolute Immunity. So Donald Trump has absolute immunity from prosecution… but Joe Biden does not.

  14. Again if two people conspire to kill someone and one of them purchases a weapon that advances the conspiracy and no attempt to commit the murder needs to happen to get a conspiracy conviction. Period. Correct a plan to act not the act itself. No one was convicted of insurrection or sedition.

  16. No, you're the one who's confused, and you're also pissed off. You've seen that the Trump accusations of insurrection don't hold water and out of TDS fueled frustration you've turned to the "J6 convictions" to help soothe your fevered brain. Now admittedly, I haven't looked into the cases nearly as much as you perverts have, and that's to be expected given that I'm not saddled with Trump Derangement Syndrome. I know you're desperate for a win here, but it's going to take some time to familiarize with the cases. You're waving the question of "exculpatory evidence" around like a banner of wokeness, but you don't take the time to ask me who I think might be innocent or guilty, and that's going to take a little research, which I will do going forward.

  18. Of course they’re close. Duh. “Sedition is conduct or speech that incites individuals to violently rebel against the authority of the government. Insurrection includes the actual acts of violence and rebellion.” In US Federal Law, seditious conspiracy covers BOTH insurrection and sedition AND requires proof of conspiracy: ”If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof.” QUESTION: How comes I keep quoting US Federal Law to you, and you never do? Your approach seems to be to deny that US Federal Law exists.

  19. In case you've forgotten, the Dems spent 3 years running a witch hunt with the FBI. Those guys lied to Americans about 20,000 times and the FBI even got caught committing felonies. At the end, how much "evidence" of collusion did they have? Not one iota. The emails weren't found to be hacked, the only witness of the source of the emails said that they were leaked, the entrapment meeting with the Russian girl at Trump tower came up empty-handed, the ALFA Bank lead was bunk, Hillary's lawyer lied to the FBI and wasn't charged, the FBI leaned on Trump associates for "testimony" and got nothing... You guys ran your mouth for YEARS with no evidence. Now you're butthurt because Trump talked for two months. What's worse, myata? Lying and committing crimes for three years or being wrong for 2 months? Go soak your head you stupid little hypocrite.

  20. Hunter Biden is facing possible Contempt of Congress charges because he has refused to testify to Congress in secret. To be clear, Biden has agreed to testify publicly before Congress. He has refused to testify secretly because he believes that politicians will selectively leak to the media portions of his answers, taken out context. He therefore offers to testify in public, with all video cameras rolling and a full public record of his testimony. Of course, this is all for show, because the Congress’ only authority is to refer the matter to the DoJ for prosecution. Although this would then be referred to the Special Prosecutor tasked with Hunter Biden, it is unlikely the SP will want to take a case to test whether or not Congress has the right to compel SECRET TESTIMONY. It seems very doubtful that Congress has such a right, especially in the case of an individual whom Congress is seeking to punish. The fifth amendment protects the right of the accused from testifying against him or herself, although Biden has already stated that he will answer any and all questions, as long as it is done publicly.

You're trying to get through this conversation without acknowledging the fact that the Dems are habitual cheaters, they were completely busted multiple times, they're pathological liars, they have an unholy alliance with the FBI, and that a lot of very dodgy things happened: late truckload ballot heroics, counting rooms blocked from public view, boxes of ballots pulled out from under desks after people have left, a candidate who didn't campaign yet got 80M votes after a few 20-minute videos from his basement... The 2020 election reeked to the high heavens.

  27. I never agreed with the occupation of Ottawa and still don't agree with it. I don't think they should have brought trucks into Ottawa or honked horns. No. Why are you evading the reasons for the protest? Do you support Trudeau seizing bank accounts of people who donated a few bucks?

  28. No, you have to stop as soon as a judge says you must. Such cases are common and always the authorities get a judicial order requiring the protesters to go away. That never actually happened in ottawa. Nobody actually ruled it wasn't legal. They were never told by a judge that they were in violation and had to stop. THe closest they came was the honking, and when the judge orderedt hey stop Strange that, wouldn't you say?

  35. Did you know that Ytou can measure the exact distance from the earth to the moon using a laser beam? And the reason why is because astronauts put a laser reflector on the surface of the moon. So there’s your proof. Point the laser at the reflector, and the light will reflect back. Beyond that? We’ve orbited people around Earth for years at a time. You can point a dish into space and receive TV signals from it. We get weather forecasting from satellites. Satellite radio. Satellite internet. With all that, there’s no reason at all to believe that we cannot send people a little bit further and reach the moon. And, yes, it’s only a little bit farther, because once you’re in space, it takes virtually no fuel at all to move anywhere.

  36. yeah, all of this was really interesting today... particularly since Trump showed up. there is talk that Trump was there because the "genius" arguments, which were actually ridiculous and were utterly destroyed by the common logic of other participants, was Trumps alone. that he actually fed his lawyers these ridiculous assertions. that his lawyers would never make such moronic arguments because most of them have half a brain. i'm sure it was a sobering affair for the ex president. interested in the excuses Trump fans make. like why would he make such moronic arguments? or if it wasn't his idea then why would he sit there and let such moronic arguments be made on his behalf? why does he need to be "immune" when he didn't commit any crime? i know, i know... it doesn't matter if he committed a crime. he should be allowed to commit crimes. him alone.

  39. To recap: The Great Leader proclaimed to his supporters to fight, which they did and they entered the Capitol building to stop the peaceful transfer of power and abduct the VP. Many have been found guilty and Great Leader may be banned from running again. In a few years, nobody will be proud to have supported this hypocritical and selfish embarrassment. I haven't seen a solid retort, just insults...

  40. Canada used to have a great reputation: we fought in several wars/peace missions and lost over 100,000 soldiers, none of those wars were for our own benefit we provided food, doctors and medicine to the poorest nations of the world for decades Now we're known as a bunch of whiny, disrespectful wimps, we've alienated global superpowers recently (Japan and India), and white people are considered the scourge of the planet because our own PM tells everyone that.

  45. August, thats the example you want to use, you can get a i dunno what for 16 $... Years ago i could get a full meal in Egypt for just 2 bucks American, and i knew what it was, does not mean things were good in the country.... . Thats a pretty shitty example of how we get along....and yet lets talk about how treat our homeless, our veterans, how There are separatist parties in Quebec, Alberta, Sask, how parents rights are being trumped by the school boards and LBGTQ lobby groups, how our government thinks diversity hiring is going to make things even across the board for minority groups...there is a lot more things that tear us apart rather than bring us together... like i said Most Canadians don't give a rats ass about Canada, but rather what this nation can give them for free...we have become a nation of "give it to me now" there is no pride in our nation, we have become divided by our government, by other lobby groups, by other governments...We are the weak link in the running of our own nation let alone in global affairs... Canada use to be a good place, today it is almost embarrassing to be called a Canadian, we have become a nation of free loaders and some how that is something to be proud of......Canada may look like a good place out your window...but if you get a bigger picture it does not look as rosy as you point it out to be...
