Trudeau is a dark narcasist and sociopath. There terrified to show any disagreement or concern. Trudeau fired Jody Wilson-Raybould for a reason. He sent a signal to the rest of his caucus, that if they ever try and second guess him publicly, they will lose their job. He's kind of like Kim Jung I'll. He's trained his groupies to clap for him, even when they know he's spouting off bullshit. Just smile and clap, and you can keep your $250 000 a year job, and six figure pension. When the concervatives reaze illegitament concerns, make sure to smirk at them, and demoralize them. If you don't he might have a problem.5 points

Regarding the masking of children: I see a lot of comments online when this issue is discussed from parents of autistic children and asperger's children. They all say basically the same thing - it's nearly impossible to mask these kids. They fight it tooth and nail. And they need to see people's faces when interacting with others in order to read the interaction. I'm not looking to argue this. I let the parent's have their thoughts and concerns. I'm just saying, if you are one of those people who think none of this is affecting children and their development - please reconsider.3 points

Further to my comments about Trudeau refusing to lift restrictions: Today in parliament, rather than answer questions on when he will lift restrictions and allow Canadians to get back to normal, Trudeau actually walked out of the chamber in the middle of a question from the opposition. This man is a donkey on the edge. His fantasy life of power, wealth and prestige is crumbling around him. His wife has left him, his country is in revolt and the whole world now sees that he is an emperor with no clothes.3 points

Is Trudeau the most unCanadian Prime Minister ever? 1. Denying people the ability to fly on publicly owned aircraft to visit loved ones. 2. Calling people playing street hockey terrorists 3. Giving money to shady charities 4. Denying people the ability to eat in restaurants 5. Denying people autonomy over their own bodies 6. Attacking Canadian citizens who exercise their right to protest 7. Arresting people for giving essential supplies like food and gasoline. 8. Closing down places of worship. While I'm sure hes proud of how unCanadian he is (seems to care more about globalism than his own people) I'd say he's got to be up there.2 points

Ottawa residents are fighting back. Since the law enforcement is unwilling or unable to enforce the law and restore order and the governments at different levels are doing nothing to end this sedition may be it is time for Ottawa residents to take the matter into their own hands and keep their options open as how to drive out these unwanted law breakers.2 points

From Nat Post: https://nationalpost.com/news/politics/its-not-good-timing-liberals-downplay-mp-joel-lightbounds-accusation-of-divisive-tactics Robillard re: Lightbound: “said exactly what a lot of us think” and mentioned that there are more MPs in the caucus “who’ve just had enough”.2 points

This is specific to Bonnie Henry (BC) but this exact problem is what's been going on in all the p rovinces and is exactly what the truckers are fighting for. For all of us.2 points

CORRECTION: The truckers have been insulted and misidentified by a PM who's hiding his ass at Mommy's cottage. He could have met with the truckers...you know...like a real leader...but Pixie-Dust is a cowering little simp who has others do his dirty work for him. What an embarrassment.2 points

Do you think people with those kinds of views on this forum are honest and reasonable interlocutors? Could the mind of someone be changed with reasonable arguments when they think Trudeau should be tried for treason, or publicly executed?2 points

Thought you were quite disturbed before this post. The above post confirms my suspicions.2 points

I think that's the problem. Your lot is to the right of 95% of Canadians, yet you expect people to listen to you. Doesn't compute.2 points

Tow Truck Drivers refusing to help cops remove them bad ol trucks. Tow-truck companies refuse to haul away large trucks gridlocking Ottawa You think them tow truck drivers are onside with you, government chivatos? Hell no, we won't tow. In fact we're joining in. We ma' show, old blackface Trudeau what we think of him.2 points

It's pretty simple. Ditch the Chicom social credit system disguised as 'vaccine passports' and return Canada to the way it was before you and your cohorts started breaking bread with Red China and the globalist dickheads. Anything else and there'll be troooooble. Ask a Scot.2 points

I guess you miss the main point. What is his policy? If the mandate is his only policy, the majority of the population say we need to find another policy because it is not working.2 points

I want it lifted too but in a prudent manner without overwhelming our health care. The problem is nobody realizing that it is the variant not Federal government which decides on when or how emergency measures can be lifted, If it wasn't for the damn Omicron variant all emergency measures would have gone by now. So damn the virus not Trudeau/2 points

He spoke powerfully and sincerely. My guess is that he will be one of the last remaining pillars of the party when it falls apart — if he isn’t kicked out. He should just defect to the Conservatives.2 points

OK here's the Leger poll on the Convoy... There's 17% 'strong support' so maybe people can understand Trudeau's response a little more now ? Now before you JUMP DOWN MY THROAT - DO NOT SHOOT THE MESSENGERS. I am sympathetic with popular uprisings, but this falls a little short of being popular: https://leger360.com/surveys/legers-north-american-tracker-february-8-2022/ Some people are starting to get more boistruous about their opposition to the convoy too:2 points

The Truckers' movement was all that was needed to break apart the Liberals unity it seems. Trudeau divided the country so much, and had such a divisive rhetoric, that even the Federal Liberal Party of Canada is now having dissidence over the direction of the Minority government. Are we reaching the end of the Omerta of the Covid measures? --- A Liberal MP is speaking out against Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and provincial governments’ pandemic policies, and politicians’ handling of the ongoing trucker convoy protests. Joel Lightbound, the Louis-Hébert, Que. MP, held a press conference on Parliament Hill on Tuesday morning saying that he thinks those concerned about COVID-19 policies have “legitimate concerns” that should not be dismissed.1 point

Depends on the circumstances, but governments have used such tactics in the past to intimidate and affect policy outcomes. Using child welfare as leverage is hardly new in Canada (and elsewhere).1 point

My guess is that much of the police force is with the protesters; Police officers were also facing mandatory vaccinations.1 point

This is what "democracy" looks like...and it looks frick'n awesome from this side of the border. Seems that local, provincial, and federal governments had zero planning for such a conflict and don't know what to do for fear of making the impasse even worse. Supporters are defying police by carrying water and fuel to the protesters. Blockages are spreading to other choke points.1 point

If you find listening to absolute morons ranting angrily to be compelling, there are some pretty simple words to describe you as well. Yeah I mean telling everyone that the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax and then getting ridiculed for it is soooo unfair. Poor poor Alex Jones. It makes it so much harder for him and his pretend health expert to peddle their worthless merchandise to gullible fools.1 point

No you don’t get more than two years of our lives “to keep the hospitals from getting overwhelmed”. My kids are only with me a short time and so are my parents. We’re all triple vaccinated and have followed the rules. Two Christmases canceled. We can’t get this time back. The mental health mess, job losses, social deficits, and academic gaps are enormous. You’re going to have to accept people living freely again, unmasked and living life without having to show passports to eat a meal. We’re not buying into the fear anymore. If you’re worried about Omicron, cover up and keep a distance. You have many protections available to you. You don’t get to suspend our Charter freedoms indefinitely for dubious reasons.1 point

1. Well that's pretty shitty. 2. I hold people in esteem for how they live their lives. I appreciate teachers, scientists, doctors and sanitation workers. I guess you don't, though. Not much to say about that.1 point

1. I'd say ask all those that have lost their business, or those about to, over restrictions and mandatory closures due to mandates, IE gyms, theaters, dine in restaurant, non essential business,... Ask them if they had a choice would they have put the mandates in place and close or stay open to enjoy a revenue source... I note that any provincial run business were allow to stay open liquor store, and dope stores they made a bundle on the pandemic. A case could be made that these items are not essential to life... well maybe this is Canada.1 point

Only safe vaccines are safe. The unsafe ones are quickly identified as unsafe, and pulled off the market. Does that make your statement self-referencing? Yes it does. Results from the google search https://www.google.com/search?q=vaccine+injuries+deaths+-covid Note the use of the "-covid" argument. You won't find a damned thing that makes sense anymore unless you use this. Here's a good one. US Government Title 42-THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE CHAPTER 6A-PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE SUBCHAPTER XIX-VACCINES Part 2-National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=granuleid:USC-prelim-title42-section300aa-14&num=0&edition=prelim I won't post the results, you can look it up. Below are some rules, describes what happens to people when they get vaccines. (b) Qualifications and aids to interpretation The following qualifications and aids to interpretation shall apply to the Vaccine Injury Table in subsection (a): (1) A shock-collapse or a hypotonic-hyporesponsive collapse may be evidenced by indicia or symptoms such as decrease or loss of muscle tone, paralysis (partial or complete), hemiplegia or hemiparesis, loss of color or turning pale white or blue, unresponsiveness to environmental stimuli, depression of consciousness, loss of consciousness, prolonged sleeping with difficulty arousing, or cardiovascular or respiratory arrest. (2) A petitioner may be considered to have suffered a residual seizure disorder if the petitioner did not suffer a seizure or convulsion unaccompanied by fever or accompanied by a fever of less than 102 degrees Fahrenheit before the first seizure or convulsion after the administration of the vaccine involved and if- (A) in the case of a measles, mumps, or rubella vaccine or any combination of such vaccines, the first seizure or convulsion occurred within 15 days after administration of the vaccine and 2 or more seizures or convulsions occurred within 1 year after the administration of the vaccine which were unaccompanied by fever or accompanied by a fever of less than 102 degrees Fahrenheit, and (B) in the case of any other vaccine, the first seizure or convulsion occurred within 3 days after administration of the vaccine and 2 or more seizures or convulsions occurred within 1 year after the administration of the vaccine which were unaccompanied by fever or accompanied by a fever of less than 102 degrees Fahrenheit. (3)(A) The term "encephalopathy" means any significant acquired abnormality of, or injury to, or impairment of function of the brain. Sounds like they can be pretty bad to me.1 point
-
They are keeping vaccine deaths and injuries quiet so everyone will get the shots. They don't want you to know that these kinds of things can happen. If they do talk about them - they say they are extremely rare and in reality, they are not. I am angry that they blast it all over the media if an unvaccinated person gets covid, but not a peep when 17 year olds die from the vaccine or 30 year olds die from heart attacks or 40 year old convulse for a year. It's total bullshit propaganda.1 point

They don't have to be violent these days, the typical Canadian today is easily managed. As long as they get the same script from big tech, big pharma and the media, mixed in with some fearmongering, they'll roll up their sleeves to avoid something that's supposed to be deadly. But the result is pretty much the same as tyranny, freedom wise. The ugly underbelly is that any doctor or nurse that insists on other treatments gets fired. Big media and tech silently censor and suppress opposing views to the point of ruining people's lives. Now that is what has me amazed. How did the powers that be get everyone singing from the same songbook? Absolutely no opposing views. No questions, except from those that get quickly silenced. Maybe I answered my own question.1 point
-
If I truely believed I was trapped and suffocating to death under the weight of the tyranny you describe I'd have picked up a weapon by now and trying my best to kill who ever was trying to kill me. I just don't understand why you and 3/4 of the people in this forum are not doing that already.1 point

Just trying to show good faith and that there is room in the discussion to see rationale in the arguments from the other side. However, there’s a line that must be drawn on government overreach. Governments in Canada are over that line for sure for the reasons I’ve explained. If Trudeau can’t provide a fast timeframe for the removal of vaccine mandates, he is acting in open violation of constitutional rights. Truckers are fair to hold the line on our Charter protections. Trudeau has a way out of this mess. The longer he waits the worse it will be.1 point

1. "Little understanding" ? I feel like people who say this have little understanding. The IPCC predicted .5 degrees C per decade and that's what we are seeing. 2. If cults debate ideas, disagree and test their ideas in the real world then... ok. But cults don't do that. 3. Climate Denialism is religious and has been from the beginning. They are impervious to sense. When I posted a response to the assertion that "the models were wrong" last time, there was no response. That's orthodoxy right there. 4. Could be... and yet they ARE taught to think critically and back up assertions which you haven't done. You repeat memes that climate science is a cult because you are told that. 5. I think most of us know how to answer.1 point

1. You can call them paleo-Marxists or something. Well, you SHOULD call them Communists and Marxists if you care about clarity. If you care about poetry, then you care about the poet of forum posts, Auguste. 2. Split into 2 parties, combining for ~9,200 votes in Canada, or 1 in 5000. You have better chance of getting a hole in 1 than finding a random Communist/Marxist voter.1 point
