  1. Useful idiot and puppet would be more accurate

  2. I think it's fair to say ideology triggers more hatred and fear than ethnicity. I feel pretty hated when I'm compared to mass murderers. I'm actually pretty adorable, according to my grandkids anyway.

  3. Nothing is quite as stupid as socialism and 2 out of 3 Canadians embrace it.

  4. Hmmm. You don't realize you're only going to find another large group of people who are pretty much saying the same thing? Right-wingers are as dumb as a dog's dick.

  5. I think so because he doesn’t listen to Canadians no matter how badly federal policies impact them. When he was being slammed at the EU for his undemocratic oppressive treatment of protesters, he kept harping on about how 90% of Canadians are vaccinated, as though this would impress anyone or justify his mistreatment of Canadians. Strange man.

  6. It a promise. And you can take your shiny new law and shove it right where the sun don't shine. The globalist Tweenkie movement is dieing under the sheer volume and weight of their own horseshit. Pixie-Dust Trudeau is now an international joke. Globalist ideology is the primary reason for the current inflation and a HUGE factor in the Ukraine war resolution. They've overplayed their hand and now...that hand has gangrene and needs to be amputated. But you can rejoice because... "Its all for the greater good."

  7. Anyone catch the interview Jason Kenney did in a church of all places trying to say he's going to protect churches? Same man who erected a fence around GraceLife Church and arrested multiple pastors for the crime of providing pastoral care to parishioners during Covid? Same guy who threw a pastor in solitary confinement for protesting? The man's a fraud. Defies his own covid orders with his expensive supper at Sky Palace while there were restrictions. I hear the UCP will have him under leadership review.

  8. LOL The Calgary rallies are in the news. But MSM doesn't seem to report on any of the other Freedom rallies in Canada or around the world. BC has huge ones. And in Europe. But I understand if CBC doesn't cover it, it doesn't exist for you. ?

  9. Taxme, thinks they get to wear a gold star when protesting, puffing up his chest look at me mom... Military does not take anyone that wears a tinfoil hat, but like you said protecting ones country comes at a price , one that guys like taxme are unwilling to pay... Yes there has been lots of PM's and their MP's that have embarrassed Canada, but i think Justin has taken that to a whole new level, his inter national reputation is awful, most Canadians can't stand him, but don't have the balls or moral values to shift their votes...

  10. I will answer: it was a stupid as the vitriol directed at Trudeau. And with both of them - people blamed them for things that weren't their fault and let things go that were their fault.

  11. It's stupid because real dictatorships have leaders with names like Kim Jong Un and Putin --- but you seem to think expressing yourself freely on the internet without being jailed or "disappeared" and being able to protest on the streets without being shot outright is equal to such places. It's utterly stupid and you deserve to be mocked.

  12. I am happy to discuss comparisons and conclusions with people who have some intelligence and common sense and can add rational, well-thought-out arguments or perspectives. None of that is you, unfortunately. I find that ones like yourself who only read CBC headlines and who think personal insults and internet memes constitute "discussion", generally don't have brain power to follow a rational discussion. Have a lovely day

  13. There's no 'blurry video', and no lack of evidence that what I said is true, there's just an unwillingness on your part to look at it. You're part of the "WE THE SHEEPLE" gang. You believe what you want and you refuse to see what CTV/CBC and Global tell you not to.

  14. I often wonder how today's online world would have handled Harper's security bill. Those bleating "dictatorship" are themselves pretty quiet about it, I find.

  15. I wish we could talk politics, but instead we have jokers like you screaming hyperbole, promoting visibly dumb conspiracies and talking about MSM "hoaxes" and WEF/Illuminati nonsense instead. Settle down with your thread creation and maybe watch the rational adults talk for a few days.

  16. Who's whining? These guys are clowns and are considered clowns even in their own countries, so all they've really accomplished in the EU parliament is a collective eyeroll. What do I stand for? Common sense and reality. Sorry if that offends you.
    1 point
  17. What do you even stand for? You seem to like unresponsive and undemocratic government, so it’s pretty rich for you to mock these guys. Stop whining.

  20. Then I suppose you understand that you've been lied to endlessly...and just don't care. Par for the course. What you see is more and more people waking up to the unadulterated BS they've force fed by the governments and the media...not to mention the medical profession. As far as your accusation is concerned...don't worry. I and the millions who see clearly, understand your reluctance to stand up to power. A "Nationalist" wants what's best for his/her own nation above all else. You do not apparently want that, or are at least hesitant to stand up for yourself. I don't really blame you in particular. Its a common mindset. Courage is so hard to come by.

  21. Or he doesn't listen to obstinate/ignorant losers whining loudly. Pretty sure nobody but you guys care that Europe's far-right yelled slogans in the EU parliament for their base back home. The Idea that anyone thinks what this goof has to say is noteworthy is a hilarious exercise in self-deception.

  22. He keeps repeating that phrase as an answer to nearly every question. I'm expecting him to comment on the Ukraine situation by telling us the war would be over if everyone just got vaccinated.

  23. When people feel that no matter how educated, skilled, talented, or hard-working they are, the outcome is pre-determined, they eventually become unmotivated and resigned. Why care or work at anything? Equality is justice. Equity is in the eye of the judge. It risks putting representation above merit. Lose your meritocracy and you lose your economy and social cohesion. It’s extreme statism that’s popular with communist ideologues and supporters of international top-down central planning like Trudeau. The fact that Ford is signing off on this doesn’t reflect well on him. The Bill supports inequality and policies that could really hurt people. It’s also an NDP policy that isn’t centrist in any way.

  24. The other day I read on this forum that Trudeau is one of the movers and shakers for the NWO, leading the international community as directed by the WEF. Today he's an international joke. Sure wish the conspiracy lovers on here could come together to form a coherent conspiracy.

  26. Absolutely positively social media is just a gossip column. The title "social" media is descriptive of that. Nothing on "social"media has to be factual, proven, with context or even relevant. If you think "libbies" weaponize the news media, what do you think social media does??? LOL Your post is threatening with comments like "we're coming to your neighborhood in force." What social media does is enable people like you to make threats like " we're coming to your neighborhood in force." without recourse to you.... or maybe there will be recourse for making threats under the new law.

  27. Ok some content is regulated true. CRTC also. Isn't Twitter from the US, and Facebook? I just don't get it. I don't even know where they'd even begin. Propoganda coming from accounts using a VPN is very hard to trace. There's no way to catch a lot of this stuff. Thanks friend.

  31. "Certain ethnic groups"? The far right in Canada and US are primarily white. Are they the ethnic groups you speak of? The thousands and thousands of "Canadians who peacefully protested in the truckers convoy " are ll t home now with nothing to worry about and no issues and have proved their point. It is the few hundred that you are still hearing from or are still making noise. Yes, "Patriotism comes at high price". What are you or the few hundred protesters willing to do for their country except block roads and honk horns for nights on end?. Willing to put on a uniform and lay your life down for your Country? Yes, some in the EU slammed Trudeau and he does deserve what he got but, there have been conservatives that have also embarrassed and made Canadians ashamed of their leader.

  32. You have a point - it's a bit disturbing the way Pelosi, AOC and other Dems get hysterical about the 2-hr protest at their place of work. That brief protest completely lacked the kind of widespread violence and arson which was rampant at the riots where other people work, and those ones went on for months while the Dems cheered for it. This guy is the poster boy for the Democrat Party:

  33. And the FBI has had Hunter’s laptop since it was surrendered to them by the computer tech. He wrongly figured they would do something about all of the crimes contained therein. The beautiful thing is, once Hunter gets indicted, the FBI will have no other alternative than to start doing their jobs. The ones that don’t get fired, anyway.

  34. It means not equality in opportunity but in outcome! Like communism. Everyone gets same salary, same everything. But no one says equity when we look at basketball or track or badminton or table tennis or cricket.

  35. But wait, Moonbox. You're starting to confuse me again. Weren't you telling us last week what a great Conservative you were - voting for Harper twice and Ford once? You said. But now you appear to be arguing in favor of Government waste. Huh?
    1 point
  36. Well, I get your point and it's thoughtful. But I think it applies more to standards, policies and so on ... outside of culture. CRTC is probably flawed, but there is value as long as you want Canada to have its own culture. Nobody on here is Marxist enough to seriously propose abolishment of countries and establishment of international agencies to guarantee health and quality of life for working people across borders, which tells me people still want countries. If you don't want Canada to be a cold Puerto Rico then you want the CRTC or some similar agency to exist.

  37. Hilary Clinton and the DNC just got fined by the FEC for lying about paying funds to Fusion GPS in 2016 for the Russian Steele Dossier. Neither will be appealing. It's about time.
    1 point
  38. Hilary's 2016 campaign was also on a mission, not to win the election so much as to take down Trump, and here's more proof. The FEC(Federal Election Commision) has just fined Clinton for LYING about the funding of the Russian "dossier". The Democratic National Committee was also fined. They both violated rules on disclosing expenditures of payments they funneled to the opposition research firm Fusion GPS through their law firm. And there's more. And they won't be appealing.

  40. I believe the Government has latitude on which cases they bring before the Court, yes absolutely. If you look at the Palowski original case they tried to put a compelled speech clause in where basically he had to pay lip service to health professionals any time he criticized health orders

  41. What the Libs and NDP are doing is perfectly acceptable in a parliamentary democracy. In fact, most countries like ours are more relaxed about coalitions than we are, often between parties with far less in common. Regarding JT losing the popular vote, Mr. Harper seemed quite happy with our antiquated FPTP system while in office. I’d prefer a tighter grip on the budget but the people have spoken, have chosen a left-wing parliament and that is that.

  44. And here's what you guys who keep bringing this "8 times as vaxxed" non-point up refuse to acknowledge. The key point is "Pandemic of the unvaccinated." Is it one or isn't it one? It's not and here's why: The jab will not stop you from transmitting the virus. It may serve as a sort of medicine controlling symptoms. (The naturally immune offer the same protection.) The non-symptomatic don't transmit the virus. So fewer of the vaccinated and the naturally immune transmit the virus. However as you said there are 8 times as many jabbed and the symptomatic among them can still transmit the virus so even though fewer are symptomatic your chances of running into an infectious one of them are about as good as running into an infectious member of the non-compliant. Then you can add into that the short term of efficacy of the vaccine. It can be as low as 3 months or as high as 21 for the naturally immune. Your stats now will be borrowing off the naturally immune pressured into getting jabbed as well. So let's go back to the main point. Is it a "pandemic of the unvaccinated if you're just as likely to be infected by jabbed or unjabbed whether there are 8 times as many jabbed or not? The result is still the same. Let's say 50/50 although with Omicron I think your odds of getting infected by the jabbed is much greater. So after you factor out all the bafflegab it doesn't matter. There is no pandemic of the unvaccinated which is what the confusing distraction of "8 time as many vaccinated" is really about. Why do we need a Vax pass then? I'll answer that one for you. We don't.

  45. CBC is the worst, for pushing Chicken Little climate hysteria...with Global not far behind.

  46. This week we are told a litany of lies by the CBC with headlines such as “WORLD ON FIRE” and “Salmon are getting cooked by climate change”. Also that the haze over Toronto and Southern ON is smoke from forest fires as the Boreal forest incinerates all around us. Supreme BS says I. That was just summer haze and industrial pollution. Two days later the air is cleaned up. Where did all the smoke go? What you’re hearing is the ramping up of climate-hysteria messaging. The sky is literally falling. But not so fast ye climate crusaders. Take a closer look at the reasons behind these forest fires. “Although the fires have become an emblem around the world of the destructive effects of climate change, many of the province’s forestry experts are pointing out that while climate change makes fires more likely, it’s poor forestry management that is helping to make them more destructive.” -National Post I have mentioned it before. Human greed and exploitation. The governments messaging program amounts to environmentalist propaganda.

  47. We can do both! It’s not an either or. Regardless, reducing climate change will take years, if not decades. Managing forests is something that can be done right away, and fairly quickly. I don’t understand your issue with it.

  48. It’s important for B.C. To properly maintain their forests. California made that mistake and paid the price. California has finally implemented a forest management plan to remedy the problem.
