Yes thank you for shooting up the cost of living by adding new taxes and killing our energy industry while importing a bunch of foreigners to buy up all the housing. But hey at least we will get $100 You will own nothing and be happy The communist selling point3 points

It's borrowed money so we will have to pay interest on it. It's going to be a nightmare for small business/retailers to reprogram everything and then reprogram it again. It's clearly designed to buy votes. The Liberals are borrowing $6.5 billion and throwing it on the mountain of debt they've already rung up, just to buy votes. In other words, they're using our money for campaign purposes. It will likely cause a spike in inflation, delaying the bank of Canada's lowering of interest rates so that in the end it might actually cost us more than we get. It's not your hard-earned money. It's borrowed money. They will apply your hard-earned money to paying the interest on the borrowed money, however.2 points

HUNT: “The province ordered us to destroy our data — I objected!” Dr. Julian Somers, director of the Centre for Applied Research in Mental Health and Addiction at Simon Fraser University, says that despite the thin evidence in support of these experimental programs, the BC government has aggressively expanded them — and retaliated against dissenting researchers. Safer supply programs claim to reduce overdoses and deaths by distributing free addictive drugs — typically 8-milligram tablets of hydromorphone, an opioid as potent as heroin — to dissuade addicts from accessing riskier street substances. Yet, a growing number of doctors say these programs are deeply misguided — and widely defrauded. Ultimately, Somers argues, safer supply is exacerbating the country’s addiction crisis. And if you dare speak out your attacked or canceled. This is more evidence of the ongoing tendency for governments to repress scientific evidence that doesn't suit their ideological agenda while at the same time demanding that people follow the science.1 point

Well... first, you completely ignored everything I said and every point I made. You made some comments, and I responded directly to every single one of them. You are just back to saying one death is not enough to care about making policy discussion over. Even worse, you bring up other organizations that do in fact make policy discussions around one death. As I already brought up OSHA as an example. Finally, I already addressed that this is not just one death, just one example. If you actually bothered to respond to anything I said and not just ignore it, that would help. I gave you a chance, and you squandered it.1 point

Nothing has changed. Your argument was bullshit before and it's no less bullshit now. People who had connections to trump also had connections to the group that created the document that you're referring to. That is not the same thing as saying Trump had connections to the documents. If you work for your boss, and you also Play dungeons & dragons in your mommy's Basement, that does not mean that your boss has a connection to dungeons & dragons. And now that trump is hiring people who are qualified to do the jobs and are conservative leaning it is absolutely expected that a portion of them will have had some roll to play in the organization that created that document because it's a conservative Organization for experts who are in the field. That does not mean that trump has any connection to the document or to its policies or has any intention of allowing any of those policies or the like. And in fact most of his stated goals have nothing to do with anything in that policy book1 point

Ah well it’s not great lyrics anyway. Woke ideology aside I am tired of all the British ass-kissing infused into everything and would have sounded the gong just for that. Canada is its own country now we’re not a British colony anymore The Canadian version was already politically altered from the original British version anyways There were several superficial grammatical changes in the Canadian version but the most substantive is this: Original: We never see the French but we wish them to stay, Canadian: We ne'er see our foes, but we wish them to stay1 point

What have the Palestinians experienced? I'll tell you, dipshit... About 1% of what the Sikhs and Hindus in Pakistan experienced at the hands of muslims. Yup, the Palestinians don't just have it good compared to those guys, their lives are AWESOME by comparison. The number of people driven from their homes in Palestine is lower than the number of Sikhs and Hindus killed in the Indian partition by Pakistanis/muslims. At the rate Israelis are killing Palestinians right now, that war would have to continue for 20 years to equal hat happened in Pakistan, dummy. Can you tell me how you feel about the Pakistanis Gaetan? No? So stop pretending to be a humanitarian you worthless a-hole. You're just an angry bigot.1 point

we have created several generations that are addicted to their phones and whats on them...The other day me and the wife were in a restaurant sitting across from us were a group of younger people maybe 20 something, all 4 of them had their phones out, very little conversation going on for the entire time they were there.... Besides TV was the built in babysitter when i was growing up, and we were limited to what we could watch and how much....we were told to be in the house after the street lights came on....we were always outside...today, i need to bribe my grandkids to get our of the house...and if they are on that Playstation forget it... Maybe this is what kids need....i mean we all met those parents that should not even have a pet goffer to be honest...maybe the government needs to intervene, in some way....How the heck they are going to control all of that is a mystery1 point

My point about Bondi/Clinton wasn't a "whataboutism". A whataboutism means that someone's saying "I/we did it, but you did too", and this isn't the same thing. It's a case of: When you made this accusation, you said that a completely normal thing constituted "a completely unlikely and incriminating coincidence", then in defence of your cult-leader, you said that "a one-in-100-Million coincidence was surely just a random meeting, and not pre-planned... " The Bondi thing looks normal on paper. The Clinton-Lynch thing was an impossible farce. I just proved that, by the left's own standards, established in the Clinton incident, you have to admit that Bondi is free and clear. My point about Bondi/Kamala wasn't a whataboutism either... Kamala appears to have whored herself out entirely There's no evidence whatsoever to suggest that Pam Bondi exchanged her **** for any kind of money or favours1 point

There's nothing there. It's a small donation and it happened before... an election! DUN dun duuuuuhn. OMG, WHAT A RARE AND SHOCKING COINCIDENCE!!!!! Just remember that Dems tried to pretend that the tarmac meeting between Bill Clinton and the Demi AG Loretta Lynch was random, and it happened on the weekend before Lynch AG decided whether or not to proceed with a trial against Hillary for her known crimes. Out of all the 20,000 tarmacs in the US, and all the various days and times that they both could have ended up on that exact one, they just coincidentally bumped into each other at that exact date and time, and they just talked about "their grandkids" (Bill had none). The topic of the measly little criminal trial never even sprang to mind in the 20 minutes they spent together, in complete secrecy lol. Leftard logic: Small donation before a campaign.... Dems: "MASSIVE COINCIDENCE!" (but it happens ten times out of ten) Two people's planes refuelling at the exact same time, on the exact same tarmac, out of all the 20K tarmacs in the US, on the one weekend before one of those people decides whether or not to start a criminal trial against the other person's wife... Dems: "That could happen". (1/20,000 tarmacs x 1/365 days/yr x 1/16 waking hours = 1/116,000,000).1 point

Not to Bondi. It also makes clear that when Trump gives, he expects something in return. Again the article doesn't say anything about trump making any contributions to her beforehand. It suggests the $25K was the start of their political relationship.1 point

You think paying someone for airtime and endorsements is the same as paying a sitting AG off to not look into your crimes? LOL, you are so dumb it's incredible. Also looking at that spending, it's clear that not only is Bondi a whore, she's a cheap one who couldn't even get six figures out of Trump lol.1 point

Sharpton's "National Action Network" got $500,000 total from two lump-sum donations from Kamala's campaign before she went on his MSNBC show to be "interviewed". https://nypost.com/2024/11/12/us-news/kamala-harris-campaign-gave-500k-to-al-sharptons-civil-rights-group-before-sit-down/ Oprah's "Harpo Productions" got a $1M donation from Kamala right after she went on Oprah's show to be "interviewed". https://www.foxnews.com/politics/harris-paid-oprah-1-million-failed-bid-help-campaign-report Maybe Harpo got as much as $2.5M, and other activist groups and podcasts that interviewed her were aid as well: https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/world/us/kamala-harris-campaign-made-large-donations-to-interviewers-before-sit-downs-report/articleshow/115437971.cms According to that article, the NYT found over $10M in "donations" to her various interviewers. Turns out that she didn't have a bunch of sycophants pimping her after all, she had to pay them all to do it so they were more like employees, but somehow still got 71M votes... Doubtful1 point
