If Trump wins the election there will be a brief period where the outgoing administration and dozens of its key players are busy turning over mounds of information and monumental responsibilities to the incoming administration. If the world suddenly gets knee deep in it on Jan 3rd, how can the US handle that kind of a crisis during the handoff period? Should they do what Biden wants to do?
