Twitter was horribly impartial to the stupid Dems in 2020, when they participated in blocking the New York Post from posting about Hunter Biden's laptop during the 2020 election. NOW they allow both sides to play on X, and the horrid Left hates it. You just can't make hypocrisy this dumb up. It's disgusting.

As its owner Musk announced an interview with one of the presidential candidates. The line between social media and advancement of political agendas is becoming very thin. At this point, former Twitter seems to be little more than its owner's private media channel; or so he thinks of it.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, in response to a video posted by JD Vance on X, has pointed out that JD Vance also sits weird. A less mature person might have responded to the substance of JD's post, but Cortez never loses focus on what is really important. We need answers JD. Why are you sitting like that?

And it would be way harder to believe if we didn't already go through Russian collusion, the FBI's "laptop is Russian disinformation" scandal, the FBI's own kidnapping plot being foiled as an October surprise and then turning into a successful entrapment defence against them, the US DoJ sending a prosecutor down to the state level to personally oversee bogus Trump trials - where expert testimony on his behalf was refused, the way that Flynn was treated for being verbally inaccurate on one quick answer to the FBI vs the way that Clinesmith was treated for intentionally altering an email to make it 100% false and then providing it to a judge as evidence, etc, etc. The FBI has already lied, entrapped, and committed felonies so many times now that it's honestly hard to keep track of it all. I need a book to copy and paste from. When the FISA Court judge, Rosemary Collyer, said that [paraphrasing] 'the FBI had told so many lies that their credibility regarding every other case they ever worked on was in question', she was only talking about Russian collusion. There are a lot of other cases where the FBI was weaponized politically. It's a disgrace.

Anyway old men and younger wives/girlfrends is gross but common in California He used his influence to get her appointed to the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board and the California Medical Assistance Commission. But thats how it works everywhere for Republicans, Democrats, Americans and Canadians. Many board appointments are based on personal connections and little else as long as you have a prestigious title like doctor, lawyer, business leader etc. Having strong connections to rich and/or powerful people is often the most important qualification for a board position .

The story is true, except: 1) The helicopter didn’t crash or experience any emergency at all; 2) Willie Brown was not in the helicopter; 3) He didn’t talk about dating Kamala, since Willie wasn’t there.

Kamala has been dodging the media ever since she has gotten the nomination from fallen president Joe Biden, but with the ME heating up, her first media sessions could come at a far more heated and stressful time than it is right now. Sure, she'll have to answer to all of Biden's failed policies no matter when that first interview occurs, and she'll have to explain why her first two policy announcements are complete reversals of Biden policy and mirror images of Trump's own policy (tips and border strength) but at least the topic of a massive escalation in the ME is still just a maybe. She will also have to talk about Walz's stolen valour incident, which no one even knew about ten days ago. What else will happen between now and then? God forbid more US forces are killed in the ME. There were 3 killed in January, and dozens injured - which no one really talks about - but there have been literally HUNDREDS of attacks on US troops in the ME since Oct 7th. It has been a routine occurrence for almost a year now. If US troops are killed, or dozens more are wounded, can the press secretary really continue to do all the talking? Isn't it time for a leader to step up to the microphone? The longer she waits for that first interview, the tougher it's gonna get.

I don't get it, they are just robot NPC's like Musk calls them. They just mindlessly react, because Tulsi Gabbard is a baddie now or can't admit to anything that might make the current administration look bad... This is not a partisan issue. We should all be concerned about the TSA doing this to someone like her of all people, and want answers.

The other thing that disgusts me... is that this is not being carried by the major networks. Its like it is just a local story for some of the Hawaii stations and outlets. Imagine if this were anyone else on the left like her under a Trump administration, it would be on the 24/7 news circuit right now. Every press conference they would be hounding the White House for answers.

It's not compatible with either party, but the current working class populism and disdain for educated technocrat seen in the Trump movement is surpisingly close to previous communist movements. It wouldn't take much for a charismatic right wing figure to one day latch onto that movement after trump has kicked the bucket and do an essentially ownership-to-the-workers leftist political project (in the classical economic sense) under the guise of right wing rhetoric. Especially since New Left type politics has veered away from the economic and labor goals once championed on among actual socialists and leftists. I would absolutely become a Republican if they started doing socialism. 😀

I was surprised at how brilliant Elon Musk is honestly.. he did a good job of re-framing Trump's scattered thoughts. Honestly they should go do these types of interviews all over the country.

Except the helicopter ride was 2018 not 1997 and it was actually with California governor Jerry Brown (a white guy) not Willie Brown on the helicopter along with governor elect Gavin Newsom although that flight was uneventful and there was no emergency landing. Meanwhile California State Senator Nate Holden (who is black but looks nothing like Brown) recalls a helicopter flight he took with Trump and Trump’s late brother in the ‘90s where there was turbulence and a precautionary landing. However that has nothing to do with Brown nor Harris. Sounds like Trump’s stories are getting all mixed up yet again and then adds his lies and embellishments on top of that.

Impartiality doesn't mean that you don't allow partisan talking or interviews. What it means is you don't deny it to the other side if they want to do the same thing. So far Kamala is not even remotely interested in doing the same thing. That's on her, not musk

Even in 2007 the Democratic party, and both Hillary and Obama were officially opposed to gay marriage. It wasn't until it gained wider acceptance at the state level, which republicans flipped out about, causing democrats to swoop in and suddenly become pro marriage equality.
