For a variety of reasons i believe that PP is both, and will comfortably win the election and then will have a fairly positive time in office with signficiant successes to point to. That should give him 2 terms in office, the next election with a majority and the one after most likely. Meanwhile the west is growing stronger and gaining more seats. I think that the libs and ndp are going to go through an extended period of internal confusion and division (libs slightly more than the ndp), i don't think they'll recover very well after their loss and will still be weak going into the next election after, and i think people are going to remember the utter and complete disaster that the liberals lead us to this time around for quite a while.
