The same argument was made by Chicken Hawks like you in the 1970s about Viet Nam. We must protect the South from the Communists! Well no, we must not. This war was a big fat mistake, just like the Iraq War to defend the people of Iraq from Evil Saddam. We are not the saviors of the World. You are not Super Man, you are not even a soldier and never will serve in a war yourself. Get over yourself, you are not morally superior because you are for war.4 points

What happened to Canada? It has been usurped by the most vile and loathsome of creatures. A coward has taken control and made it into his image. His cabal is made up of insane and unreal characters. Each willing, so it seems , to take the fall for dear leader. His WEFty agenda, absorbed by his second louie, Freakie Freeland, is all that matters. Our Canada is falling to Laurentian elites, puppets of much more sinister forces.3 points

At least twice, Biden himself has made public references to alcohol being involved in the crash. In 2007 Biden said the truck driver "allegedly ... drank his lunch." And multiple news outlets, including CBS News, have reported that Dunn was drunk. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/driver-in-biden-crash-wanted-name-cleared/ It says later in the article that a spokesman for Biden said the then senator accepted that alcohol wasnt involved. Biden shot off his mouth to accuse the guy but didn't have the guts or integrity to apologize. Biden is an evil piece of crap.2 points

Look. He spent 2 years hiding and cowardly staying inside his cozy home, because of a virus that has virtually the same mortality as the common cold. But then, when the media told him to stop thinking about it because of Putin, then he became GI Joe, ready to save the world... with 18 years olds 10 000km away from his home. How can you not appreciate such a courageous opinion?2 points
-
What the hell do you think would happen to those 18 year olds you're crying about if the west just let Russia steamroll Ukraine? This way they have a fighting chance. Sure seems like Ukrainians do! If Ukraine loses it will no longer exist.2 points

A perfect example is when Biden is given a pass for his felony possession of classified docs because "he's elderly with memory issues". But hey, let's make him the leader of the free world for another 4 years. He's only getting younger, right?2 points

Go fu ck yourself. The exact same playbook was used by war mongerers in the 70s. It's always the same discourse; we must protect a group that is defending itself! We must then arm the side oppressed for freedom. Be it in Libya, Iraq, Viet Nam, Syria, it's always been the same discourse. You're an outdated chicken hawk. Get in with the times, nobody believes you anymore. OK then. Go then on the battlefield. If it matters that much, sacrifice your own life for your cause.2 points

Awwwww, Black Dog just dropped another pile of wit. How cute. Last time I checked the only people accepting Naziism were the leftards here, vaxtards, Zelenski, Ukrainians, Jon Stewart, the pentagon, Trudeau and the LPOC, Biden, the Demis, etc. You're too much of a gimp to actually join the Azovs in battle, but don't worry, they appreciate the support of their keyboard warrior buddies like you.2 points

SCOTUS hasn't told anyone anything yet. When they do, they will likely have made up reasons to say "the Constitution doesn't matter," AGAIN. Cause they know punishing the INCITER in CHIEF will put their lives in danger, due to the unhinged violent MAGA CULT.2 points

Perhaps in future when people ask what happened to Canada they'll answer "The schools collapsed under the onslaught of left wing ideologues. Equally disturbing may be the content being taught. In Canada, as in the U.S., primary school curricula are becoming increasingly politicized. There’s a sense, derived from the universities, that Canada’s past is essentially a record of evil and that the country is itself fundamentally illegitimate, the product of colonial political oppression rather than a flawed, but ultimately successful nation. Canadian children are in danger of losing their own heritage, of being deprived access to anything bright in their history. .. The roots of this decline stem from the universities, which train school teachers and administrators, and the educational fads they proffer. We may think of schools as incubators of thought and technology, but they can also serve as tools of autocracy, as was clear even in Medieval times. One of the first great higher education institutions, the University of Paris also served as a staunch guardian of orthodoxy, and in the 1300s it held a conclave to affirm the reality of demons that were supposedly infecting society. The historian J. B. Bury, in 1913, described the Middle Ages as a time when “a large field was covered by beliefs which authority claimed to impose as true, and reason was warned off the ground.” https://nationalpost.com/opinion/joel-kotkin-decolonized-universities-dividing-canadians2 points

Supporting an allies' defense against an imperialist aggressor is not "advocating for war" it's understanding that there's already a war on and we need to pick a side.2 points

Stalemate? They lost many major towns, all of the Azov Sea, lost all their fleet, have lost 10 millions + people from emigration, and call it a victory? On which planet are you on? Then why would our precious help be necessary? Another contradiction here.1 point
-
They've fought a much larger and more powerful country to a stalemate and bled Russia white in the process, that's losing? LOl what do you think will happen if Russia wins? They'll either annex Ukraine wholesale or install a puppet regime over what's left. Either way, it won't be a free and independent state anymore.1 point

You should be praying to god he does run it's the only way the other dementia riddled guy has a shot.1 point

The thing is he was demented even when he was younger. He accused the truck driver who accidentally killed his first wife of being drunk even though there was never any evidence of that. The piece of garbage has never apologized.1 point

And ten years later they'll add that war to "The list of wars where the US attacked countries in the ME!!!!" The words "thank you" aren't in their vocabulary.1 point

Why do you assume that every non-white in America is here illegally? Interesting. Technicalities aside.. Those with less melanin in their skin then.1 point

Jesus was brown but as far as we know he never illegally entered another country.1 point

Why are you putting words in my mouth? You should hire the best qualified people regardless of race. Based on the assumption you just made, I wouldn’t trust you to hire fairly.1 point
-
Good question. I do not know the answer. Folks tried to lie in the past and say that they were hiring based on merit when it was quite clear that they were not. Whites are not exactly being discriminated against in the same overt fashion as blacks in the US were prior to the civil rights act. They are simply not the default choice and so are not selected quite as often. I recently hired a guy from Honduras. We had 12 applicants, 7 of them were white. But none of them had nearly the credentials of the Honduran. Phd in mathematics, BS in Mining Engineering, published author, and during the interview was able to verbally tell us the computer code needed for a task... But according to you, i should have pushed him to the back of the list because he was not white. Oh... and I hired him because of some diversity quota.1 point
-
I've taken the side of common sense and truth robo-bot. If you'd quit lying for 2 minutes and use your head for something other than a doorstop... You'd know that I could care less about Ukraine or Russia. I read the stories and make up my mind. If I have advocated for anything, its for NATO to stay the hell outta this squabble. And when you pop off with stupidity like... I have to laugh... Its quite incredible...how silly you are.1 point
-
Not that retribution is good or necessary but the deck was stacked against non-whites for a far longer than the current paradigm where whites are simply not the default choice any longer.1 point

This, of course, is why the Republicans are throwing the bill back in the democrats faces. Even the sh*theads on this forum know that the bill is a steaming of shit, but they still think they can convince others that it isn't. lol1 point

I listened with interest to the whole thing. That doesn't mean I believe the pure truth was revealed, these are superpowers after all. Still, Putin's description of the history of events leading up to the war echoed exactly what I've been saying here for over a year now, even including the part about EU trade negotiations and the US cash injection $5B dollars to create political unrest. Putin even mentioned that Yanokovych's decision to decline on the EU trade deal was not permanent and there may be a time in the future when they would be ready to accept. So I can't say I learned much from watching it except, I was right again...1 point

Yup. as i said - gov't doesn't need to build houses - it just needs to get out of the way of those who do and give them the tools to do the job. Now - cutting back on immigration till that happens helps a lot too. And there's a number of things they can do to inspire builders to build. But the free market is a VERY effective mechanism. Let it do it's job and it can solve the problem.1 point

They tune it out. 7 years of "russian collusion! JAIL! Any day now!!!!" and honestly they think it's all crap. I'm sure most have heard there's something going on, they just get sick of the chicken little routine and the 'boy who cried trump' that the dems broadcast 24/7 and don't care. That's going to be a REAL problem for the dems this year1 point

You are victim blaming. Hamas sits on a pile of rubble, declaring victory. Hamas started this war, Hamas refuses to end it, so the blood is on their hands. They’re the government of Gaza, they’re the only ones who can surrender to end the war, so Israel is justified in continuing war until the enemy nation who invaded them surrenders. That’s how it worked in WW II and every other war, and that’s how it should work here. Hamas is the party that needs to surrender.1 point

The "Canada hall" was closed for reconstruction when I was there. And I can't say I'm overly impressed with what I can see online. It looks like it's a gallery of big wooden placards. I worked in the museums several decades ago and they were a lot more intimate and colourful in their connection between people and the exhibits. And btw, having one hall in a museum devoted to Canada after confederation, a chunk of which is also devoted to the natives, is hardly enough for a national museum dedicated to Canada's history.1 point

I was a born a Hanoverian we Ulster Scots are Lowland Scots : the Sassanach while ye Papists are with the Hielan Scots : the Albanach Great Britain is a team of rivals, sworn enemies in fact the vast majority of the Canadian population believes that Canada is some sort of unified kumbaya republic but that is not and never was the case only the Peace of the Canada's allows for Confederation and only the monarchy could bind such contradictions together hence why Canada is not, never was, and never could be a republic God save the King is Confederation's only hope for survival Cuidich 'n Righ1 point

👮♂️ Hold on there, dum-dum. I'm entirely consistent. I'm a Law and Order conservative. I've been calling for stringent laws against illegal immigration in Canada since forever, as well as less immigration overall. And the one thing I agreed with Trump about was securing the US southern border. My position hasn't changed one bit over the years. Unlike the Republican party and Donald Trump, who no longer wish to secure their southern border. For some reason.1 point

Howl all you like, but nobody is going to end MAID. Well maybe in the unlikely event the Christian Heritage Party wins a majority.1 point

No, liar liar, that is not what happened. Let’s begin with this whopper: We deported ALL illegal aliens under Trump? Tell me about that. We shut down the border? No, we still had lots of illegal immigration, although the ones who were caught were subject to instant deportation BECAUSE of the COVID pandemic, not Trump. That is a policy Biden kept until the pandemic ended and a court said it was no longer legal. TODAY, the Congress is trying to make that legal, but the REPUBLICANS ARE BLOCKING IT. You are full of lies and FOS.1 point

Will Tucker ask Putin anything useful at all, such as: 1) Why have you refused interviews with all the other American journalists who requested them? 2) Why are all of your political opponents in jail? 3) Why have you jailed so many Russian journalists? 4) Why are Russians jailed for opposing the Ukraine War?1 point
