  1. Sometimes I'm reminded there may still be hope for humanity. Alex Jones, one of the world's most shameless hacks and ridiculous conspiracy theorist, is ordered to pay $4M to the parents of a Sandy Hook shooting victim. Mr. Jones, as many as you may know, spent years telling the world that this was a hoax and the parents were paid actors and other such brainless nonsense. https://www.reuters.com/business/media-telecom/jury-alex-jones-defamation-case-begin-deliberations-punitive-damages-2022-08-05/ The mere idea that this sort of conspiracy would even be possible is baffling to me, considering the thousands of people who'd have needed to be involved to make up a "hoax" like this and keep it a secret, but Alex Jones never cared. All that mattered to him was that he could yell at the camera, and rile up the fools who watched him by telling them exactly what they wanted to hear. Whoopsy. Free speech only goes so far. When you're deliberately lying to people in order to make a buck, and when those lies are so egregiously shameless and harmful, and when the idiots who listened to you to harass and threaten people because they believe your made-up bullshit, the Law says you can be liable. Even a Texas jury agrees.

  2. Does one really think there are "nuclear secrets" in the boxes Trump had aids pack for him from his apparent belongings & records at the White House? Really? What would these "nuclear secrets" be? Did the FBI plant any "nuclear secrets" when they forced everybody to leave? Were the "nuclear secrets" in Melania's underwear drawer? They looked... Corruption rules the land...

  3. Neil Oliver made a vid the other day taking us way back to 1215. This is the thing the 'elites' wish to ditch. The whole idea of there being a noble class and a peasant class is VERY appealing to them. And perhaps they have the modern tools to accomplish such a thing globally, they muse to themselves at mountaintop meetings.

  4. Well Biden’s got that beat by a mile. Shaking hands with the air, reading the wrong stuff on the teleprompter, talking incoherently. Reagan, on the other hand, buried the Russian empire.

  5. How Joe Biden Helped Create The Crisis Over Ukraine So the war begins and...where's Ukraine's "Iron Dome." Where are the jets the Ukraine needs for a serious defense? Joe picks fights just fine but when it come to finishing them he's a Chamberlain backing down from a fight to win. He made Neville proud in Afghanistan. "Want some tanks, Ahmed? Have some tanks. Missiles? How about some missiles. Have you seen our choppers? Take as many of them as you like." And no. Trump wouldn't have done that. Churchill wouldn't have done it either come to think of it. Neville would have though.

  7. And that he was a fraud hocking fake medicine and fake medical advice. He’s also an anti-vax nut. You forgot that part. While the provincial health officers aren’t experts in vaccines, they are being informed by those who are experts. Mercola is informed by conspiracies and pseudoscience.

  8. You’re comparing Dr. Mercola, who makes money selling fake medicine, anti-vax and anti-science to provincial health officers? LOL Next words out of your mouth better be BIG PHARMA! LOL

Please tell us you have enough sense not to actually buy any of his “medicine” (snake oil) even if you do buy his claims. https://www.nytimes.com/2021/07/24/technology/joseph-mercola-coronavirus-misinformation-online.html

  14. The Law is the Law, and it's based on reason and precedent. You are 100% defending Alex Jones, despite the fact that you're at least smart enough not to defend Sandy Hook hoax stories. He's being punished because he wasn't just voicing an opinion. He made up a malicious lie, shouted it to anyone who'd listen and presented it as fact. The idea that you can just tell everyone afterwards, "That's what I believed" or "That was my opinion" to absolve yourself of responsibility is absurd. The Law agrees with that being absurd because if it didn't, libel and slander laws would be worthless. As for the damages he's been ordered to pay, they're not going to ruin him (yet) because he made a lot of money telling his lies, which is also one of the reasons the numbers are so high. The Law is designed to deter bad actors from repeating harmful behavior. If Alex Jones only had to pay a couple of million, that means he'd have made more money telling the lie than he was penalized for it. That's not deterrence. That's carte-blanche to continue doing what he's doing. Penalties have to hurt or they're pointless.

  16. Unfortunately this is the reality behind all the phoney woke-green rhetoric: Our government signed off on work that put the world at risk. If it is ever discerned that this was the cause of Covid, the millions of deaths and lockdowns worldwide… It’s horrifying actually just how reckless and naive these people are. Just keep worrying about your use of pronouns and everything will be fine…

  18. Oh damn... I just fell for it. Everytime I do fall for it, I say never again...then I do. OK, so the original point was Biden had the incompetence of Carter, the waffling tendency of Chamberlain, and Reagan's eventual dementia. Bring on the obfuscation and diversion to deflect from that obvious truth. Let's prioritize whether or not Reagan's dementia was "eventual." You got me Beave with tactic #1 of the Prog playbook. Good for you, I guess.

  24. You are just making sandbox insults and lying again MH. You pretend to see swastikas just to stick up for Trudeau ffs. You've backed him on 95% of his scandals, fascist actions, hatemongering and lies. Oooh, that's dark. Don't get yourself a visit from the RCMP bruh. Another generic insult. Oh no. MH I'm sorry to say that you'll never be a real contributor in an adult forum, or any productive adult dialogue for that matter. At best you'd be a good guest in conversations where all that matters is how you feel about topics. You can't discuss facts with an open mind, you just go straight to sandbox insults when you're confronted with posts that destroy your narratives.

  29. And there's another one you can add to your list as the unchallenged King of Wrong: 40th President of the United States In office January 20, 1981 – January 20, 1989 "When Reagan left office in 1989, he held an approval rating of 68%, matching those of Franklin D. Roosevelt and later Bill Clinton as the highest ratings for departing presidents in the modern era.[6] Although he had planned an active post-presidency, Reagan disclosed in November 1994 that he had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease earlier that year." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ronald_Reagan Keep on keeping on, your majesty. Do what you do. It has entertainment value.

  30. Dude that makes no sense. They go to war with people they make business deals with? Also Hunter was supposed to he conspiring with Ukraine and Zelensky You’ve got your crackpot conspiracies all screwed up. As point of fact it was Trump and his people who had deals up the wazoo with Russia. Why would Putin attack Trump when Trump was his faithful servant helping Putin undermine NATO and Europe and trying to end sanctions against Russia? If you want to know how much Putin “respected” Trump all you have to do is watch the smirk on Putin’s face in Helsinki as he stood there while Trump licked his Russian balls and fawned over how “powerful” Putin is and how he believes Putin over Americans

  31. I think his remarks were insensitive and hurtful. Many people say hurtful and insensitive things. It doesn’t mean they should pay the people they offended millions of dollars that they don’t have. It’s another example of an over the top lawsuit reward. Jones crossed the line. These families suffered terribly. For that Jones deserves to make a public mea culpa renouncing his denial. The high monetary compensation isn’t right. He didn’t kill or physically abuse anyone. I think his conspiracy theory was misguided, but we need to ask ourselves what’s making people resort to these conjectures. I think it’s a sense of powerlessness, cynicism about media, and the feeling of alienation from opaque authorities.

  37. This is a Global pandemic. That's what's driving such rapid mutation. Even so, not seeing many new major catastrophic versions beyond Omicron's minor variations. You're complaining the vaccine has caused these variation. Your 2015 study DOES NOT! prove that. Like with many things from the Anti-Vax community, it's little more than weak correlations.
    1 point
  38. It would have happened far slower. Especially if we had just vaccinated the vulnerable, as so many doctors and scientists who were aware of leaky vaccine's tendency to lower immune response and drive mutations at breakneck speed, were warning about. None of this is ""new" science. This is what leaky vaccines do. This is WHY we don't use them.
    1 point
  39. Expect all sorts of crazy things associated with your immune system crapping-out. Autoimmune disorders once rare as hen's teeth are suddenly...gasp...common. Lichen Planus...Lichen Sclerosus would be two. But hey...nothing to see here. Get another booster. Heck...get two. Trudeau is buying.

  40. It's difficult to discuss this with you, Boges, when you apparently did not read the information here on immune imprinting and OAS. Or else you obviously do not understand the information. These types of leaky vaccines have never been approved for mass-vaccinating because of the studies that showed they eventually killed all the animals. For some reason, it was decided they would now be used to fight covid, in spite of their bad track record. At best, perhaps those in positions of power "hoped" they would have a different outcome than what had happened in laboratory and animal trials previously. Data is flooding in now from all over the world showing that these types of vaccines are doing exactly what they have proven to do in past trials. Now, we can argue that the data is not showing that. But you keep using old arguments such as "More vaccianted are dying because there are more vaccinated people." The problem with that is that is outdated. The data coming in now is showing that PER 100,000 people - the vaccinated are getting and dying from covid at far greater rates than PER 100,000 unvaccianted. This is explained by the information presented here on antigenic fixation/OAS/immune imprinting. If you have another explanation, I'm very willing to look at any studies or articles you care to present. I will not however, put much stock in your usual use of MSM headlines.

  41. It interesting that you have to take this position that increased infection rates now mean that COVID is actually a continued threat to most people. It's not. Hospitalization figures prove that. You just use it to parrot your Anti-Vax hysteria. Other hysterics consider it evidence we still need to mandate masks in all public places. Two sides of the crazy person coin. Who says I'll vaccinate my child? At this point, this version of the vaccine is useless. If an updated Omicron version comes out, can Anti-vaxxers still call the vaccine experimental?
