  1. Ok, let's play your stupid game. @robosmith is woke because he believes his fantasy world is real. @robosmith is woke because cucumbers need slaves to be picked and he really really likes a nice big, stiff cucumber. @robosmith is woke because girls have penises and boys need tampons.

  2. Like the fools who bought these narratives? Even though we've known about natural immunity since like 400 BC, it now no longer exists. The virus knows if you're sitting or standing in a restaurant. Wear a mask at all times and install millions of dollars of plastic barriers - particulate scientists are kooks who know nothing. You can catch the virus buying nails at your local mom & pop hardware store, but not at Home Depot. "Two weeks to stop the spread" Cases = Death sentences. Directional arrows on floors. Unvaccinated people who already had covid should be banned and shunned, jailed/fined/killed andhave their children taken away. Billions of $$ spent on vaccines and ventilators that all went into the garbage. Listening to "experts" who hadn't touched a patient in decades over front-line doctors. Everyone is at risk of death. Ivermectin is horsepaste and only for animals. No medication has EVER been used for anything other than its intended purpose. The prime medical directive of NEVER experimenting on pregnant women - out the window, F*&K medical ethics. My vaccine isn't working because you didn't take your's. If you take this vaccine, the virus "stops with you." Ya, I know exactly what you mean. 🙄 STFU

  4. Since 1959 Cuba has been the thorn in the American side. We threatened nuclear holocaust with the Cuban nuclear missile crisis. This problem was abated with international trade and the strategic necessities of Cuba faded. However, as regional trade in America’s backyard is increasing, this will no longer be the case. America can not tolerate a hostile government sitting in a strategic location at the mouth of the Gulf of America.

  5. ExFlyer: realize that what I said is what it's going to take for workers to take back some say in their own welfare. The ultimate power lays in the hands of the people and not the govt. The option to pogo between a Liberal and Conservative (or Rep/Dem for our neighbours) is only a choice of icons, not real power. We're supposed to be happy as Canadians to have that choice of alternatives that offer workers a red you know what of more say, but they too will step in when the stakes are high. Most of this forum is of the age that stopped a f*cking war by getting on the streets and still wants to leave our kids something better while understanding we let too much slide. Gotta do it again and show them that they can too.

  7. It's popular for liberals to convince themselves that not many people like poilievre. But the fact is everywhere he goes he feels massive venues with thousands or tens of thousands of people who want to listen to him and appreciate him and what he has to say. He was just in Greater Vancouver again last week and once again standing room only and they wished they'd gotten a bigger venue. People definitely hated Justin, he couldn't go anywhere without people losing it at him but people like Pierre a lot more than you think. I think we'll see some new tactics this time though. The attack dog stuff was extremely effective both jagmeet Singh and Justin Trudeau are gone and both were utterly destroyed. But I think he realizes he needs to add some depth to that. It sounds like his tact this time will be to include many new bills. These bills will appeal to things that Canadians want addressed such as crime, and the liberals will either have to shoot them down and explain why they are pro crime or let them pass and give credit to the conservatives who will claim they are the ones getting things done. Another big difference is the NDP is going to be looking for a fight as soon as they are able. As soon as they get a leader and get their financial woes even partially under control they're going to want to go to an election and get official party status. Even if they have to focus on just winning 12 or 13 easy ridings to get their status back that's what they're going to do. And they are going to be gunning for the liberals hard when that happens. We'll see. He's probably not going to get a choice. The NDP aren't even going to elect a leader until late winter early spring next year, and their financial woes are nothing to sneeze at. They will have to sell off major assets just to survive. That new leader will inevitably want to go to the polls as soon as possible to win back party status, and as soon as they've got enough money to make a serious effort in 20 or 30 ridings that they think they can win they'll likely go but the soonest that would be would be fall 2026. And really spring 2027 would be more likely. Given what we know right now and the way things are my guess is we're looking at a late 2026 or early 2027 election and it's just not reasonable to see it happening much before that.

  8. Buckle up. Parliament is about to get more entertaining. I am curious to see if Mr. Poilievre will be able to convince the voters who switched to the grits as soon as Prime Minister Trudeau did a Hank Snow, that he is a changed man. That will be a hard task. I feel sorry for both men. I has to be wounding to face the fact that a lot of people hate you. It is not that they loved Pierre, just that they hated Justin more. Mr. Poilievre should take the advice from a person who has never won an election (me ). Take your time. Savoure the fun that comes with being Leader of the Opposition while the grits start loosing support, before going into an election. Pierre needs time to prove he has changed.

  10. Except scientists question all the time. It’s literally their job. They try and prove each other wrong constantly. It’s not skeptical to question the entire field of science, it’s literally batpoop crazy to think there is a worldwide conspiracy among every reputable scientist on the entire planet.

  11. Now you believe in polling? When did this start? Also, weren’t the Cons up by 25 points and still lost? Being up 4 points seems pretty trivial. Cons can p!ss that lead away overnight!

  12. The heart breaking thing to watch is that the kids have realized it in large numbers, but they can't do anything. They know they're about to be sold out, they know they're not going to have the future their grandparents had. They can see that even if they get a competent leader in there's no way to undo this damage quickly. It's like they're not even fighting for their own future anymore, they're fighting for their children. Bringing in the conservatives will certainly make things better, at the very least stop making them worse, but even still it will be 30 to 40 years before things get back to the way they should be even if they do everything right. I see them talking online and in person and while they are definitely looking towards having a CPC government they're just entirely aware that they've been screwed and there's just nothing that they can do and nothing anyone else can do to help them. These kids worked hard, they deserve to have a future, and they're just not going to get the one that they deserve.

  13. 100%, eh? The dirty 30's - how was that man-made? Industrialization hadn't started. Things like the Hunga Tonga volcanic eruption had zero influence on climate, eh? It's all man? And ya, someone here said it will only affect for a few years and climate science is calculated over centuries. But here's the problem: The climate has changed drastically on its own over millennia, but now it changes 100% because of man? And if a hotter year here or there means nothing, then why are there so many headlines screaming "HOTTEST YEAR ON RECORD! WE'RE ALL GONNA DIIIIIIEEEEE!!" According to the headlines, every place on earth is heating up faster than every other place. How is that possible?

  17. He's so stupid that you can't even explain to him why the things that he says are stupid. I'm beginning to think that he really believes he tripled the value of his house by reno'ing it with his CC. Maybe he spent $5k on his CC and sold his house for $15K.

He is where this generally started.... drill baby drill, clean coal (maybe the biggest laugh ever), ugly windmills that kill birds, solar panels that doesn't work when the suns not out, etc, etc.... 20. I assure you, I spent a pretty fair amount of time on your points. And the points of others. Not the same amount of time I've spent researching medical studies and reading papers by virologists, epidemiologists, vaccinologists, etc for the covid scam. But yes, plenty of time. Here's my thing - both covid and climate are areas where insane amounts of money have been spent, to the point of almost no return for the world's economies. To the point of harm being done. With covid, the massive amount of money spent, the overreaction, the models that vastly overestimated and then were used to justify the massive overreaction, the scare tactics, the coercion, the falsification of data, the vicious censoring of anyone who questions or disagrees.....all of it.....I see the same thing happening with climate. Both are more than worthy of more than just a cursory glance. The (over?)reactions to climate will have massive implications, probably more so than the covid overreactions. As I said before - you are the one making extreme claims and proposing extreme solutions. The onus is on YOU to prove your points. At this point in time - I believe you've been "had". Like you were with covid.

  23. A talent for being a yappy little attack dog, not the required talent to actually be a Prime Minister. Harper knew that - that's why he never gave him a major portfolio. “Politics should not be a lifelong career. Therefore, I would institute a limit of two terms for members of Parliament.” Pierre Poilievre Not even smart or honourable enough to take his own advice!

  25. US wholesale inflation index rising. Brothel, stripper and beer business tanking. Manufacturing falling: Coming soon - Bad inflation at best, possibly a recession for the US. Why should we shoot ourselves in the foot with tariffs? Nobody here knows anything about the real negotiations going on because they are not conducted in public, rightly so.

She feels like a bag of useless crap and she wants to believe you do as well so she doesn't feel like a useless bag of crap AND a loser You literally make definitions of words up to suit you all the time, and the left is famous for it. 29. What someone adept in politics can manage where an 'experienced economist' wouldn't. Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre has pulled off something that deserves far more recognition than it gets. At a time when right-wing populism has fractured conservative parties across the Western world, he has consolidated the Canadian Right into a single, mainstream political vehicle. His success in effectively decimating Maxime Bernier’s People’s Party, undermining talk of Alberta separatism, and holding together a broad national coalition is a major accomplishment for the Conservative Party and Canadian democracy itself. https://thehub.ca/2025/08/23/the-weekly-wrap-poilievre-deserves-more-credit-than-hes-getting-for-the-coalition-hes-built/

  33. Speaking of common themes. Your little shtick about everyone being big mad, desperate and filled with a desire to blame you is as routine as your shit-eating smilie. How do you insert them using voice dictation btw? I guess they just auto-fill along with your big mad/desperate/my fault theme. If you're not a bot you might as well be. That said it's probably people like you that will give AI the biggest incentive to wipe us from the face of the Earth.

  34. There are tariffs on many, many products that cannot be sourced locally. And sales tax typically applies to luxury items. Your argument makes no sense and is just a pathetic attempt to play semantics so you can avoid admitting you support higher taxes on the consumer. Now you also have to come up with a way to claim nationalizing Intel isn't commie-level big government.

  35. Justin? No one skewers your points better than yourself. LMAO! But nothing validates your points more than the little shit eating smilie face you pepper your comments with. It's the direct result of an unprecedented level of madness, you were repeatedly warned about the potential for this happening... you ignored common sense, compassion, federal law and instead you telegraphed "flank speed" to Crazy Island with your middle finger extended. 39. Yeah. In fairness (and somewhat ironically) most people don't realize how big small business is. Almost 47 percent of our employment in Canada in the private sector comes from small businesses with less than 99 employees. Mostly businesses with a dozen or two workers. Only 17 percent are from medium sized businesses and almost all of those evolved from small businesses. When small business takes a hit its' ability to weather the storm is a fraction of what big business can take, and a lot of those businesses went into debt and are still recovering from covid. exflier only cares about defending carney and the rest of his cult, but the consequences to the younger generation are going to be absolutely devastating beyond belief.

  41. It's just too bad Carney couldn't do a better job of pointing out and convincing Canadians that tariffs ultimately do more economic damage to those who impose them. Mélanie Joly said it best months ago that the only people who will get Trump's attention and get him to change his mind will be American consumers when it finally dawns on them they are who's paying for Trump's tariffs. For some really dumb reason Conservatives seem to be doing as little as possible to dismiss Trump's BS that his tariffs are paid for by Canadians - the misperception helps PP as well as Trump and Carney should call them both out on it. Personally I always figured Melanie Joly would have been a better choice for PM.
