  1. He can thank Donald Trump for the increasing support for the Canadian Liberals since doubtlessly most Canadians regardless pf their political views are disgusted with Trump's silly comments about international comments including those of Canada.

  2. It really can't work any other way at this point: the credibility of the U.S. as a trusted security partner will take decades to recover, in the very best, absolutely best scenario. Threats to NATO allies, Denmark and Canada? New territorial claims? Who, with a grain of a sound mind would dismiss them as some sick jokes. The U.S. can control these assets, the episode with Ukraine showed it clearly, and it's a clear weakness and a huge risk to national security to acquire them now. There's no avoiding this argument. The contract will be cancelled, one way or another.

  3. The article argues that the Freedom Convoy was not an insurrection but a legitimate protest against government overreach. It refutes claims that the convoy was violent, extremist, or attempted to overthrow the government, highlighting inconsistencies in media and political narratives. The author criticizes the use of emergency powers, freezing of bank accounts, and the treatment of convoy leaders like Tamara Lich and Chris Barber, calling it an authoritarian overreach. The piece also challenges accusations of foreign funding, Nazi affiliations, and business disruptions, citing legal rulings and intelligence reports that found no security threats. Ultimately, the article warns that labeling protests as insurrections sets a dangerous precedent for democracy. Read the article here: https://substack.com/home/post/p-158630451

  9. They have also done a lot of things, mismanage almost every federal file, plenty of scandals, lied to Canadians, pocketed taxpayers funding into their own companies, not to mention other thefts, screwed up immigration, border security, military, RCMP' the whole security apparatus really, got your passport yet, spending , climate change, it would be quicker to list the thing they did right...Pot....got rid of Justin...

  11. The NiH - AKA Fauci's faux-science factory - funded the research on the coronavirus that escaped from the lab. How is it just China's fault when Fauci and the US had a hand in making that virus? IMO the US is making the case that "The US and China owe the rest of the world reparations".

  13. Sad that so many Canadians are so gullible that they would fall for carbon tax Carney. He is much the same as Trudeau and the Liberal cabinet. Liberals are the ones that put Canada in a huge debt and threw our money around the world like it was nothing. Only a few years ago, Carney said in Europe that he was a European. He was a big figure in the World Economic Forum and some kind of climate change representative in the U.N. So he is a globalist and a fanatical believer in Trudeau's war on climate change. He also opposed pipelines in Canada. He will be no better than Trudeau. Trudeau said to the Liberal crowd at the liberal leader election results convention today that Canada is not guaranteed. Sound familiar? He reportedly said in the past Canada is a post-national state. Does this sound like a strong patriotic Canadian? Who could trust Liberals to really defend Canada? Just look at the countless homeless encampments since Trudeau became PM in 2015. The rampant crime with the Liberals soft-on-crime and catch and release policies. I thought after all the Premiers and chiefs of police lobbied the government a couple years ago that things would change and the courts would stop the catch and release business. Nothing changed. Only the gullible fall for Carney and the Liberals.

  14. after listening to Carney's speech I'm fairly convinced he intends to go to an election right away. In fairness he either had to go right away or somehow try and work a deal to wait till end of next year and that would have been tricky. But it got me thinking that it would be stupid of him to be sworn in as the liberal leader and prime minister if he is about to go to an election immediately. It would tie him to the Trudeau liberals and their years of failure. That doesn't help his message of change. And it takes time to be actually sworn in - that may not be to his liking. .He may want to go right now while the iron is hot. So it made me wonder if what we'll see is Monday Justin Trudeau go to visit the GG and call an election. Before carney is even installed as leader. Carney goes literally from the leadership race directly into a campaign. The liberals could put forward an 'interim prime minister' or trudeau could technically stay on till the election is over (but that'd be a bad idea) and Carney can run without any direct ties to the current administration and he can start his campaign tomorrow and try to catch the others off guard. Call for a short 5 week campaign and hit the ground running. That has never been done before in Canadian history but just off the top of my head i can't see a reason why he woudln't be able to do it that way legally. So there's my crazy prediction for the night Tomorrow (maybe tuesday) trudeau calls an election before carney can be sworn in as prime minister and 5 weeks from now we go to the polls.

  15. quote Experts have pointed out that the U.S. retains control over F-35 software. Mission programming for these jets is handled entirely in the U.S. The Pentagon can update or modify the aircraft’s systems remotely. This has led to speculation that the U.S. could theoretically shut down foreign-operated F-35s if it wanted to. unquote The U.S. Maintains Control Over Canada’s F-35 Fighter Jets He's an American and MAGA guy.

  17. So somehow you feel a guy who has never ever done this job has more qualifications and experience than a person who has done the job for most of his adult life So when you go to get an operation do you ask the doctor how much other work experience he's had or demand to know if he's one of those lifetime medical practitioners? LOL Imagine pretending that someone who has done the job for decades is somehow less qualified than someone who's never done it at all a day in his life

  18. Thats the problem with you , you fail to see the dangers in going into battle with equipment my father used during his service, I've seen first hand soldiers die because the equipment is sub par, made by the cheapest bidder...Had you experience that you most likely would have a much different opinion about what is complaining and what is asking for change. You are doing just that, if not why even mention it...don't worry it is the last sign of becoming a liberal.... Not even the same thing.... Yes, imagine what they could do with modern equipment, or get this bringing back capabilities we have lost which is to many to list , imagine what they could do with new PMQ's and family centers, imagine what they could do with pay raises, imigine what they could do with money for training, imagine what they could do with the respect from Canadians... Canada has forgotten about our military long ago, they have forgotten to have their backs when our government mistreated them, Today there is a resurgence of bringing our military to the forefront, and it is not from Canadians it is from Trump, and pour NATO allies, Canadians are being forced to look at our current state because they have been slapped in the face...and would much rather have a high speed rail, or another social program....So don't puff your chest out and tell me what the post really is about, when Chadians have long forgotten that we even have a military... Canada’s defense is in crisis and Trump just made it worse Anpother guy complaining , this guy is an air force guy... go figure...

  21. China leads the world in Greenhouse gas emissions and greenhouse gas emission growth. So your comment is puerile. China has been expanding its greenhouse gas emissions by about the same amount of in Canada's entire production every year and a half or so. So china does not lead the world in green energy. Trying to leads the world in greenhouse gases. And as a percentage of their energy that is still the mainstay

  22. Wow, you're so woke. This is why axing the carbon tax is a dumb idea you see, it paid rebates to the lowest income people and.... Oh what's the point...go back to sleep.

  23. One thing that Peterson actually brought to my attention was the fact that rising energy costs affect the poorest people disproportionately. When the Carney's climate taxes force energy prices up, an extra $20 for a tank of gas and an extra $200/mo on the heating bill doesn't affect a person who's mortgage-free with two rental properties, and has over ten thousand a month in expendable income, but lower-income families going through 4 or 5 tanks of gas a month getting to and from work and getting their kids to and from school, etc, will be paying an extra $300/mo, and that is coming out of their expendable income. By the time you make a mtg/rent payment, pay your income tax, buy groceries, pay car and home ins, pay phone/electricity/gas/cable bills, make 1 or 2 car payments, student loans, pay for clothes, kids' sports, maybe get the occasional bike, etc, etc, $300 is a lot. Sure, they could save money by not driving, and turning the heat down to 18° but then they would be not working. So the Leo DiCaprios and Mark Carneys can still fly in private jets and cruise in mega yachts just as easily as ever, but the poor people who get sucked in by leftist gov'ts will feel the pinch bigtime.

  24. Here's exactly what you said you stupid, lying piece of sh1t: Guess what, dummy...? Threatening, harassing and intimidating Jewish students is NOT considered mere "anti-Israeli government policy". Do you understand me you f'ing clown? CNN March 3rd: https://www.cnn.com/2025/03/03/us/columbia-university-federal-contracts-threatened/index.html Deans at the university had to resign over their own antisemitic text messages. They don't force deans to resign over anti-Israeli government policies, dummy. More from that article: And last Wednesday, a small group of pro-Palestinian student demonstrators occupied a building at Barnard College’s Manhattan campus, clashing with staff and sending one employee to the hospital, the school, which is affiliated with Columbia University, said. That's about two weeks ago. That's not too violent, is it, robo? Just occupying one building and sending one person to hospital? Jews should just take their chances, as if they're walking down a street in NYC, right? So now you see that even CNN can't help but acknowledge that violent rhetoric is present, protests are common, and even violent physical confrontations with staff are occurring. Here's what CNN had to say about Columbia last April: https://www.cnn.com/2024/04/21/us/columbia-university-jewish-students-protests/index.html The atmosphere is so charged that Columbia officials announced students can attend classes and even possibly take exams virtually starting Monday – the first day of Passover, a major Jewish holiday set to begin in the evening. Do you understand that the above paragraph acknowledges that the campus atmosphere was so hostile towards Jewish students that the campus was making arrangements to just stay away, and attend university online? That's the university doing that, dumbass, not "FOS NEWS WIES!😭" Here's more, stupid: Tensions at Columbia, and many uniersities, have been high ever since the October 7 terror attack on Israel by Hamas. However, the situation at Columbia escalated in recent days after university officials testified before Congress last week about antisemitism on campus and pro-Palestinian protests on and near campus surged. Does that say "FOS NEWS WIES!😭 said there was anti-Semitism" or does it say "university officials from Columbia TESTIFIED IN CONGRESS ABOUT ANTISEMITISM"? What does this say, robo: President Joe Biden similarly said Sunday, “Even in recent days, we’ve seen harassment and calls for violence against Jews. This blatant antisemitism is reprehensible and dangerous – and it has absolutely no place on college campuses, or anywhere in our country.” Does Joe Biden work for "FOS NEWS WIES!😭", dummy? So, not only is there a serious problem now, there has been a serious problem for over a year, and even Joe Biden described it as "anti-Semitic". Trump's message is clear. Get that sh1t under control or you're gonna go from being an ivy-league university to a community college in a couple years 🤣. Your refusal to take the safety of Jews seriously is worse than using pejoratives to describe them. You're actually supporting anti-Semitism by denying that it exists. Run along now, robo. We both know that you can't go against "the holy word" of CNN and Joe Biden, and you're not gonna admit that you were wrong. See ya, kiddo.

  30. Maybe you can show me where i berated anyone in this post....this is you not having anything productive to say, so your bouncing back on some retarded statement you dreamt up....if your not going to engage in a decent manner then stop responding to my posts, your starting to sound like political smash or worse. Like i said before this has got nothing to do with the troops and has everything to do with the Liberal government...who was in charge for almost 9 years and failed to do what was needed....Your the one here thats been defending those actions, like it some how benefited the country and the forces... Pointing the fingers again, conservatives did nothing so we should get a pass as well....i have been vocal against conservatives for the same issue in the past....but this is not about pointing fingers it is about making a choice not to do anything for 9 plus years.... Our days as a lagard nation are almost gone....we are going to be forced to step up to the minimal standard.. It is my military and always will be, my obligations did not end when i retired, my oath does not have an expiration date....many retired RCR's are very connected to the Regiment, still going to mess dinners, still attending BN functions, even used as source of information to developed new tactics or teach old ones...Now maybe being in the SAR tech family they just give you one retirement dinner and you're gone...not so in the Infantry, we are a Royal up until we die and have a regimental funeral.... Federal government has responsibilities to the people of Canada to ensure it borders and Canadians are safe.. once this is done then they can spend on fancy social programs....because they failed we see the result in the US tariffing the f*ck out of us right now...Those are the priorities... those are the basic bills that must be paid...and while they may not be popular they still are priority, before anything else... we will see in the near future exactly what it is going to cost Canadians to bring this responsibilities to the forefront...

  31. Yes it is "you" stated that We Canadians are doing our part as a member of NATO. When we are clearly not even meeting the minimum GDP contribution. which is effecting's not only our obsolete equipment, our manning issues, what we put into benefits for our people, it effect's our size, and that effect's our ability to force generate anything over a battle group...Not much of a member when all you dan deploy in 2500 personal at best...SO it has a major role in what we do or can't do... That seems to be a common answer lately with the liberals it has not been done since 1980....which means what exactly, we knew it was not right , but it is ok because everyone else has done it....It is the federal governments job to ensure we can defend the nation and they failed like those that came before them...., Well sir, liberals have had the ball for almost 9 years now, and had the chance to correct all of that,They have been in charge...and they decided not to correct it why....

  35. When it comes to limits on free speech, I usually defer to the 'yelling fire in a crowded theatre' example. There has to be limits. Do not encourage violence towards others or promote hate. However, what constitutes hate speech is debatable. If one points out that there may be evidence that suggests that people of a certain faith may be more prone to violent acts, is that hate speech? Or if certain people are responsible for more crimes, is that hate speech even if the statistics back up that assertion?

  36. Yep. Zelensky attacked Trump in public. I don't know why he thought that would be beneficial. He clearly realized, later, that what he did was a huge mistake. But he still didn't apologize. When he apologizes, he will get it all back. One of Tro's best qualities is his ability to forgive.
