  1. It was a strategy his campaign used. But I agree that Trump is a very poor leader with no control over anything. He was in power and kicked out of office by a fake election he saw coming months beforehand. No president was ever so weak! 😂

  2. It's all listed in the indictment here: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/25182548-chutkan Fake electors, starting a riot, keeping the riot going, pressuring election officials, the list is pretty long and if the guy doesn't win the election, he will go to prison over it.

  3. Trump: "It doesn't matter whether you win or lose the election, you still have to fight like hell." Do you believe that's how democracy works? That you use illegal means to contest an election which you've lost? When told by an aide that Vice President Mike Pence was in peril as the rioting on Capitol Hill escalated on Jan. 6, 2021, President Donald J. Trump replied, “So what?”

  4. In a speech in Wisconsin on August 17, 2020, Trump told a crowd: "The only way we're going to lose this election is if if the election is rigged." Four witnesses also stated under oath that Trump told them his intention was to declare victory before the votes were all counted and any winner projected. Just think about that... it's October right now, and there is no way we can know for certain who will win this election. The 2020 election was just as close. So if the guy was saying in August that the only way he could lose was due to "rigging," that's because he was sewing the seeds of doubt. He had no way of knowing in August that more votes would definitely be cast for him. In fact, Trump doesn't even dispute that Biden got millions more votes, and he didn't dispute a single Congressional or Senatorial election, even though they were the SAME election, same ballots, same day. Bottom line: If Trump loses this November, only a combination of several Presidential AND Gubernatorial pardons will keep him out of prison. That's just a fact. Even if he's elected, state prosecutions will continue and he can face prison after he's out of office, if he's still alive. Plain and simple, Donald Trump is a criminal. He had plenty of lawyers tell him what to do in order to stay within the confines of the law, and he ignored them. He didn't unknowingly break the law; he was warned and he was told by his own lawyers, like Ty Cobb.

  5. So WTF has the USA got to do with it? You as dumb as Trump and think you can just pick up the phone and say "don't do it or else" and they cower? You can broker peace treaties and you can supply arms to one side or the other. You don't tell other countries what to do.

  6. You most certainly did. I asked why you used such divisive and confrontational language if your interest lies in honest debate. You responded with more vitriol, when I expressed my opinion that it seemed obvious to me that in fact you had no interest in serious or good faith conversations you resorted (as you always do) to brushing me off as a "leftard cultist' a claim that has no basis in reality but is simply your reflex action because all you're truly looking for is someone to confirm your extremist views or a fight with some left wing nutjob. So , either speak to me like as the nuanced, thoughtful, non partisan person that is actually looking for the best solutions for the problems we both agree society is facing that I am, or support your continued assertions about me. My money says you can't do either.

  7. There is overwhelming evidence Trump's campaign deliberately ginned up riots to exploit the chaos to overturn the election. Your lack of concern is a reflection of your poor character.

  8. For me, the answer is less, by a considerable degree. Most of those I talk to feel similarly. The conservatives complain about all the money and get angry at the denigration of our past while the liberals tend to roll their eyes and shrug like eh, whataryagonnado? I find my feelings for any particular group tend to turn downward the more I hear about them whining and complaining, especially about past - far past injustices. Most especially if those complaints are accompanied by guiltmongering and finger-pointing at me. I see today's natives, much as I see blacks, as too wrapped up in their victimhood to get off their asses to improve their lives. People risk everything to come here from almost every third world country because life is better here. It can be very hard, at first. They don't speak the language, have no contacts, don't understand the culture, but they prioritize their kids, and the better lives they'll have. But natives... they can't even get on a bus and go somewhere there are jobs. And if they have no respect for my culture and heritage why should I have any respect for theirs? No, I don't want to hear about 'native ways of knowing' or 'native science' or anything they have to say about healing. And no, this isn't your 'unceded land' just because your great, great someone used to occasionally hunt here. Quit holding your hand out demanding more of my money and get a goddam job. And spare me your complaints about generalizing. I KNOW I'm generalizing. That's what you have to do when talking about a large group of millions of individuals. No one but a fool thinks that means every single member of that group is the same.

  9. Not saying it's a good idea. But the Marxists try to expand their stranglehold on speech through citing this non existing law. The nonsense about "you can't yell fire in a crowded theater" was overturned in the 1960s https://www.whalenlawoffice.com/blog/legal-mythbusting-series-yelling-fire-in-a-crowded-theater/ So Tampon lied during the debate.

  15. I believe that some leftoids think that way, but for elitist a$$holes like Biden, Harris & Obama, they want just two classes: a ruling class over a slave class. Woketards like Braindead Dog, robocrat and herpes would leap to something like this, but freedom loving people will fight like hell to keep it out of their lives.

  18. so are you admitting that it was a call to violence then? You're admitting that that's the case? I mean it very clearly is so I can understand you doing that. But I think it's important that we're clear here that the democrats use language which is an excitement for violence.

  19. Okay, but trying to give Trump credit for that is absurd. Foreign leaders literally laughed at him to his face. They weren't planning their geopolitical escapades around that clown.

  20. Trump appealed to the Supreme Court, claiming immunity. The Supreme Court agreed to hear the case, but it was the LAST case of the season. Then, it was the LAST ruling they issued. So who's the foot-dragger? MAGA. Oh, and why was all of this released? Because Trump demanded evidence that his actions were not "official Presidential acts." So Jack Smith obliged him. TRUMP is the one who's delayed this trial.

  22. So you say that you want to have a factual debate but then you just run off like a hurt child. Do you have comparables? When did conservatives just casually dismiss talk of killing Barack Obama? Biden? Clinton? When did conservatives tell their supporters to get in the faces of Dem politicians and make them know that they're not welcome in public? When did Trump call Biden a Nazi or a racist or a fascist or say that the Dems were going to end democracy? You said that "it comes from both sides", so where's the similar stuff from the GOP side? I posted video. Surely you have something more than just alluding to something that you have no evidence of...

  25. Do you subscribe to "Today's Marxist" ? The cartoons are pretty good, I think. Listen- words mean something. You can't add the word "Today's" in front of something and then decide for yourself what the word means. Yet another example of a poster who doesn't understand that opinions are not facts.

  26. The President was impeached for these crimes, and at his impeachment trial, several Senators said they would not vote to impeach because he was no longer President, but he should instead be tried by a court of law. So you want to have it both ways: He can’t be impeached and he can’t be tried. Well, he broke the law and he has to face justice for what he did.

  27. So when Trump says late night TV hosts, flag burners, and pro-Palestine protesters should face consequences from the government for their speech, do you blame Harris? When Trump bans guns from his rallies, do you blame Harris for second amendment rights being infringed? When he tries to circumvent the Constitution and get Pence to not ratify the election, do you blame Harris?

  28. No. I have paid into Social Security and Medicare since the age of 15. So far, I have not received one cent. I may die before I collect any of the money I've paid in, or I may die right after retirement. The average American begins to collect Social Security at age 65 and dies on average at age 76. So that's an average of 11 years of payments after paying in for 45 to 50 years.

  29. Those "experts" are either incorrect, or you do not understand them. For example, here's Massachusetts law: "Section 13. Whoever, without reasonable cause, by outcry or the ringing of bells, or otherwise, makes or circulates or causes to be made or circulated a false alarm of fire shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction."

  30. “We need to take your rights for the collective good” is the mantra of the dictator. Collective good is a lie. There is no collective good. It cannot be measured or foreseen. There is no valid way in which to measure trade-offs or ensure optimization. It cannot be maximized by diktat. “Collective good” is entirely unknowable, conjured into being to convince citizens to sell themselves down the river by adopting the “one size fits none” coercive solutions of elites, aristocracies, or technocrats. The best way to make the cowards of the citizenry think that your way is the best way, is to lie about the facts and terrify it with fabricated hobgoblins, custom cut to sway and to frighten them into compliance. The vast majority of people were never in any danger, they were subjected to a years-long fear porn propaganda operation to get them to give up their civil liberties in exchange for a fake "security" and pad the wallets of billionaires by scaring the populace into getting multiple jabs of a product few of them needed. At this point, nothing is going to wise up the chumps. They fell for it. And now they're mad that you didn't.

  38. I guess you haven't heard..... Donald hatched and implemented a plan to install fake electors in multiple states. He then coerced his vice president to break his oath of office and certify those fake electors, or, at the least, refuse to certify the election. If Pence had complied, millions of voters would of been disenfranchised and Donald would of retained power through fraud. Thus, Donald is a dirty piece of shit traitor and attempted usurper. And all his sycophants are halfwits.

  39. It is up to the Canadian federal government to look into those chemtrails. It looks like Smith brought the chemtrails subject up to see if Smith can get people's attention and wonder as to what they are. Smith has no control over what flies around up there in Canadian airspace. We have no idea as to what is in those chemtrails being spread over Canada. No one seems to be able to find out as to just what is in those chemtrails, thus the conspiracy. For now, it must be seen as a conspiracy.

ANd yes french canadians and a host of other immigrant familes had to have their kids educated at Canadian schools by law and had to learn english and so on and so forth. Some people just want to re write history to create victims. They have every single right 'Whitey' has and then some we don't.

  42. No what I meant was the disloyalty of Vance for refusing to say he would do what Mr. Pence did and certify the electoral college vote if it went against his favored candidate. Pence was under tremendous pressure to refuse to certify but he understood that his duty was to the constitution not to Trump. His reward was a mob chanting hang Pence. It would appear that in Vance's mind loyalty to Trump is more important than loyalty to the constitution. I don't understand why Republican voters aren't concerned with that misplaced loyalty.

If you don't believe in abortion or doctor assisted suicide then don't do it but do not impose your beliefs upon others. You religious fanatics always try to intimidate people who don't agree with your backward thinking with punishment. If you can't cut their throats then you use other technics like God's punishment or as you did deportation. I remember the Campus Crusader person who made friends with me in the university. told me about the bible in a few sessions and then told me now there is no excuse since I have heard about bible and I have to accept it or face the hell!!!!!

  44. Interesting that you refer to Brandeburg v Ohio in 1969, in which the SCOTUS ruled: "the constitutional guarantees of free speech and free press do not permit a State to forbid or proscribe advocacy of the use of force or of law violation except where such advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action." For example, lying to a large crowd of people by telling them the election was stolen, and that if the false results put the other candidate in office it will “destroy America” and that they should “march down to the Capitol” to “stop the steal,” and the crowd proceeds to march to the Capitol and, in the words of the Supreme Court, “imminent lawless action” ensures… the First Amendment does not protect that. Second, “(falsely) yelling fire in a crowded theater” was not the actual ruling, it was a dictum, and Brandenburg did not overturn the concept. You can tell fire in a crowded theater… if the theater is on fire, or if you think it’s on fire. But can you pull a fire alarm on a building that’s not on fire? No. Can you stand up in the middle of a Broadway show and start screaming “The building is on fire!!! Run! Run for your lives!”… when you know the building is not on fire? No, you will be cited and if people are harmed in a stampede you will be criminally prosecuted and the producers of the show might file civil lawsuit for the financial harm you caused if you falsely yelled “Fire” during a performance.

  46. So a few thousand a year and we know that they were likely very sick children to begin with because the chances of a child dying are 0.03%. Remember the Alberta boy who "died of covid" even though he had brain cancer and died 2 days after they tested him for covid? Why would they test a child for covid on his deathbed and then announce he "died of covid"? Hmmmmm? Dishonest much? I know you are firmly against medical ethics, eyeball, but some of us still do. For that amount of kids/year, a medical intervention would need to be 100% safe for the risk/benefit ratio to justify force vaccinating children. PS - For perspective, now do how many children have died of other causes per year. Like trampolines, car accidents or bee stings.

  47. I'd offer a correction. This really doesn't have anything to do with desperation. It's just who Trump is: a pathological liar. He started from day 1 literally telling people it didn't rain at his inauguration, when the entire country watched it happen. His wife sat on stage next to him under an umbrella. His guest speaker, Franklin Graham, went on stage just after Trump and mentioned the rain in his remarks. And Trump, being a compulsive liar made the claim anyway. Because he's mentally disordered. He's the kind of guy who would pee on your head and tell you it's NOT raining. And his devoted cultists can't be bothered to call him on the lies. They'd just luxuriate in the golden shower of his attention.

  48. B isn't true, it's semantics/word games. What makes it not a human? Nothing. If we agree that all humans have rights, then your word game about it being a person is worthless. C There is a bad saying about your rights end were mine begin. That isn't true. Our rights intersect all the time. In those instances, the courts have several factors that are important in determining whose rights prevail. The big ones are cause and harm. If you cause a car wreck, you are responsible because you encroached on two important rights, person and property. As such, the courts will require that you, to the greatest extent possible, will have to make restitution. If you pump and dump a stock, you harmed other investors and will be held liable. In the case of abortion, the mother likely caused the child to come into existence, she is responsible and therefore her rights are secondary. Further, if the child dies as a result of her actions, she is responsible for a greater harm so her rights are secondary. If the child is killing her, then her rights become primary.

You will bltch and moan--and lie--all day every day about the "Biden economy," which has, remarkably, come out of the COVID crater quickly and safely. Sorry, go fark yourself. if you're going to disingenuously blame Biden for the inevitable challenges of overseeing a successful recovery, Trump can own his disastrous COVID economy as well. If you're going to be economically illiterate, at least try to muster the decency to do it consistently.
