Not “arguably false” or “wiggle-room false”, but in Trump’s case, “Demonstrably false several times over.” One obvious example is repeatedly stating that his Trump Tower penthouse was 30,000 square feet when it was 10,000. There’s nothing vague about that, it’s a 300% overstatement and it’s clearly fraudulent.
