This is for you, woketards, as the rest of us already understand what is going on. The Cambridge Dictionary defines “insurrection” as: “an organized attempt by a group of people to defeat their government and take control of their country, usually by violence” By that definition, there was no “insurrection” at the United States Capitol on Jan. 6, according to the FBI. Reuters reports : https://docs.house.gov/meetings/GO/GO00/20210902/114020/HMKP-117-GO00-20210902-SD005.pdf2 points

I know, the left is so easy to lead along. But think about it, a group that has swallowed the Biden-as-president making all these moves and decisions. They will believe whatever they are told to believe, no questions asked. Perhaps that rash in his groin(the one he bragged about a few weeks back) is spreading…2 points

Our productivity suffers because business doesn't invest. It doesn't invest because 1) we have too many protected oligopolies, 2) governments are in the habit of rescuing incompetent businesses rather than letting creative destruction do away with them, and 3) business has come to rely on a continuing stream of cheap labour, either from heavy immigration or from that plus the temporary foreign worker programs (including foreign students).2 points

Since Scott Perry was literally in the middle of the plan to hijack the peaceful transfer of power this should get really interesting! we'll have even more detail about how he was assisting in moving all of the players around. Judge allows prosecutors to access Rep. Perry’s communications leading up to Jan. 62 points

At best robo is a cultist/propagandist. He's not a rational, conscientious, concerned citizen who's able to discuss difficult topics with integrity, he's a halfwit who drinks from CNN's firehose of stupidity and then projectile vomits false narratives like Raegan with Pazuzu fever. If we all had him on our ignore lists he might go away, but we keep encouraging him by replying to his unglued drivel.1 point

Extremely pathetic. The military is in rough shape, I believe the job vacancy rate service wide is something like 16% and many critical positions are worse than that. And even if those positions were magically filled the force is still probably too small. I think the manpower deficiencies are far more serious than the vehicle and equipment deficiencies because the greatest kit in the world means nothing if you don’t have the people to use them.1 point

From now on, when people try to deny that it was a deadly insurrection which was so massive that it almost managed to conquer the United States of America, I'll say: "The 'Women for America First' said that they were just gonna have a rally at the Ellipse, but they were secretly planing to walk to the capitol to protest there". And then I'll make a face like ? and they'll say " ? Killing Ashley Babbit basically saved the United States from 1,000 years of tyranny!"1 point

So...Women for America First lied about their plans to march to the Capital? LOL...Oh that's awful. FIFTY LASHES WITH REBOUND'S WET NOODLE!1 point
-
Yea but there's nothing wrong with that. Marching to the capital is not 'insurrection' and everyone has the right to protest. BLM members didn't tell of their plans to burn cities or riot either. When that was brought up AOC said "Protests are SUPPOSED to make you uncomfortable. "1 point

And how pathetic is that? Supply a couple of thousand people with often barely functioning equipment basically takes up the whole available resources of our 'army'.1 point

We knew full well overpopulation would be a problem. This was pointed out decades and decades ago. You can even go back as far as the 18th century to find precautions against overpopulation.1 point

It's just your username, and it's by far the least laughable thing about you. When you re-read this part, which you posted yourself, what overall impression do you get from it? So this "serious insurrection" that you keep talking about was fanned by comments like "let's peacefully and patriotically walk to the capitol", it included a grand total of 0 firearms used, and there were just a handful of communications discovered which were milquetoast at best... And remember, according your own leftard sources, the "insurrectiony" part was that their plan was to hold up the vote certification... Was that made up? Just remember your own quote, above, says "they found no evidence that the groups had serious plans about what to do if they made it inside". Nothing about 'vote certification'? That's your f'ing insurrection? Go away, halfwit.1 point

This would be regarded as a death sentence for our economic system. Don't ask me why economists designed it that way but economics is just a social science after all. It's like political science really, more philosophy than anything.1 point

Joking aside it is a sign of the pure tribalism driving the left today that they turn to lies so easily. I mean - everyone's wrong once in a while, that happens. And sometimes you're "sure" you remember reading something and it turns out you're wrong. But with the left, it's simply chronic. It's like a go to - "we're losing this argument, either deflect and try to change the channel or just make some shit up", even after you've shown them the truth. That's what makes them so dangerous. IF you managed to convince them that climate change could be solved by firing off all the nukes in the world at once, they would mash that button with narry a second thought, claiming all along it was because science!!!!! Only the liars, and only a lying libbie like yourself would think lying libbies are good company1 point

What we should have done, decades ago, is to stop our population from growing so unsustainably. We also knew full well why we needed to do that.1 point

Of course they did. That's not really debatable, even. They shifted favor to capital over labor, dramatically cutting taxes on the rich while busting unions, deregulating, unwinding the "New Deal" and eliminating economic protections--again, to benefit the wealthy. All of this was done based on the argument they the wealth would "trickle down" from the wealthy to everyone else. Of course, that was always a bogus idea. GHWB called it "Voodoo economics" and he was right. What actually-and predictably-happened is that the wealth did not "trickle down." Instead, income inequality exploded as we turned millionaires into billionaires and the middle class into the working poor. Literally everything you complain about economically is traced back to those policy shifts. Instead of making things here, capital sought cheap labor abroad. Instead of building things, we consume things others built. Instead of one person being able to support a family with a manufacturing job, out takes two adults working at Wal Mart. That's the weirdest thing about modern conservativism. It's a near-religious belief in the Reagan dogma. Rather than looking at the actual effects of the supply-side experiment, they complain about the outcomes and propose to"fix" them by doing even more of the same things that caused them.1 point

@bcsapper What's your honest opinion of the USA ending up with Joe Biden as president again? I think we both agree that the US is chock full of extremely intelligent, energetic, capable people with the wisdom to be decent leaders. It's almost impossible that there isn't at least one 10/10 there, if not 10,000, plus 50,000 who are easily 9.9/10. Is Biden even a 2/10? He's basically just the least toxic Dem out there. And that's depressing, because he has huge anger issues. If there was a plane crash in the Sahara Desert or the frozen tundra of the north, and Biden was one of only 12 survivors, what are the chances that he'd be selected as the leader? 12 random people, but almost zero chance he'd be the leader. The other 11 would have to be small children. There are millions of 14 yr olds who'd be far better candidates. If he went to work at a Home Depot right now could he even be a greeter? Could he be the assistant manager of a McDonald's? If you were a corporate headhunter, and he brought his current skillset/ability level to the market, where would you place him? Could you put him in a $50k/year job? Where would that be?1 point

Agreed. How about Tim Horton's workers? Do we really need to replace them? Because there's a couple of things about this replacement which need mentioning. First is the CD Howe Institute, which supports immigration, said we could deal with the aging workforce most easily by just pushing back the retirement age for a couple of years. That's what Mulroney then did. Trudeau reversed this. Also, if the purpose of new immigrants is to replace our aging workforce should the government have increased the number of elderly immigrants who can be sponsored sixfold? Not coincidentally, this was done after each of the last three elections during which Trudeau promised ethnic/immigrant communities to make it easier for their parents and grandparents to come over. Again, the Harper government had frozen the numbers back in 2013 because of the tremendous healthcare resources these elderly immigrants used, as well as that 25% were winding up on welfare. These were obviously not considerations for Trudeau. Now add in AI and the number of jobs that's going to do away with over the next couple of decades. Do we really need to double immigration? I don't think so. We should, in fact, have been lowering immigration.1 point

Honestly we don't. Not as much as some would have you believe. What we need is to improve productivity substantially, and to do that we have to convince business to invest. And if we slow the rate of growth we also reduce pressure on most businesses. Grocery stores need to have less product on hand, home builders can build fewer homes than they would have had to, we won't need as many new doctors. We need immigration, lets be clear. But we dont need anywhere near what we're seeing right now. We could easily cut that in half - tighten up the rules - encourage business to invest strongly in efficiency - and reap a much stronger long term benefit.1 point
-
There's other facet of reality that says we also need to replace a labour force that's retiring even faster than immigrants can keep up with. Obviously we need to attract house builders but probably doctors even moreso.1 point

Biden would get ousted regardless, therefore, it doesn't NEED to be IN the Constitution itself. The argument is whether you retards can use the 14th Amendment to block Trump from state ballots. The answer is NO, and you will see that when the SC strikes down the anti-Trump cultists in Colorado.1 point

Do Francophone schools in Quebec have students sing the national anthem in the mornings like much of the rest of the country? I'm beginning to think most do not: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/schools-should-sing-national-anthem-says-st-lazare-resident-1.1331635 Do they sign the anthem in indigenous schools on reserves? Is there a school in the continental US that doesn't sing the US anthem and/or recite the pledge of allegiance? Doubtful. Here's a wedge issue: does a voter consider themselves "Canadian" in nationality, and are they glad to be one?1 point

Can’t you read? They’ve been getting massacred. They’re not able to replace soldiers any faster than they’re losing them. Lol your response is typical of a dictator fanboi: RUSSIAN GENERAL: - ”Mr Dictator we’ve lost 320,000 troops, they’re dying as fast as we can replace them! We’ve lost 87% of our initial invasion force!” PUTIN: - ”And?”1 point
