Oh? “The Rothschilds” doesn’t mean “The Jews”? “Lasers in space”? Are you gonna tell me you’re as batshlt crazy as that?3 points

The little POS redneck Congresswoman blamed Jews for starting the California wildfires, using space-based laser weapons. So F her, she’s a deranged lunatic and an obvious liar.2 points

You'd have to believe that bad person was in a position where absolutely no one could intervene to prevent anything they might do. Let's rephrase the question. What if Trudeau within the capacity of his emergency powers had in fact ordered tanks to literally crush the truckers convoy/protest? Do you honestly believe there would have been no way in Heaven or on Earth to have prevented that? I'm assuming ordering in the tanks would qualify as 'going off the deep end'. Despite the assumed omnipotence of Mr Socks I highly doubt it. Surely someone close to him has a bag of lollipops or gummy bears on hand in the event of any really serious meltdown.2 points

I can understand why she'd wait and I don't think it's to increase dating pool or being selfish. I think it's because it's pretty personal and not the business of casual acquaintances. Having said that, I personally think disclosure beforehand would be more ethical and save both people from disappointment. Does she give a reason for waiting?2 points

So this guy is getting released, he's in a halfway house now. https://globalnews.ca/news/9592618/qanon-shaman-jacob-chansley-released-prison-early-jan-6/ It's just been a week or two since Tucker Carlson showed a bunch of the video of him, how much that had to do with his release, I don't know, but at lest he's getting out. I think the world really wants to hear what he has to say, no doubt the Dems want him silenced, I guess we'll find out soon enough if he's allowed to talk. What's he gonna say after the way he was treated? https://www.foxnews.com/politics/jan-6-rioter-qanon-shaman-jacob-chansley-secures-early-release-prison-halfway-house-lawyer-says 11 months in solitary? That's just insane. If he was a threat to society then why were the Capitol Police completely indifferent to his presence when he was walking around inside the building, at the peak of the "insurrection"? Isn't that when he was at his "most dangerous"? That article also says: Apparently Global's headline is wrong. Re: solitary, in Canada we don't even do it anymore: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/federal-inmates-solitary-confinement-enquete-1.6410882 This is just more proof of how far down the evolutionary ladder America's democracy has fallen over the last few years.1 point

Do you have another example of a newspaper being admonished by the Press Council of newspapers, and refusing to accept the ruling? For publishing racist lies? If not, then your moral compass is off.1 point

Yep - and they're feeling it now. https://nypost.com/2022/04/09/millionaires-fleeing-south-from-new-york-tax-smack/ https://www.forbes.com/sites/adammillsap/2021/08/27/businesses-are-fleeing-california-along-with-its-residents-and-president-biden-should-pay-attention/?sh=7b735a3a2327 You can tax to a certain point, and then people and business has had enough and they flee. At some point it gets to be worth the money and hassle.1 point

A 2 state solution is the only solution for those who want peace and it is the only moral solution. It will never happen though. Leaders on both sides of the conflict benefit from ongoing conflict, apartheid and violence. Alternatively, they could become a single state with 2 equal cultures like French-German Belgium or English-French Canada or even French-German-Italian-Romanche Switzerland One side exterminating or expelling the other is not an option and not going to happen. Both peoples are descended from the area’s indigenous ancient Canaanite inhabitants and others who have since passed through this crossroads over the millennia. Neither has a more legitimate claim to the land than the other.1 point

The OP doesn't seem to acknowledge that these areas are called "Occupied Territories". The two-state solution is supported by the US, Canada, UK, France, Japan among others... https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/countries-that-recognize-palestine1 point

Many of the judges who rejected his fraud claims were appointed by Trump. The SCOTUS which he packed, also rejected his fraud claims.1 point

Not necessarily. The court could deem the invoking of the Act illegal while upholding the actions to break up the invasion. But, maybe the people who had their accounts frozen might have a case…. They might get their grift money returned from the crowd funding sources too. It will depend entirely on the ruling, which isn’t likely to rule against the government in this anyway. So the grifters and invaders shouldn’t get their hopes up too high.1 point

Yeah, but he means Jews. I just want to see if he has the balls to admit it.1 point

I don’t agree that any of those things are relevant. Clinton had moral failings. Trump’s were and are orders of magnitude larger. My point is that a savings and loan investigation devolved into investigating Paula Jones, using Federal dollars to help her with a civil lawsuit costing hundreds of thousands, devolving into one deposition after another, for years. So now the GOP cries boo-hoo. But they are the ones who started it. Hell, Trump personally flew lawyers to Hawaii to inspect Obama’s birth certificate, which they had no legal authority or expertise to inspect. Now he cries boo-hoo over legal investigations? Too late, baby.1 point

Because they want to increase their dating prospects. I imagine its difficult to find prospective partners. Its an entirely selfish tactic. I'd be PO'd. It's a waste of their time. It's like not telling someone you're dating you have kids until like 5 dates in becuase you don't want to scare suitors away. That's ridiculous.1 point

That's a great article. This part is well-written, yet quite understated: Covid killed small business, BLM riots killed small business, both of them funnelled us towards Amazon, Home Depot and other big box stores. The MSM, social media giants and the Libs/Dems raged in favour of every bit of it.1 point

One report will hold as much weight as the other. No legal recourse so, just opinion. Again, if the woman that fell had a case, it would have been adjudicated, especially with all the 'rights" groups making issue of the event. No one pushed or made a charge including the woman. She is not a martyr. I do not and never will compare us with donald trump or any other country.1 point

Being "leftist" and all, I think I should point out that I agree - "cancelling" Canada day is the wrong thing to do. Are they going to actually cancel the day - as in, no stat holiday and not allowing anyone to have any kind of Canada Day related celebration? Or are they cancelling city-sponsored celebrations, and everyone else can do what they want? If its the latter, is it just for this year or permanently? If they're cancelling city-sponsored events for this year only, I kind of get that as a gesture. If this gesture is followed up by something substantial (no idea what a municipality might do), then ok. But if it's just a gesture - good for a news cycle and then they forget about it, then I think its nothing more than virtue signaling.1 point

Asking you what would happen if a bad person had the ability to use the emergency act is 'going off the deep end'? Holy crap dude - i haven't seen this much bobbing and weaving to avoid something in my life! It's a simple question, there's no 'deep end' here. ROFL - you did NOT answer the question, you claimed that you don't think about the future and refused to answer! Which is fine if that's what you'd like to do but lets not pretend it's not dodging the question Sure - feel free to stick your head back in the sand There was nothing belligerent or defensive about the question, other than you obviously feel it casts the libs in a bad light and you are defensive about that. Look, it was interesting discussing things with you but you seem to have gone off the deep end. I answered your question. You don't like it? OK. that is your right. I told you who I voted for and it was not liberal. It was good to discuss with you but when you become belligerent and defensive, the fun is gone. Bye now.0 points

You don't support elections or the legal system. You support a current dictator. Leftards put the 2016 election through a 3-yr show-trial. The had the FBI commit crimes and lie about it for 4 years. You supported all of that. For you to pretend to support elections now is the ultimate in hypocrisy. Paul Bernardo can lay claim to the title of World's Ultimate Feminist by your ultra-low standards.-1 points
