  1. Yes. There's zero evidence he's a fascist. Or even knows what fascism is about. Much like you. He sides with the middle. They only time you might think he's siding with the 'right' is when he criticizes the nonsensical woke policies of the far Left that are angering so many Americans and driving them over to vote Republican.

  2. The problem with this whole scandal is that in order for Canadians to know the truth we need to dig hard into CSIS intelligence, which by its nature is difficult based on the secrecy of the Intel. But the government needs to do something to reassure Canadians our country is secure, rather than being willfully ignorant because it benefits some parties.

  4. From your article; I think the very same phenomenon was at work in kids said to have been driven nuts by COVID measures - they had parents who went crazy in reaction to the measures. I suppose it's just a coincidence these crazy assed parents align so easily with the sort of people who become Proud Boys.

  5. There was this guy named William Shakespeare. He wrote plays, and he owned a theater and they performed his plays. The cast was all-male. Romeo and Juliet? Juliet was played by a man. Hamlet? Ophelia was played by a man. Antony and Cleopatra? Cleopatra was played by a man. And now they want to ban shows where men dress as women? Like Mrs. Doubtfire? Tootsie?

  7. I do not think it is that complicated. Those who live in the cities face one reality and those in the country see another. They face different challenges and so have differing concerns.

  9. Absolutely. Florida is becoming the standard the country should be following. DeSantis is the perfect leader for this state.

  10. Ironic that the advancements made in women's rights, the acknowledgement that they are good athletes in women's sports over the past several decades, all being unravelled to allow men who are dressed as women to take the primary position. The movement is driven primarily by men on the left. It's reverse misogyny.

  11. Yes, and I agree that segregation and slavery are in the past. Children should not feel guilty about those things. But is racism a thing of the past, or does it still exist in America today? Should children feel guilty about racism? No, but they should understand what it is, and its forms, so that they learn not to be racist. And that is true of children of all colors.

  12. What are you talking about? WE are the checks and balances, WE are supposed to be the ones to bring the consequences. The voters KNEW he as a corrupt criminal before the last election and unfortunately too many of them chose to NOT hold him or the libs to account. There's no 'fairy' dust - voters didn't do their job and gave him license to run amok. If voters hadn't done that we'd have a new gov't and they'd be able to address this very differently.

  13. You predicted being called a dolt for acting like a dolt? Well... congratulations i guess? You're literally responding to me. I'm clearly not on your ignore list. I'm not sure how you think ignore lists work... And it was your attitude and not your point i was addressing. Only a loser starts off by basically saying "you're terrible people so i know you won't get this but.... " Awwww looook - the leftie wants to cancel me because i'm speaking truthfully. Shocking If you can cope with the truth, then perhaps you should leave yourself. Find a nice safe space with a puppy.

  14. Problem is, again, the selfishness of our politicians. They don't bother to coordinate migration plans with provinces or municipalities who are in charge of the infrastructure. They just don't care. Only when the problems start to affect them do they care. Citizens are starting to get upset and point at the feds for lack of planning. Our PM is all about appearances and lacks depth, and this philosophy has spread

  15. Former President Donald Trump is playing with house money, having already pulled off one of the biggest political victories in U.S. history. His wonderfully obnoxious nature and the equally predictable response of media and his enemies will not result in Trump just fading away into political or popular oblivion. Trump had/has such a profound impact on the American political landscape, people still worry about him even in Canada, two years out of office. Trump loves chaos...and chaos loves Trump.

  16. As a non-right winger in all seriousness the notion that the right thinks queers should be illegal is patently false. There's queers in every family or in every neighbourhood. I used to know a queer couple once. They would invite my mom over for tea. I went in there once, and I tell you the place was a total palace. Really nicely decorated, and clean. Then they served me a piece of cake which the guy made, was great I tell you. Had me thinking. Really. Man, if only you weren't a guy baby!

  17. The left wing tries to distinguish between "jews" and a "Jewish nation" all the time. Like - constantly. They HATE the second while claiming it's no slight on the first. So - your kind does that literally every day. Distinguishes between the people and the politics. But ohhhhh - if someone else does it - ITS GGGEEENNNNOOOOOOCCCIDDEEEEEEE!!!! (ahhhhh freak out!!!!) What a hypocrite.

  18. Prove to me that the police were defunded. Not will be defunded, but they already were defunded. Next, show me evidence that defunding the police caused the Silicon Valley bank to collapse. So far, you've done neither. The closest thing you did was show that some cities are in the process of defunding their police.

  20. Yeah, I know that's my #1 problem with him: his boorish manners. His lack of decorum is so off-putting that I can't even be bothered with the short-sighted policies, the divisiveness, the politics of spite, the prioritization of self interest, the attempted coup and other trifles.

  21. 1) Sad that the average leftist in the US is constantly bombarded with the type of sensational lies posted in the OP. 2) Even more sad: most of them will never know they were lied to because they've been conditioned to avoid the sources which will point out the truth, and they're too stupid/lazy to follow up themselves. 3) Thrice as sad: those leftards will ignore the truth if you put it right under their noses. They're actually much happier just wallowing in their confirmation bias than they are knowing the truth. 4) Sadder than that: even after being presented with evidence that their shiny new story is a lie, they won't be able to resist the temptation to spread the lies themselves because they just have too much fun spreading manure. 5) Saddest of all: if they get caught lying they won't care because they're so accustomed to it now. If they did care, they would have stopped watching CNN/NBC and CBC/CTV in the first place.

  22. The only one trying to revise the narrative here is republicans. You never answered the question about whether 9-11 should be censored in order to spare the feelings of Muslims who had nothing to do with it.

  24. Absolutely not. Employment was already on a steady incline when Trump took office. He did bring back some jobs, but he also lost more jobs. Overall, Trump has had a net loss of American jobs, which you can see from the chart I posted. https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2021/01/08/trump-jobs-record/ Identity politics is for cucks.

  27. Interesting. "Many experts"...ya...right. And many don't agree. Be that as it is... Individual rights...like free speech...like equal application of the law... Competitive elections...like keeping vital information from the public just before an election... Political dissent...like many of the Americans in jail today simply for wondering into the Capital...like the government working with information and news sources to create a narrative... You Libbies might wanna consider not trying to sell snake oil. Almost everything the left has done since about 2015 has been destructive and rather imposing. You have grown the government and rusted a well oiled machine. You toss about terms like "fascist" like you know what you're talking about. You don't. That much is obvious from your own actions.

  28. He is a new face in the federal politics commenting on the issue that is of interest to me. I paid attention. At this time I don't see a pressing cause for that. Ukraine is doing fine on its own, as long as it has means to fight. However, if a new totalitarian Axis becomes a fact of reality, the free world should consider it very seriously. Putin was encouraged by a weak Western response to his earlier transgressions and by apparent weakness of NATO in Afghanistan. His success in Ukraine would be a major rule changer for the entire world.

  31. It's more like the urban and rural are at odds. But it's only been that way for 10,000 years or so. See Claim and Abel. More recently Alberta would vote 100% Liberal and Texas 100% Democrat and the cities otherwise. Things change...

  33. There is plenty of evidence that says that in most developed nations.... the number of people who identify as regularly going to church and/or devoutly religious is declining. This is not a sign of moral decay IMO. I strongly disagree that there is any direct correlation between religiosity and morality.

  34. See, I already explained the difference between sex and gender, but you don't care. You'll just keep pretending that you don't know the difference because you don't care about reality. Conservatism as a whole is anti-reality, so this isn't surprising. Snowflake. ?

  35. That's a lame and not very meaningful answer. You've got a dysfunctional, ineffective and inefficient system that even at the time of its inception didn't make a lot sense; the system that can run with itself, dance with itself and perform in a circus period. And now you want to accuse the voters that they don't do enough of what? Pretend that something that cannot work, could still do something useful? Just because you want them to? I don't think the reality works this way. Why would anyone with a brain want to take part in a boring and failing show?
