The Courts have to implement an undertaking that's actually going to reduce the risk for whatever she's charged with. Your rights to all of these things can be limited by the courts if you are under process for a crime. There's a point about going to Ontario - which the courts agreed with - which is valid but you can't accurately say rights are violated based on these statements. It's too broad.
