What's this? The G&M doesn't like Cruz?

I don't like Cruz. I never have. He's always struck me as a conniving, self-serving weasel who'd pimp out his mother if it brought him any advantage.

Cruz moved back to the US when he was 4. He learned creepy in Texas. Thankfully, he renounced his Canadian citizenship so we don't have to let him in the country.

What's this? The G&M doesn't like Cruz? Somehow that's not exactly a surprise. But to say he's considered the most self-serving and nakedly ambitious member of congress is a hoot! Obama rocked that category for all time.

Obama was never a member of congress.

Perhaps he'll be asked to produce HIS birth certificate. Doesn't being born in Canada disqualify Cruz person from being POTUS?

Nope, he was born to an American mother and had her citizenship at birth.

...completely different from that Kenyan Ann Dunham!

Yes, we should vote for the candidate based on their face. Actually that's probably why Trudeau got in, because he sure didn't have any experience to speak of. Kind of like Obama. Anyone notice how Canada has been copying the American lead? They vote in Bush, we vote in Harper. They vote in Obama, we vote in Trudeau. Not sure about the Chretien/Clinton comparison, but they were both slimy and liberal.

If you wonder why the Republican race is dominated by such a bag of wingnuts, consider this:

30% of Republicans said they would be in favor of bombing Agrabah. And that number goes up to 41% if you zero in on Trump supporters. If you don't recognize the country it's because it's a fictional nation from the Disney movie Aladdin.

Unlimited economic growth has the marvelous quality of stilling discontent while preserving privilege, a fact that has not gone unnoticed among liberal economists.

Lindsey Graham has just dropped out. He has the endorsement of John McCain and other powerful Republicans. It will be interesting to see where that support will shift to. This could be the indicator of which direction the supporters of other candidates will move when they too drop out.

I think they should solve the whole top Republican problem Japanese game-show style.

Cruz has an ugly annoying looking face and is generally just annoying and ridiculous.

I feel the same way about Justin Trudeau. I guess they have that in common. Lol. Hey good for you. For once you

said something inappropriate. Hah feels good admit it. Listen you get down to it, Trump looks like he is sucking on lemons or

is straining and severely constipated, Jeb Bush looks like he wet his pants and Hilary Clinton looks like a Nazi prison guard mixed

with pro golfer. Don't get me started. If we go by looks, the only one qualified to be US President is Harrison Ford or Queen Latifah.

I don't think you should be making fun of someone's appearance. It's not kind. There is too much of that kind of negativity in the world today and it is a low blow.

Apparently I'm a rebel. I kinda lIKE that label. Rebel Ike.

Very funny. Though I don't think we should be playing Trump's game. Edited by jbg

Once others back out, then trump will be in trouble. Cruz's people is the only one ,I see that would support trump. I think he and trump ,if one wins ,will be pres and VP. I think Christie is going to surprise people.

JBG and you know Mr. Graham would be the first to agree with you.... I really do appreciate your comment, all kidding aside, the debates have been degraded by inexcusable comments from Trump.

Ridiculing someone who was tortured as a coward as he did McCain, ridiculing a journalist who had cerebral palsy, ridiculing people's appearance, or using phrases like they were shlonged is past reprehensible and its part and parcel with making comments he knows would incite hatred against Latinos and Muslims. He's a pathetic, gutter demagogue.

However the Republican party is afraid Trump will splinter off their vote and allow Clinton to win and so they have allowed themselves to be held captive by Trump. Its time they unify, pick a leader they all can agree on, and take Trump down once and for all because if Trump continues he will become a third party candidate who splits a lot of Republican vote.

You just knew this was a mater of time:

Trump told The Washington Post in an interview Tuesday that Cruz's Canadian birthplace and his holding a double passport was a "very precarious" issue that "a lot of people are talking about." Trump has ramped up his attacks on Cruz since the Texas senator sprinted ahead of the billionaire businessman in some opinion surveys in early-voting Iowa.

Trump is an idiot, but then, so is Cruz. I was so hoping the Republicans would find someone sane to run so Clinton wouldn't become president.
