  2. The CPC has plenty of support, and I imagine ample money. I don't think time is going to change him. This is who he's always been and what he's always done, and he's never had a real job in his life. I don't think a year helps him at all. I don't think it hurts him, but whether the NDP actually withdraws support (rather than pretending) and they put this pitiful government out of its misery, or they let it suffer it out to the end of term, it's not Poilievre's decision. He'll be there to assume government and we'll see what he's actually capable of at that point.

  3. No, overturning an election is way worse, because it means that democracy no longer exists. “Heads I win the election, Tails you lose the election” is just dictatorship.

  6. Unfortunately for donald, he never presented any evidence of voter fraud viable enough To be substantiated in a court of law. And keep in mind Donald and his sycophants left no stone unturned in their quest to prove the fraud. Multiple recounts in multiple states. Still no fraud found. Forensic audits costing millions of dollars that found no evidence of wrongdoing viable enough to be substantiated in a court of law. Donald lost the election fair and square and only used his claims of fraud in an attempt justify his attempted coup d'état. Donalds a traitor, as are every single one of his halfwitted sycophants.

  11. Almost every day we hear of horrendous murders being committed in Canada. If the offenders are caught, they know they will be sentenced to a certain number of years. They also know they may only serve half of their sentence and then get out on parole. This is not protecting Canadians. This also makes victims of the relatives who must constantly live with what was done to their loved one as they see the offender get off relatively lightly and then walk free. They often are required to re-live the horror because they must go to parole board hearings, sometimes, repeatedly and hear the whole thing over and over. We need the return of capital punishment for first degree murder. The situation is out of control and there is no fear of the consequences. Canada needs to put the safety of the public ahead of everything else and stop trying to invent some kind of rights for criminals and forget the victims. Also the justice system should be greatly speeded up to get the trials done expeditiously.

  13. If Kamala said that during the debate Trump grabbed her by the **** and honked her breast even though they were live and nowhere near each other, Robo would be on here calling for Trump's arrest for sexual assault. Yet this he is like there is no way this happened.

  14. You need to educate yourself on body language and lying. Here is an ok article about lying. It could have used some of the eye cues, but it was hard to see his eyes so that isn't that important. https://blog.mindvalley.com/how-to-tell-if-someone-is-lying/ The big thing to note is the guy was relaxed. He didn't do any of the big cues like touching his face or fidgeting. He made eye contact when he talked. Everything he said he believed. Now, admittedly, believed isn't knew. But, when I say he believed it, that means he thought it was true. So when he says he didn't mean any of it, I call b.s. He showed no signs of lying. Here is the eye movement thing, though it probably isn't usable since his eye movement is hard to see: https://www.learning-mind.com/eye-movements-when-lying/ According to Grinder and Bandler, depending on which of these four ways we access this information will dictate where our eyes move. Up and Left: Visually remembering Up and Right: Visually constructing Left: Auditorally remembering Right: Auditorally constructing Down and Left: Internal dialogue Down and Right: Kinaesthetic remembering

  27. They can collect. How much energy they put into it is another question. They know how much money you're making, so they're not going to spend effort chasing you down for tens of thousands if they know you're broke and can't pay. If you're screwing them around and it's a decent amount of money, they'll come, and they'll make you miserable.

  28. Trudeau is smart, he may not have any legislation to pass thereby avoiding any possible vote of confidence issue. Also, I heard on the radio the other day that Jagmeet needs to last through February for him to qualify for a pension.

  35. Finally. Thus, as i said earlier, even though we've gone through multiple recounts and forensic audits, donalds still never been able to produce any evidence of voter fraud (large enough to of made a difference) viable enough to be substantiated in a court of law. Donalds also now claimed that he "had every right" to Interfere in the federal election, (assuming that he believed he had that right because the election was stolen from him), there may be legal ramifications now that he's admitted he "lost" the election. https://www.vanityfair.com/news/story/trump-basically-admits-to-interfering-in-2020-election-wont-hesitate-to-do-it-again

  38. Every time there is a shooting, the internet lights up with folks saying that if there were stricter gun laws this would not happen. On the surface, I want to agree with them. But then I think about the sheer number of guns, how easy it is to buy one, and the population. That alone makes any law mostly a deterrent to some but not going to stop them all and that is what these folks who get outraged want. They do not want less of them.. they want this mythical land where the random, spree killers are stopped and yet garden variety drug deal gone bad does occur.

  40. Could be, but we've turned the wilderness into a Timbermart and sold most shares of the Timbermart to foreign businesses. We've done the same with all other raw resources. In the end we are dependent on the World to supply goods to us, while all we can offer is our raw resources. Is this great?

  41. The Canadian homicide rate is 3 times lower than the American rate, in spite of America having the death penalty. The death penalty is not a deterrant to murder. The USA is a perfect example to this. The same thing happens in the United States, when the inmate appeals or tries to overturn their death sentence. Ths situation is not "out of control." The crime rate peaked in 1991 in North America, and declined until the mid 2010s. Currently, the crime rate is about what it was at in the late 1990s. And of course, Canada has a much lower violent crime rate than the USA. Winnipeg, the most violent city in Canada, would barely make the top 100 most violent cities list in America. We copied much of our law from the UK, which is a relatively safe country. We should be looking looking towards Europe, where the justice system is superior to America, which does not work. We need to focus on what is best for society. That would affect due process, and the right to a fair trial for the accused. There ahve been countless examples of people being wrongfully convicted of crimes they did not do.
