  1. If anyone is honest, the riot on January 6th 2021 at the US Capital was very bad for the political class and liberating for half the nation. Should Trump have held that rally? Probably not. But does the nation think the 2020 election was rife with cheating? Yup...to this day irregularities are being uncovered. So Biden gets on TV and reaffirms the battle lines. For a POTUS who said he was gonna unite people...he's failed in magnificent fashion. The Libbies are terrified of Trump or anyone the Globalists can't buy. Anyone who opposes Chinese global dominance. Anyone who stands up to nonsense. "The Big Lie" is that the January 6th riot was an "insurrection" and that the 2020 election was on the up an' up. That election stunk like rotten fish and everyone knows it. Denial of that is both childish and purely political. Out of fear for either Trump...or another.

  2. "Totally frustrated that those who choose to not be vaccinated for Covid are filling up the hospital beds" Who is filling up the most hospital beds CITIZEN_2015? There is 1433 vaccinated in hospital beds There is 560 unvaccinated in hospital beds Vaccinated patients take 2.5 x more hospital beds than unvaccinated. https://covid-19.ontario.ca/data/hospitalizations#vaccine-status-data

  3. Do you know what 'begging the question" is? Not the new Prog perversion of the term but the original meaning. Originally 'begging the question' was what they call a rhetorical fallacy. It's when you introduce an unproven suggestion as fact, then you offer up that little bit of imaginative zippity do dah as proof of something else you wish was true. It's what you did up there when you put some unqualified proposals from the Brennan center forward as factual proof of another unproven proposal. Basically: Here's who the Brennan center are: Here's what happened in 2020. Democrats their lawyers and their NGO's got a bunch of new or "improved" rules pushed through for 2020 that were supposed to be workarounds for the pandemic. Things like Ballot box pick ups by who knows who or ballots sent indiscriminately through the mail without restrictions. You could gather ballots for others. Another thing they did that was particularly egregious was what the Brennan center calls "public funding of elections." This allowed leftist billionaires like Zuckerberg to skate around election laws. 2020 ‘Zuckerbucks’ dumped in eight states, 90% to Biden counties But that was the pandemic year of 2020. In 2021 the Republicans wanted to plug the holes in the election process that had been opened up under cover of pandemic confusion. In some states and districts they did that. Nothing they did "degrades democracy." They plugged new holes in the process that allowed new exploits in 2020. The Progs of the Brennan center and apparently Eyeball don't like that. Tough. Happy midterms.

  4. We are talking about fellow Canadians right, or do we have 2 classes of people right now. Vaccinated, and Unvaccinated, both own Canadians passports, both pay taxes, both have families to feed, plus we have already put restrictions in place for the unvaccinated...they have already been taken off major organ transplant lists, removed from jobs, forced to move provinces, unable to claim unemployment which they paid into, unable to collect any of the feds benefit packages. What else do you want here... These people are Canadians, and if we can treat them like this, how would we treat outsiders... And we as a nation wonder why we have a problem in most government organization with inclusivity, or treating everyone with equal rights...rights that don't get superseded by a vaccination. I can remember having this same discussion over Omar i wanted to ship that scumbag back to Afghanistan, i was told he will always be Canadian and he deserves 10 million dollars... now we have taken away jobs, homes, livelihoods, needed medical procedures, from outstanding Canadians because they refuse to get a needle... the other guy was a F888ing terrorist and he got paid...

  5. More people voting and more people voting legally are not exactly the same thing. Voting without positive ID is idiotic for one thing. The Georgia senate bill 202 : The Election Integrity Act of 2021, originally known as Georgia Senate Bill 202,[ is a Georgia law overhauling elections in the state. It mandates voter identification requirements on absentee ballots, limits the use of ballot drop boxes, expands early in-person voting, bars officials from sending out unsolicited absentee ballot request forms, reduces the amount of time people have to request an absentee ballot, increases voting stations or staff and equipment where there have been long lines, makes it a crime for outside groups to give free food or water to voters waiting in line, gives the Georgia General Assembly greater control over election administration, and shortens runoff elections, among other provisions. Can you point to anything here that amounts to voter suppression ? What is there in this bill that is unreasonable?

  6. First of all this is just a report with recommendations not an official plan to attack homeowners. Secondly, the report says nothing at all about a tax on the middle class. Thirdly, the article containing the report contradicts your assertion this will not affect speculators who own multiple properties. It says the exact opposite. Unless ordinary middle class homeowners took a more careful look your OP and especially your thread title they might decide to reject a set of recommendations most of them should be able to get behind.

  7. Totally frustrated that those who choose to not be vaccinated for Covid are filling up the hospital beds and those who are very sick with heart disease and cancer and other major illnesses of no fault of their own have their surgeries cancelled or postponed. Wrong people are refused treatment in my view.

  8. The signs are right before our eyes. But true to our nature we try so very hard to not notice. But here's the thing: pandemic situation that nobody expected (unless you're into theories) has a play in it too. And in a number of essential ways. It makes West reluctant to act strongly (or at all, meaningfully) being involved in its internal struggles and challenges. And there's no better time in dealing with it than that when its involved in itself. Just look back, doesn't take much. Soft talking and "diplomacy" would encourage and invite potential strongpeople and why look for nice words, aggressors even in best of normal times. They know all about the meaning of empty words that everybody knows wouldn't be supported by necessary action. Just look back. These however are times quite different from normal. The pandemic has weakened and immobilized West while it's no big deal really for the axis people. After all what difference is it where little people they own would perish, to the virus - or on some glorious frontiers of new empires? Well, actually the answer is quite obvious, at least for them. And to top it all up, authoritarianism, expectation of and reluctance to question the need for strong and wise management of all our problems is crawling, creeping and seeping from within. Nope, there's no denying it any longer. Interesting times, ne c'est pas? Should we continue our blissful, decades-long slumber and see what happens? Without looking back, even once?

  9. Leftists are either stupid or totally intellectually dishonest. Never before, like with SARS for example, did we try to count deaths to actually blame them on the current administration. CNN was always and only about Trump bashing as Zucker had a personal vendetta. And it is Governors that decide on lockdowns and shut downs, not POTUS. The PMO has more centralized power than the US head of state.

  10. I'm sorry - really I am. I just find it so strange when I question anything I see - including things I agree with - and I find intelligent people (and yes you are all intelligent on here, no dummies) INTELLIGENT people succumbing to lazy lazy thinking. People aren't stupid they are just lazy. They don't examine their premises, or ever assume they're wrong. I enjoy being wrong because it means I am improving my knowledge. So I sincerely apologize for being snippy from time to time...

  11. There certainly is massive corruption. Another example of how Canadians facilitated is a top Canadian official on the WHO pretended that Taiwan did not exist. That is pure Chi Com propaganda. The WHO is essentially there to provide cover for China. And Fauci is a petty little dwarf who kept flip flopping on our response to COVID. I especially love how Rand Paul smacks that little COVID pervert down,

  12. Question: statistically are these people in the hospital due to COVID or with COVID? There is a major difference between the two conditions. The general public is not responsible for maintaining the health care system. There are a number of high paid individuals who chose to take a position. Vaccines are not a guarantee and do not prevent hospitalizations or ICU cases.

  15. It's a pity they run our hospitals like a zero-sum game. We had more capacity in our hospitals 20-30 years ago than we do now. Ontario ranks one of the worst health care systems in the free world. The Auditor general said some bad things about Ontario's health care system and it's level of readiness. It was already a disaster in the year leading up to Covid. This did not happen overnight, my friends. So, why don't you learn what the real problem is before shouting your big mouths off. You haters really need to be told. If I were not so polite, I'd tell you to stick that hate right up your ass. You and Mr. Trudeua

  16. I’m not antivax. Nice try. Canada’s current pandemic approach is most certainly totalitarian. Read the comparison to other jurisdictions. We have chosen shut-downs and restrictions instead of respecting people’s judgment to handle a manageable health risk. I’d say though that you’re right, most Canadians don’t realize how much they’ve compromised.

  17. The "government tactics to address a pandemic equals Communism" narrative is not only retarded, but it only appeals to the small percentage of antivax people out there. Try again. On second thought, don't.

  19. Not sure. I've heard them they say things like "seniors and people with low incomes can defer the tax until they sell", which leads me to believe that it might be annual, but I also heard them say that it was just a tax that is paid when a property is sold.

  23. You're talking about the Georgia law then? Even what you leftists call your "fact checkers" admit that's not a fact. They claim "mostly false" but the headline is A Georgia law has not “criminalized giving people bottles of water.” It pertains to political organizations. https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2021/mar/29/josh-holmes/facts-about-georgias-ban-food-water-giveaways-vote/ Political advocates can't offer food, drink or other gifts to those waiting in line to vote in Georgia. Poll workers however can make water available. What else ya got?

  24. The home you live in right? This tax is on the other 12 homes you bought on spec and are making a fortune with when gouging unwed mothers and on Airbnb. You know I don't trust Trudeau and he may be a little stupid but even he probably realizes he'd be subject to this tax as well if he went after primary residences. I suspect his caucus would put a contract on his head too.

  25. Your right, we don't need elections just flip a coin on the front lawn of Parliament. CBC can broadcast the results, no more expensive elections or having to watch this entire train wreck unfold on CBC for 12 hours. I'm sure if you ask any Canadian if they trust any politician the answer would be NO, and they are suppose to be the core of our democracy, the ones setting the examples for the rest of us. I don't think it is unreasonable to put restrictions in place to ensure a safer vote just for ease of mind. Just what we needed another excuse to slam soldiers when things don't work out for one party . sorry we don't need any help in that direction.

  26. The bigger picture here that so many people seem to miss or downplay is the question of freedom itself. Is it worth anything anymore? Are people “irresponsible” for wanting to meet people and see their faces? Is it unreasonable for kids to play sports, and for people to attend community events or stadiums? We keep hearing that it’s about keeping the hospitals from becoming overwhelmed, but what we measure becomes us. If we look for Covid through endless testing, even in mild cases or asymptomatic people, we’re going to find it, and our screening will make these people stay home from work. What’s the value in that? To slow the spread? Once people get it they have months of immunity, and the next time they get it they have better resistance. Is the plan to flood households with tests, find Covid, and scare people back into isolation? What we’re doing is sick and dysfunctional. Covid is everywhere in a milder form and most people are well-protected through vaccinations. They can mask up if they so choose. People indeed are falling apart, and not because of catching Covid, but the endless fear-mongering and psychological damage from leading sedentary lives in isolation. The restrictions under which we live are indeed drastic and totalitarian, and they cannot be justified, certainly not at this stage. End all restrictions immediately.

  29. No, its virtually impossible according to all credible accounts. That said, when there is this much distrust in elections and their results the usual course of action for a people still committed to democracy is to invite impartial international election scrutineers to run their election. I'm sure soldiers are even invited at times to help keep the peace.

  35. It's a pity that this big lie is going to be used for a very long time by the Democrats against the Republicans. The real threat is the Democrats plan to continually weaken the integrity of the voting system. Voter ID not required, signature verification not needed, more mail-in ballots. What could possibly go wrong?

  36. In fact King of Wrong, I'll give you a chance to lose your title. You're telling taxme how much wiser the vaccinated are than the unvaccinated because they recognize what we used to call "vaccines" are now more under the label of therapeutics. They are no longer expected to 'shield' against transmission. What we're supposed to call "vaccines" now more just assist in decreasing symptoms. I disagree but let's check how much wiser the compliant are than the uncompliant. I believe that was the theme of your post. Lauren Southern makes a new year's prediction that I agree with. She predicts the line between the compliant and the non-compliant will dissolve this year. We will join in a general refusal to comply with restrictions. She notes this has already happened in BC during the holidays. BC's covid tsar, Bonnie Henry came out with a litany of restrictions during the holidays. Eg. you couldn't have more than a Bonnie Henry endorsed number of Christmas dinner guests and everything had to be shut down if any guest was unvaccinated. Nobody complied to most of these holiday restrictions. Lauren and I think general non-compliance will grow throughout the year and eventually become the norm. There will be no you vs us. There will only be us and a few hangers-on like yourself with the Big Pharma, Big lies. You will of course have insults for Lauren and myself. But I insist by the end of this year we will be proven right and you will once more assume your title as King of Wrong. By next year there will be no Christmas restrictions. It will be generally recognized that they will not be complied with. Here's Lauren to explain why: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3HxELvHhiU

  37. Interesting thread. As I see it, the amount of damage that's been done over the last couple decades, to a society that was already beginning to crack, has made it easy for normally rational folks on the left and the right, to slip further to the extremes. In the States, they now have an incompetent old fool as a POTUS and The Wicked Witch of the North as a Vice. This abject failure brought about by the intense hatred the left not only engaged in, but lied about and believed their own lies, to satisfy and justify their hatred. That and...a stolen election... Here in Canuckland...we have Justin "Pixie-Dust" Trudeau. A man who's great claim to fame is his father...and his cute sockies. The man's a plank. His second? None other than that blithering idiot, Chrystia Freeland. A woman who gave away the farm and managed to call it a success. Stupid is a compliment for both of 'em. In the States today, there's a man...parading as a women...cleaning up in the NCAA swimming competitions. In Canada we jailed a Minister for...being a Minister. "The whole world's goin' crazy. Crazy crazy crazy crazy. Hey baby, ya wanna go crazy with me?" As for the vaccines ...I have 2 only because my wife is the bartender at my favorite watering hole and I'm too old to have any more kids. But I can honestly tell you this about that. Should it turn out that this vax takes a terrible toll on our kids...there will be hell to pay...

  38. He's talking about killing off wrong thinking with right thinking. I agree with him. I don't want to kill off millions of people like a Communist leader either. The "great replacement" I'm for is replacing left wing stupidity with right wing common sense.

  39. Which of the two counter-attack strategies he mentioned are you saying would "kill of millions of Canadians?" "speaking truth to power," or "protecting free speech and the rights of the disaffected and the meek." And here's another question for you...what is wrong with you people, anyway?

Ants cannot be reasoned or argued with. The only solution is death by insecticide. Useful formulas include speaking truth to power, protecting free speech and the rights of the disaffected and the meek. .... Or else, Malathion.
