The Fund must take steps to protect private information and avoid fraud. ^^ There is no oversight. They can choose the members to do their bidding. They can replace any member who gets out of line, and the only person who can audit the fund is Trump's personal attorney/acting AG who created the settlement and picked the 5 members.
