You might want to talk to someone from Colliers or something like that, who handles rentals/leases for commercial property owners on a regular basis. Pretty much anyone who starts up a new commercial lease or rental will be looking for that kind of service, and not a lot of people buy commercial property when they're just starting out. Wherever you see an ad on a commercial space for lease, just call that person and give them your contact info.
