-Texts that he's smoking crack on a car the day after purchasing a firearm

-another text shows that he was waiting for a drug dealer.

Still I predict he gets off. America is a messed up place

Yes most likely he get's off.

He's in far left country. It'll be interesting to see if they apply their screams for gun control to a member of their own or if what we all suspect is just a political talking point will be confirmed

It's the RepubliCONS who are challenging the Constitutionality of the law under which Hunter was charged. Duh

He'll get a slap on the wrist. Hunter is the appointed distraction for joe. They want to focus all the attention on this and then give him a slap on the wrist like 24 hours in jail and 3 months probation and then they can say look even our own people are not above the law. But if anybody brings up I'd make it say we've already dealt with hunters worldwide problems, why are you bothering this family further?

He'll get something like house arrest for a few hours and then he will still be free, still be rich, and still be peddling daddy's influence. But now the heat will be off of Joe

Anyone ever heard of Kodak Black?

Why are you asking this question if you know the answer?

Kodak Black has been charged and convicted of loads and loads of violent crimes. He doesn’t compare to Hunter Biden.

Good. Then you also know that, according to legal precedent, Hunter belongs in jail.

How many other black Americans are in jail for Hunters crime?

Can you show us a comparable case where the defendant was jailed? Please?

But, here’s the thing: Hunter Biden is not running for President. Why do you think I care whether he goes to jail or not? What he does is irrelevant and it does not prove anything about the Presidential election.

Good. Then if you don't mind...Hunter needs to be caged as a criminal.!

Again, you made the claim that there is precedent for jailing someone in a comparable case. But you have not provided one single comparable case in all of US history.

So, as usual, you’re completely full of BS, aren’t you? You make up nonsense and then challenge someone to prove you’re wrong, instead of proving that you’re right. You’re full of shlt, you’re lying, Hunter Biden walks, boo hoo.

Trump just got convicted on 34 counts on what was a misdemeanor that got turned into a felony. Passed the statute of limitations too.

A sharp contrast to Hunter, who the DOJ tried to give that sweetheart deal to, on what was an actual felony lol.

Even while he's smoking crack in the car, he is still miraculously getting paid millions of dollars  when he's in that condition.

And there you have it people. Indisputable evidence of both the Libbie willingness to rape the justice system AND that the Democrat party is and always has been a racist organization.

He will probably get an air slap on the wrist.  This will be an excellent illustration for anyone who is starting to wake up in the US.  You know, something’s wrong with the border/the Biden Administration/the Justice System/the economy, but they just can’t quite put their finger on what it is.

Then they see Trump convicted for his lawyer taking out a loan to pay off an accuser, while Hunter gets off for gun crimes.  And they think to themselves, didn’t Joe have classified documents unsecured in his garage when as a VP he had no right to hold such documents?  But Trump gets into all kinds of legal trouble for having them, but he was president?

I’m telling you, this Biden administration is going to come apart at the seams, and there won’t be enough undocumented immigrants in the world that could re-elect him.

Not only did the Manhattan DA concoct a crime to avoid the statute of limitations and charge Trump, but Bragg turned what would have been a run-of-the-mill misdemeanor into a felony. In contrast, until a federal judge questioned the propriety of the plea bargain the government had struck with Hunter Biden, the prosecutors had given the president’s son a pass on several felony charges. The sweetheart deal gifted to Hunter allowed him to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax offenses and completely avoid any felony tax or gun charges.

However, when it came time for Hunter to enter his guilty plea, Judge Maryellen Noreika quizzed the parties on the unusual plea agreement. Could the government use a pretrial diversion agreement to memorialize the federal government’s commitment not to charge Hunter Biden for other crimes? Federal prosecutors acknowledged that they had never seen a deal crafted in quite this way before.

While prosecutors were willing to push through the aberration of a plea deal for the president’s son, Judge Noreika asked for further briefing. The deal then fell through, resulting in Weiss’s office obtaining a grand-jury indictment on both the gun and tax charges. Those charges, however, were not the result of a get-Biden effort but the consequences of the failure of their let-Biden-off plan.

Even now, with Hunter in the heat of trial, the contrast couldn’t be sharper. Judge Noreika is running a methodical trial, keeping the focus on the charged crimes. And while the laptop has been shown to the jury and some material from the hard drive has been entered into evidence, none of the salacious material from the laptop is being paraded before the jury.

Trump’s jury, on the other hand, heard Stormy Daniels’ irrelevant and graphic testimony of her supposed sexual encounter with the former president. Ruling upon ruling by the Manhattan judge came down against Trump, which isn’t surprising given the judge donated to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign and his daughter fundraises off the trial for Democrat candidates.

The special prosecutor in Hunter Biden’s case was a former Trump appointee.

While David Weiss was a Trump-appointed U.S. attorney, he nonetheless answered to Biden’s DOJ and needed cooperation from other Biden-appointed U.S. attorneys to bring charges in other districts. When they refused, the most serious charges against Hunter lapsed, forever barred by the statute of limitations.

Think about that...'forever barred by the statute of limitations' when it comes to Hunter Biden. But when it came to Trump, the fact that the statute of limitations had passed, IT DIDN'T MATTER and that charge got resurrected.

Can you spot the difference?

I often listen to Alan Dershowitz and he says 'not so fast' when it comes to the appeal of this case. And the reason for that? Apparently, the judges that are in line to hear the appeal are strikingly 'similar' to Juan Merchan.

Juan Merchan 2.0 so Trump is likely to lose the appeal until it gets to the SC.

The Dems are huge advocates for gun control laws, but to be fair to the Dems, they've never been interested in preventing criminals from getting guns and they've never been interested in charging criminals for breaking firearm laws of any sort. The Dems only interest in this area is to prevent non-criminals from getting access to guns.

If a Demi DA, Demi prosecutor, and a Demi judge all decided to let Hunter off the hook for these gun 'crimes', it would actually be 100% consistent with everything that they've done up to this point.
