There is actually evidence that Joe Biden broke the law. We have testimony and emails and phone records that certainly indicate that strongly. So you cannot see there's no evidence. They're absolutely is evidence.

What you could say reasonably is that the evidence does not reach the bar of "Beyond Reasonable Doubt". But that is not the same thing as saying there's no evidence.

And frankly the guys who tried to claim Russian collusion for 7 years with really no evidence despite the FBI turning the planet upside down looking for some are probably not in a great position to be complaining about  a lack of evidence

Sure… other than all the classified documents he had stashed all over his properties.

You mean the ones which were found when he paid lawyers to go look for them and then voluntarily turn them over?

Oh man, the revisionist history... 

The way this went down, Biden and his team covered up the fact that they found classified documents and the fact that the case was turned over to the DOJ was hidden as well. It went on for 2 months before the midterms and after... only later did the news finally break and Biden was forced to make a public statement... and then the FBI started searching even more to fine more. 

None of this was above board... and if the news didn't break the story who knows what or when we would have never known any of this or if Garland would have really appointed a special prosecutor or not or if the FBI would have ever searched or not... 

They hid this for political purposes during the midterms. 

You don't get to act like Biden was some saint after the fact. Nor does any of this discount his mishandling of so much material as he did.

 Paid lawyers to go look for them?  As in - he didn't even know all the places he'd hidden them or something? That's your argument as to why it's better? 

I recall it happening a little differently than that
