  1. If it quacks like a duck... They're trying to persuade people to vote a certain way. Hey remember this: https://www.huffpost.com/archive/ca/entry/postmedia-sun-front-pages-replaced-with-full-page-political-ads_n_8326634 Ok, what did The Rebel do?
  2. Which flags? I don't know the guy at all. He has political opinions. Andrew Coyne mouths off every day. So did David Cochrane after the debates for the CBC.
  3. So a newspaper endorsing a particular party or candidate isn't an advertisement? What's the difference between that and the Rebel van? The bias of the National Post is obvious. They are trying to get the CPC elected. Non-stop activism, they just aren't clowns like The Rebel.
  4. That's false. No human remains have been found. Only "potential human remains" via ground-penetrating radar. 100% of the excavations they've done of these "potential graves" have turned up no human remains. The "ground disturbances" have turned out to be things like rocks, tree roots, parts of old buildings etc. No bones or anything like that. And? You don't like his politics or his age. How is he not a journalist though? What makes someone a journalist? They must conform to your ideological and age restrictions? We need objective measures, not "feelings".
  5. Define what a journalist is though... This is a tough situation with a lot of gray area

  7. That's a hard argument to reject. The Rebel may have a constitutional right to join the line to ask questions. Can you reject them for being clowns? I dunno.
  8. The Hill Times guy is a nut. I'd be fine banning him, and banning David Menzies for provoking people by shoving bright lights 6 inches from someones face to annoy them and just being a troll. David Cochrane of the CBC should also be fired from our public broadcaster, and CBC News should include no political opinions, especially when they're lies/misinformation. ZERO. They're the public broadcaster, they must remain 100% politically objective and only present factual information to the public. And i was talking about the rules for getting in to ask questions in the first place. 2 of the questioned Rebel asked were biased nonsense, but the other 2 were legit questions.
  9. The billboard van happened. Rebel News are activists. Any outlet that behaves like activists rather than only informing the public should not be invited to these debates IMO. But then that would eliminate some mainstream outlets as well, like the National Post, Toronto Star etc. Billboard vans aren't the only way to spread biased political propaganda. That aside, the main problem with the debates was the Debate Commission rules/decisions and The Hill reporter freaking out unprofessionally and creating a security situation.
  10. That's literally what CBC reporters did on-air too though after the debates. And CBC lied at least 3 times on-air in the post-debate coverage. It's literally on camera. I point out the lies here: https://canadianpoliticalevents.createaforum.com/canada-discussion-forum/debate-gate/?message=142177 And here: https://canadianpoliticalevents.createaforum.com/canada-discussion-forum/debate-gate/?message=142304
  11. And what about newspapers who run editorials supporting specific parties and candidates? What about the Toronto Star that hasn't endorses a right-leaning party for many decades? What about the CBC that lied on the air about The Rebel reporter during the debate scrum asking a question mentioning that no remains of indigenous children from unmarked graves have been found and Rosemary Barton doing a "fact-check" and saying yes there have been remains found (a lie)? What about CTV News and CBC News and Global News having their journalists become MP's and Senators? Is there a conflict of interest there? Rebel are clowns but It's not as black and white as people make out. The purpose of journalism is to INFORM the public, it is not to PERSUADE the public towards one party/candidate/ideology or another. Especially a state broadcaster.
  12. I don't root for anti-Canadian separatists who don't represent Canada's interests.
  13. PP has not run a good campaign. Going with Trump-like slogans like "Canada First" when everyone in the country hates Trump amid a tariff war is mind-numbingly bad decision-making. Read the room dude.
  14. You can keep throwing as many toddler tantrums as you like. Trump supporters like yourself have no right to complain about lawbreaking or rioting. This is the behavior Trump supports. I assume he'll pardon all these rioters if they get terrorism charges LOL. Go fascism! Pretty rich for Trump supporters telling people they're speaking out of both sides of their mouths on this topic lol.
  15. Like I said., Jan 6 pardoners complaining about torched Tesla's is pot calling kettle. Elon and every other Trump supporter either needs to support the rule of law or not, there's no picking and choosing. Torching cars is a no no. But Trumpsters suddenly complaining about people breaking the law should be ignored and laughed at for the hypocrites they are. I would even agree this is terrorism. I don't support the vandalism but it's hilarious seeing Trumpsters suddenly care about the rule of law.
  16. The Liberal Party of Canada sucks hard.
  17. I didn't read 80% of that drivel. Stop using Elon and Musk's testicles as mouthwash.
  18. I never supported the burning of Tesla's or anything close to the sort. In fact I feel the exact opposite, the burning is stupid. Please stop lying. What I said is that Elon complaining about Tesla's being burned while supporting the POTUS that pardoned all the Jan 6 rioters is a hypocrite. Karma's a beeyotch. Then everyone on here who lives 6 inches up Elon and Trump's rear-end took a hissy-fit. Every single person who decries the Tesla's being burned while supporting Trump need to zip it, they have no leg to stand on as the giant hypocrites that they are. Me on the other hand does not support Tesla's being burned or Trump pardoning criminals & trying to steal elections because i'm a sane and rational human being that believes in the rule of law. *Eeeek*
  19. I never supported the terrorism, I said Elon is a hypocrite for complaining about this political vandalism while supporting the POTUS who pardoned the Jan 6 terrorists and vandals. Jan 6 was NOT a protest. Protest is speech. Political vandalism, intimidation, threats etc is terrorism, just like the Tesla vandals. Those Jan 6 fools actually believed Trump when he said the election was stolen despite any evidence. They're low-intelligent hooligans, even worse than the dummies who believed George W Bush about Iraq WMDs. At least Dubya came with some fake documents. Trump conned the MAGA-heads like a car salesman. if he said the sky was green they'd believe him. And who has perpetuated these norms, hmmm? You make it ok when you pardon the Jan 6 fools.
  20. LOL when did I say anything of the sort? You're clearly illiterate because I literally told you I don't support the violence. I just think he's a hypocrite for whining about political vandalism while being the Jan 6 pardoner's biggest supporter. He owns more than anyone else. Would you like to continue defending this man-baby or is it nap-time for you yet?
  21. Elon owns all the dealerships i believe. Those are his cars being torched. Now keying random Tesla owners is another thing, I don't get that one.
  22. My point was that a Trumpster-in-Chief like Elon has absolutely no leg to stand on complaining about politically-motivated vandalism when he's the #1 supporter of the guy who pardoned all the fools who smashed up the Capitol building on Jan. 6. Do you get the point now or would you like me to print in out for you in French and braille also? I don't support the violence but nobody should be crying for Elon here. Karma bit him in the arse.
  23. All people who break laws should be held accountable. Put all the crooked politicians in jail.
