Hopefully at that point the conservatives will call a snap election and say seeing as they got A free ride in the last leadership race there's no point in waiting for them to finish this one

Even if my math isn't perfect, you get the point. I believe New York State has already taken one stab at banning them. Other jurisdictions will too. A ban can't come soon enough.
