Is it true? Is it impossible for a black woman to be racist? That's what she claims. This is not a double standard. Not in the lefts collective hive mind. This is the standard. In their collective hive mind, the right is racist, fascist, authoritarian, Hitler-esque, sexist, anti-democratic, and whatever else gives them bad vibes. However, even if they fit the exact definition of those words, they aren't racist, fascist, authoritarian, Hitler-esque, sexist, anti-democratic, and whatever else gives them bad vibes. That is their standard. They can't be bad because they are on their side. We can't be good because we are not on their side. This is why we can't care what they say. We can't care what they think. We can't care what they do. Everything they do is flawed by their blind belief that everything they do is right and everything we do is evil.3 points

1. Mass peaceful citizen protests: from tens of thousand to hundreds and millions. Two more orders of magnitude. Internet, social media isn't real, virtual. It won't make any change in reality 2. Early start of the midterms: now. The candidates must be young, energetic and speak plain truth to the people. It's beyond stupid, the only rational explanation being detachment bordering on complicity, to expect that rising fascism would fold and go away on its own. That careless stupidity or complicity can cause the fall of democracy. 3. Citizens national network of resistance. The political entourage is rotten through and folding in your eyes. It cannot be a basis and framework of resistance to the tyranny. Citizens will have to create, establish a ground level network of upholding the law and Constitutional order. This is a new time and a new existential test for democracy. Citizens will have to create, establish a new national project and then, see it to conclusion. It's way too far now. Nothing less will do.3 points

Sure they complied, but isn't it horrible enough that they did it in the first place. We all know that 'honk honk' really means "Heil Hitler".2 points

They use the same inflammatory rhetoric style. This method was actually copied from the left. You can't really go around calling people Marxists and then complain when they say you resemble Trump. I'll be glad when we get back to civility and rational discussion, instead of emotional hyperbole.2 points

Here's my ish - Carney says he's going to do all those things now, but the Libs have been AGAINST all those things for the last 10 years. Like so against them, they have called everyone who WAS talking about those things racists, anti-immigration, Trumpers, Nazis and Fascists. I find it very unbelievable that they have suddenly and entirely flip-flopped and changed their opinion now, at campaign election time. People seem to forget that it was Carney who has been advising the Libs on economic policy since at least 2020-2021. A TikTok? Really? 🤣2 points

Can you point out where anyone argued monetary and fiscal policy are the same thing? Nope. That leads us to the next question, which is why would you pound out this useless, longwinded rant explaining it? The answer, as always, is that your belligerent stupidity was revealed yet again, and your automatic response is to throw a tantrum, and puke all over yourself as some sort of weird deflection. 😆👌2 points

Go find and post a scientific investigation that quantifies all the things you just listed. Especially one that shows When these groups are doing research looking for some grand conspiracy they frame their definition of conspiracy in such a way that they find nothing that matches. I'll even give you the benefit of doubt that your evidence of a grand media conspiracy didn't stoop to that. I guess that explains why MTG's Jewish space lasers are real, Danielle Smith's concerns about UFO's are valid and Karoline Leavitt is correct to say we pay a tax when Trump siccs a tariff on us. LMAO!2 points

There is no liberal media bias in which news stories political journalists choose to cover Abstract...we show definitively that the media exhibits no bias against conservatives (or liberals for that matter) in what news that they choose to cover. This shows that journalists’ individual ideological leanings have unexpectedly little effect on the vitally important, but, up to this point, unexplored, early stage of political news generation. https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/sciadv.aay9344 While it's a fact most journalists are liberal in outlook this is only because most people that become journalists lean left naturally, even journalists that work for right-leaning media outlets. There is little if anything to suggest journalists, media outlets and especially governments are conspiring to slant the news. There's no doubt that public levels of trust in the media are in the toilet but IMO this mistrust in the nedia is misplaced because it's preceded and fertilized by a very well grounded mistrust in governments. Shooting the messengers that are trying to freely investigate and report on what governments and politicians are up to only puts us in danger of more mistrust, disinformation and danger.2 points

The constant TV political ads trying to tie PP to Trump is the biggest proof of all how low Liberals will stoop. There is no similarity at all between PP and Trump. PP promises to rebuild Canada and our economy versus Liberals squandering billions of dollars on other countries and everything under the sun. Liberals have spent more on trying to placate first nations than they have spent on health care, which is in a crisis.1 point

Mark Carney’s top donors: Oliver Desmarais: Chair of the Canada China Business Council. Scott Brison: Vice-chair of the Canada China Business Council. According to annual reports, the Century Initiative (a "charity" trying to increase Canada's population to 100 million by 2100) is financially sponsored in part by Power Corporation, which is run by the same men (pictured above) in charge of the Canada China business Council, backing Mark Carney. Read the label — Power Corporation financial dealings with Beijing’s state entities (including the offshore tycoon type entities that Rubio is cracking down on in Panama) goes back decades and supports Liberal PMs, this is Carney’s foundation, this is his economic policy. It's too bad the Century Initiative is only getting mainstream awareness now. Better late than never, I guess.1 point

That;s why I never supported either right wing party! Besides if you're worried about 'woke' then go grumble over Thanksgiving dinner, you've got zero grasp of real political issues. You've been brainwashed by the distractors. Go ahead and vote for the skinny four eyed kid to stand up to the bully. You act like things are so shitty, you're gonna die tomorrow anyway, you think having an extra dozen beers a month is so important abandoning all efforts and increasing pollution, all social programs and even more deregulation is a solution. Ignore everything you see going on with our friends to the South.1 point

And the PC ad with the dark red lighting and ominous music? if only Carney had had Bell's Palsy they could try to smear him because of his facial expression. But they would never stoop so low, would they? Speaking of Poilevre-Trump, remember when PeePee wanted to ask Musk how we could make our economy better? Like he's doing to the US, and Tesla?1 point

I think there are an awful lot of people on the left that share her views.1 point

Hey, is anything the guy said false? Go ahead, enlighten me. Several others objected to the tik tok post have been asked and neither had the gumption nor the evidence to denounce the guy. And yes, social media, that is the main media source for almost everyone on this forum, you included. FYI, Tik Tok generates over $26 billion on revenue per year so, someone is using it and TikTok has leaned into becoming a venue for finding information. https://www.nytimes.com/2022/09/16/technology/gen-z-tiktok-search-engine.html1 point

If you plan on voting, I really encourage you to take an hour and 19 minutes of your time to watch this interview with Sam Cooper. He lays the whole thing out in this interview - it involves Chinese interference in Canadian elections, real estate, Chinese money laundering through the BC casinos and Vancouver real estate, etc. He also ties it into the Trump tariff threats. I also believe the tariff threats are a front for something bigger and I think it's what Sam Cooper is talking about in this video. Namely, The US and China are closer to war than any of us know. The US does NOT LIKE China's infiltration of Canada - and this pre-dates Trump. He also ties it into the Trump issues with Panama and Greenland. They would be strategic to winning a war with China.1 point

There is one exception to the rule. We will call it the Al Franken rule. If someone is harmful to the cause, even if they are truly dedicated, then it is OK to throw them off the commie train for the good of the cause.1 point

The timing around all this is highly suspicious alright, especially in light of the intent to use vaccines to control everyone. What if it's the computer chips in the COVID jabs turning Canadians into zombies? Think about it...connect the dots...look at the data.1 point

Yeah, you'd think there would be a law against this or something. If you think about it, the bastardization of the term woke is itself a societal injustice. And you, robosmith, have raised my 'awareness' to this injustice. I feel a bit more enlightened now. I might hesitate to call myself woke, but I do feel like I am stirring a little, as you shake me out of my slumber. Do you mean gobbledygook? That is a good suggestion. I think it is a perfect word to describe leftist ideology. But do you know gobbledygook's history? It was coined on March 30, 1944 by a Texas politician named Maury Maverick. No kidding. Look... https://www.etymonline.com/word/gobbledygook And it seems Maury was a Democrat, so we kind of have the same problem here.1 point

I mean, of course there's not going to be an injunction shutting down an entire protest, because it's not illegal to protest - there are going to be injunctions against specific actions by protesters that violate laws, which is what I was referring to.1 point

That is an interesting take. What is your evidence?1 point

Mark Carney should be in jail because his election was a fraud made by we don't know who, the cia, secret service, Trudeau's team, who knows.1 point

"THE VAX HESITANT SHOULD NOT BE LISTENED TO" "PEOPLE DESERVE TO SUFFER IF THEY WONT TAKE THE VAX" "PEOPLE WHO DISAGREE WITH THE VACCINE ARE BIGOTS MISOGYNISTS AND EVIL WASTES OF SPACE" Einstein , Hannah and Gilbert would have hated modern democrats. So maybe elon has a point?1 point

It helps if you read past the headlines: Nothing special here for Putin, just part of the broader cuts: "WASHINGTON, March 19 (Reuters) - The U.S. State Department on Wednesday denied that data collected in a government-funded program that helps track thousands of abducted Ukrainian children had been deleted, but acknowledged that the effort had been terminated as part of Washington's sweeping freeze on almost all foreign aid." https://www.reuters.com/world/state-dept-denies-deleting-data-halted-program-tracking-abducted-ukrainian-2025-03-19/1 point

PP is not another Trump and certainly not the same kind of pathological liar, but using a similar rhetoric and campaign style turned out to be a big mistake. Trump's post election lunacy is the only reason he isn't cruising to a majority.1 point
