Tom Homan responds to Denver mayor: 'He's willing to go to jail, I'm willing to put him in jail' https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/tom-homan-responds-to-denver-mayor-he-s-willing-to-go-to-jail-i-m-willing-to-put-him-in-jail/ar-AA1uMKPT Pretty simple. You break the law or obstruct those enforcing the law, you go to jail.3 points

Yeah, everything's a cakewalk when you just make shit up. A. The law is clear regarding presidential documents and records: they are the property of the government, not the President. He can't simply claim them forever. That's the whole reason there is a case. B. He ordered things moved to Mar-a-lago on Jan 20 as he was leaving, hence they were moved after he was no longer in office. Again, it wouldn't have mattered, but you're factually incorrect. C. Yes, he tried to hide them. This is all well established. And as has been discussed literally dozens of times, nobody gets prosecuted for having documents. When Biden's lawyers found documents they called authorities and arranged for the return of the documents. Accidents happen. Non issue. Which is exactly what it would have been for Trump. Except that Trump's actions and written record prove that it was no accident, he took them. he showed them off, he refused to return them when legally obligated to do so and he literally tried to hide them from authorities. He even discussed the illegality of the acts with his attorneys. It was willfully illegal. You will simply excuse anything for your master.2 points

Because, braindead dog, the View is a propaganda arm of the democrat party. The hosts were caught spreading disinformation, and you know how much democrats hate disinformation. That show should be shut down.2 points

Oh man, you've just been caught in a lie. The immunity filing has nothing to do with moving classified documents. It's all about what Trump, and his sycophants, did and said in their bid to overturn the 2020 election. Your source doesn't say that. On January 6, Trump clearly used inflammatory speech that was likely to produce lawless action. In the morning, he told this lie in a tweet – and put the onus on Pence to overturn the election: Jan 6th 2021 - 8:17:22 AM EST Then, the riots broke out. Trump knew the windows at the Capitol were being kicked in. He knew that rioters were chanting, “Hang Mike Pence.” His response in a tweet: Jan 6th 2021 - 2:24:22 PM EST The violence – especially directed at police - at the Capitol escalated quickly after that tweet. He gave his supporters the green light. So, you see, by any reasonable measure, he did incite violence. https://www.thetrumparchive.com/?searchbox=%22Pence%22&resultssortOption=%22Latest%222 points

So weird that Trump supporters are cheering on our economic downfall and blaming Trudeau. It's Canada AND Mexico...2 points

I think it has come to the point where Canadians that still support Trump over our own Government, can officially be called traitors, regardless of what people think of Trudeau and the Liberal Government. This is the first time that it's abundantly clear that the United States government, under a dictator, want to harm us and our economy, based on lies about "massive amounts" of fentanyl and undocumented immigrants entering the United States, from the northern border. The number of illegals and hard drugs entering the United States from Canada, is not even a fraction of that of the Mexico-USA border. The sad thing is, it's ultimately going to be the American consumer who is affected the most.2 points

There was nothing wrong with the case. Some of the charges were airtight, in fact. Trump did commit crimes. You simply can't prosecute a sitting president. That's the only reason this case isn't proceeding. Once again, it's a case of a guilty Trump not being held accountable.2 points

A truck with 120,000 ballots just rolled in, and they were all for MH. You just lost by 119,996 votes. That's bad news for the Repolitics economy, we're about to be flooded by illegal immigrants, and war is about to break out on internet forums all over the world. I guess that makes crakhobarbie the VP here? If you think this is bad for you, just be thankful that you're not Black Dog or gatomantes.2 points

Liberals are all emotion. And remember, they believe the second reincarnation of Hitler is now in charge. Of course they can't cope. It would probably be for their better health to quit and let conservatives take over. You know, those people that will actually follow the constituion and the law. Those types.2 points

TBH, you could make the case that anyone who voted for Kamala needs treatment. The only "approximately good" reason for voting for her is "I'm a black woman and I'm a racist, so I'm ok with this decision even if it causes WWIII".1 point

The Canadian citizens never agreed to anything. Never given a choice. Bull. We did nothing and owe nothing. There is no "legal or moral liability". So what? This has nothing to do with the third world countries at all. Any subsidies come from taxpayers in Canada or wherever they are. The claim of subsidies may also be fiction. Environmentalists call normal business tax reductions to cover expenses paid a subsidy. It is not a subsidy. That is not the definition of a subsidy. If an energy company has to spend a billion dollars in order to extract some resources, they receive a tax reduction to compensate for their expenses. This is the same in any business. They don't pay taxes on the cost of doing business or costs of developing resource industries. Often building a oil production facility entails massive pipelines and refining facilities. That is a business expense and must be compensated for by tax reduction on expenses. Sometimes, subsidies must be given to enable a company to develop the industry in order to create thousands of jobs and future royalties result for the province and taxes for the federal government.1 point

You all these allegations but can't show any proof that would stand up in court. Meanwhile you just blow off something that actually would. If ABC lies, why aren't they being sued for liable. You just make shit up and call it truth even though you can't prove any of it. Gaetz, Trump and co swamp the View with legal notes which they get a kick out of reading because they know they won't be tested in court because there is no case.1 point

Lots there to think about. some of it is news to me, and a lot to just suddenly start believing, but a lot of it is known to be true. Ill have to ruminate on this a bit.1 point

Well this is sad, none of that actually explains how those policies caused people to pull up stakes and make the trek into the country, nor does it explain the drop in illegal border crossings we've seen in 2024. The simple reality is the border surge was the result of factors largely out of Biden's control like the backlog post COVID and continued unrest in South America. Increased enforcement by Mexico has put a cork in the bottle, but time will tell if it holds. There's no open border you dumbshit. Never has been.1 point

except they didn't deploy anywhere near enough forces to occupy Ukraine they didn't even launch an organized combined arms operation to do so what they did, was launch haphazardly into a series of "Thunder Runs" they just took off down the highway towards Kiev, not even prepared for a fight clearly the Kremlin expected it to be a walk over with no significant resistance they apparently expected to just roll into Kiev, depose the government, then roll back to Russia after1 point

Trump Tariffs are an economic protective measure, disguised as a "penalty." If it were a penalty for irresponsible countries mismanaging migration and drug trafficking, Canada would not be mentioned in the same sentence as Mexico.1 point

in fairness, NATO talked a big game, but now has left the Ukrainians hanging I mean, Ukraine needed hundreds of tanks and artillery pieces, two years ago NATO only provided them with dozens, doled out piecemeal over a 1000 days Canada is the poster child for NATO lots of virtue signalling and accusing anyone who questions them as being "Russian agents" but in terms of seriously ramping up to supply the Ukrainians ; never actually happened nobody in NATO is mobilizing for anything NATO has literally run out of ammo to give to the Ukrainians, because NATO stockpiles haven't been increased Justin Trudeau prancing about declaring Canada's undying support for Ukraine ? Canada literally gave Ukraine just two M777 howitzers, and a handful of APCs who would trust NATO to back up their words after that pathetic display ? at the end of the day, NATO has exposed itself as being a Paper Tiger1 point

While I agree that we should be deporting as many Non-permanent Indians new to Canada as possible, the idea that they are the ones who are "infesting our hotels and parks" is ridiculous, and even you know that.1 point
-
Very strange, considering there was no attempt to join NATO by Ukraine, until after Russia invaded in 2014. If we want to take this a step further, the majority Ukrainians were against joining NATO, until Russia decided to do a complete invasion of Ukraine in February of 2022. Additionally, Russia has been bordering NATO countires for nearly 25 years, and until the late 2000s, actually was cooperating with NATO, especially in regards to the War on Terror. For context, I would have thought all this might be worthy of a moments reflection for you...1 point
