The left still believes the Charlottesville lie, the Steele Dossier lie, the Russia Hoax, the bloodbath lie, these jobs numbers lie, calls us names and refuses to acknowledge the disaster that is the Biden admin. The left is off in some fantasy world and the refuse to participate in reality. So what is it that we could do that would snap them out of it?

I didn’t read all of that, because I stopped at the part where you lied and said that Biden, Harris and television networks said that talking of killing Trump was just “humor.” Because that claim is false. So why should I read the rest of your post once you start lying? I get that in his very long, violence-inciting speech, Trump one time said, “peacefully and patriotically,” but I don’t find those two words in his speech to be exonerating. Besides Donald Trump, who told you that the election was “stolen”? Nobody! The Republican leaders of the US Senate accepted that Trump lost. Mike Pence accepted that he’d lost. Trump’s Attorney General accepted these results.The Republican leaders in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan and Pennsylvania accepted the results. These were all hard-core Trump supporters. This whole “stop the steal” nonsense came out of Trump’s head, and his supporters were a handful of wackos like Sydney Powell, Mike Lindell and Rudy Giuliani. Trump made up this lie, he still has no evidence of it, and he called that protest and he incited that riot. That riot wouldn’ t have happened if Trump hadn’t organized it (nobody else did!) and when he spoke, he told them that if they didn’t stop the steal, they wouldn’t have a country. Low and behold…. They did not stop the “steal,” yet, America’s still here!

Trump could have done dozens of things better, starting with not running huge elective deficits during a strong economy, modeling and advocating responsible vax and mask use, not deliberately lying to America about COVID being no big deal when he knew otherwise, not pretending that it would magically disappear by Easter, not gassing up unapproved alternative medicines etc. What America needed was a smart POTUS who would tell people the truth, STFU when medical experts are talking and then proselytize and model the prescribed response. Instead Trump did the opposite of all of that. He actively misled the public, he actively undermined masking protocol, he didn't promote vaccine use, he held very public superspreader events that even sickened and killed his political allies. And he did all of that because he discovered that the deplorables he depended on didn't like the truth about COVID or any of the steps they should have been following. As always, he put political expedience over doing the right thing for the people. He could have been a leader, brought the country together and cemented his reelection. Instead he was a follower, and he followed the ignorant yokels instead of the medical community. The "Biden economy" is as defined by the pandemic as much as the Obama economy was defined by the Great Recession. Republicans hand Democrats dumpster-fire economies in extreme crisis--and then spend the next 4 years bltching about the challenges of recovery as if Obama or Biden were responsible for those difficulties. If you want to oversimplify what happens economically to assign blame to whoever is sitting the Oval Office in a given circumstance, that's silly. But at least farking be consistent. You want to give Trump a free pass on his last year while blaming the shit out of Biden for the pains of recovery.

The travel "ban" from China during which he let 40,000 citizens fly back to the US with NO mask requirements, testing, tracking nor quarantine. 2. The travel ban from Europe which was announced without planning and led to thousands of people rushing to the very crowded airports in a panic without masks, as well as the spreader practices listed in #1. Gore tried to steal the election by selectively recounting votes that would favor him the most. He wanted to "interpret" votes in the recount that would favor him most. He tried to selectively throw out votes from being counted from the military that he knew would favor him least. Trump is closer to maxing out the number of people who would ever vote for him, statistically drawn overwhelmingly from elderly less educated white guys. Harris has a far bigger pool of eligible voters who are under 50 but statistically less likely to turn out. So the strategy for both is trying to activate new and younger voters.
