The proper response is reduce immigration to effective and sustainable levels (perhaps slightly under to let us catch our breath and increase production of infrastrcture to catch up, improve and reinforce out integration tools including mentorships, and refine our points requirements. we benefit a great deal from a manageable stream of easy to integrate people who don't tax our infrastructure.
