  1. What is suborning perjury? A person is guilty of suborning perjury if he or she attempts to induce a witness to give false testimony under oath in a court or other proceeding, and the witness actually gives false testimony (if the person is an attorney, simply knowing of the witness's plans is enough; see below). Here is what a prosecutor will have to prove when charging a defendant with suborning perjury. Costello is saying: Costello also said Bragg’s office had been “trying to shut me down” during his grand jury testimony last year after he shared with them exculpatory material for the case, including between 200 and 300 emails and text messages with Cohen.  But prosecutors “cherry-picked” that exculpatory material for “two to three” pieces of evidence, he added, describing the rest of the files as “hearsay.”  “You know, and I know, but the grand jurors don’t know, that business records are an exception to the hearsay rule,” Costello said he explained to them, while adding that even hearsay is admissible in grand jury proceedings. That means Bragg's office knew that Cohen would be lying when they put him on the stand. That is suborning perjury.

  4. Hi Nationalist, Biden was "non compos mentis" at least as far back as his campaign for the 2020 election. Do you remember how his dementia was already pronounced enough that his minders had to hide him in a basement for fear of the embarrassing gaffes he would make if permitted to speak in public. Biden struck a deal with the Democrat power-brokers that he would play the role of a Trojan Horse in smuggling a shadow Executive of of hard-left neo-Marxists,, Cultural Marxists radical Progressives, anti-semites, Islamists, Eco-Marxists, Globalists, etc; into the White House. As President, Biden was to be a compliant puppet who rubber-stamped their revolutionary policy proposals. Their objective was/is to entirely destroy America: its West (classical liberalist)culture;; its Constitution; its national borders (sovereignty); its traditions; its history; its Christian religion and Judeo-Christian moral law; its capitalist economy, its established institutions (e.g. its Criminal Justice System and monogamous heterosexual marriage (and) the Nuclear Family); its middle class; its social norms; customs and so on, including an open persecution of White (European) Americans. The whole "Box and Dice". Regards Dachshund

  5. What a complete joke. The ICC has proven now, beyond any doubt, they are a worthless organization. They are now conflating Israeli leadership with Hamas leadership in the same dumb moral parity game others try to do. This is an outrage. EXCLUSIVE: ICC seeks arrest warrants against Sinwar and Netanyahu for war crimes over October 7 attack and Gaza war https://www.cnn.com/2024/05/20/middleeast/icc-israel-hamas-arrest-warrant-war-crimes-intl/index.html "The International Criminal Court is seeking arrest warrants for Hamas leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity over the October 7 attacks on Israel and the subsequent war in Gaza, the court’s prosecutor Karim Khan told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour in an exclusive interview on Monday."

  6. The Islamic Republic's so called President selected by the imposed supreme leader found dead beyond recognition this morning in a helicopter crash in North West Iran in mountains. With him were also found his foreign minister and another mullah and a few others all burnt beyond recognition. Raisi who was a member of death committee in the late 80's sent thousands of young men and women to death and later as a prosecutor. In a sham election in 2021 he was selected by supreme leader to become president of Islamic Republic but in reality he was just a scarecrow someone who unconditionally obeyed the leader and had no power of himself. Under his government the 2022 uprising was fiercely and brutally suppressed and hundreds were murdered under his watch and order by Khamenei who holds the real power in Islamic Republic. Thousands were arrested and tortured and many raped in jail purposely in order to create fear and terror among the fed-up nation. The nation of Iran inside and outside country are celebrating the death of this butcher except those mercenaries who pretend they are mourning. This is the fate of murderous bastards which is awaiting the fate of all officials and leaders and security forces of this regime of terror. Welcome to hell Raisi. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13438055/Iranians-CELEBRATE-death-Presdent-Raisi-victims-torturous-regime-loved-ones-dancing-drinking-toast-fatal-helicopter-crash.html

  7. Some facts from the United Nations about the War in Sudan: Estimated that over 2.5 million killed -- more than the entire population of Gaza! Current conflict ongoing since April 15, 2023 -- more than 2x as long as War in Gaza! Has displaced over 8.6 million people -- more than 4x the population of Gaza! Healthcare facilities, equipment and workers repeatedly attacked -- but it's ok, cause it's not Jews doing it! 2.7 million children face acute malnutrition -- more than 5x the amount in Gaza! Anti-semitism is alive and well in the United States of America. The anti-Israel protests are fueled by hatred of Jews. Has any campus protested: War in Sudan? NO War in Ukraine? NO Rwandan Genocide? NO War in Haiti? NO War in Nigeria? NO War in Burkina Faso? NO War in Somalia? NO Anti-semitism is alive and well in the United States of America. The anti-Israel protests are fueled by hatred of Jews.

  9. Just say out loud you abstain without these bullshit excuses. You have the right not to, Every excuse I quoted is bullshit. And yes, lazy is a big one. Walked into the room and there were 8 kids smoking dope. They asked who won the election so I told them "The guy who will NOT legalize pot. By FOUR votes. You're all over 18, don't you wish you'd gone to vote?". But I bet even now decades later none of them ever have. Probably think the people that do vote are the stupid ones that don't matter. You aren't too busy when you've had months to prepare. There ISN'T a religion that bans you outright from voting Your Boss is required by law to allow you the time to vote, union or non union. The party I like can't win anyways the most common excuses. Rather than admitting I don't want to I don't feel qualified to decide I don't like any of the choices The guy's suggesting stamping your thumb like voting was held in some third world country for the very first time or like admission a night club. Zero reason or benefit. I proposed a suggestion, are you not able to do the same? Rather than grovelling about for some semantic interpretation to claim every poster is really claiming something other than what they said and arguing to that point?

Rather you vote Biden because he is the choice with the D next to this name. Straight ticket voting... very tribal but also makes the decision easier. less research, less deliberation.

  15. Israel knows that another attack by Hamas or Hezbollah is coming. It is simply a matter of minimizing the damage of those attacks and possibly cutting down on the number of them. This will continue as both insist on being the master of the given land area. Some of this gets exacerbated by the climate. Hot, arid, dry climates inherently have a resource scarcity and that brings desperation into it. The reason that Jordan, Syria, Egypt do not simply absorb them into their population is that they are stretched thin already when it comes to water, electricity, and agricultural output.

  16. Ignoring them or even simply disagreeing with them would be a fine option if it wasn't for the fact that they are not willing to leave it there. They are not simply out there making false claims about what he said, they are insisting that he get fired based on their false claims. They are not only demanding that people they disagree with be punished, but now even people that didn't say something that they disagree with must be punished. I can at least respect impartial Observers statements to the effect that he should be allowed his free speech. And if all leftists were like him and we're willing to leave it there with their own opinions or reimaginings of what he said, then that would be fine. But it doesn't stay there. And that's why it's difficult to ignore.

  17. Israel should be allowed the right to defend itself and to exist as a nation. When you attack as Hamas did on Oct. 7.. they knew that Israel would counterattack. Depending on one's perspective.. they are overreacting or not. When you attack someone and kill hundreds, you can't demand that react equal to you. For example.. hamas kills 500 and then Israel kills 500 and we are even. Not happening. Israel is trying to take measures to ensure that the next attack by Hamas takes place a date further out in time or is lesser in scale.

In general, my family and I have decreased (not eliminated) our meat intake with beef being the major item subtracted. It is not a political stance.. just simply a matter of health and preference.

  19. The difference is not 'interpretation'. The difference is ascribing intent that is not evident. One side is taking him at his literal word. He actually said in plain english that some women will choose to go down the career path, but that he believed that many women there were most looking forward to being wives and mothers and home makers. Not even women in general. THe women there. At a catholic university. For Catholics. Those specific women. However - YOUR side insists on inventing and creating things he did NOT say to people he did not say them to. That is not 'interpretation'. What he said was that a lot of of the women there would find a life of being a mom and home maker very rewarding and hes' probably 100 percent correct - a lot of them will. But the left has portrayed him as evil for speaking a simple truth - mostly by creatively re-imagining the 'interpretation' of what he said

  20. I suppose that's one perspective, but it was the excuse used by those who didn't vote to find him guilty. I would agree that it's clearly a lie but it was enough of a 'technicality' that those who said it wasn't a lie could offer a reasonable excuse as to why they didn't impeach him for lying. The sex wasnt' a big deal but the lying to congress about it was, and they needed an 'out' for why it was ok to dismiss lying. "well because it's not TECHNICALLY a lie". Interestingly while the dictionary says it can mean any sexual acts between people it also can specifically refers to coitus as a specific act, and theres' your technical 'out'. What we're talking about here really is how some people use technical definitions to get away with lying. And that is a thing

  21. What's dishonest about it is pretending you have an actual question. What's "ignorant" about it is your Gish gallop of nonsense ranging from demonstrably false to unsupported opinion to conspiracy crazy. The fact is that country has enjoyed a rather dramatic upward trajectory since Biden took office. Oh, and the leading alternative tried to stage a coup and end the Republic as we know it. So it's not a difficult choice in the least.

  22. The issue is that you are not being honest by accepting only this man’s quoted words exactly, and ignoring their meaning. Sure, of course raising children is more satisfying than working. We work so that we can raise children. It’s all great that NFL kickers make enough money to afford a full time at home mom, but not all families today can afford that, not by a long shot. And he clearly implied that it’s women who should stay at home to raise kids and not men, which is sexist.
    1 point
  23. So? You don’t think it’s insulting to tell an audience of women who just got their degrees that they just wasted four years and all they’re good for is staying at home to make and raise babies? You’re a sexist. Men can raise children just as well as women. Many have done it. Millions of women have raised successful families while holding down careers.

  25. I see you are going to "both sides" this too. No, Hamas invaded Israel deliberately targeting women, children, families... they gunned people down as they ran for their lives at a concert. They gunned them down as they cowered hiding. They gunned them down in cold blood when they found them hiding in shelters. Hamas raped, tortured... they went into homes to do this. Then they took hostages. Then Hamas hides behind their own people. When Israel is killing Hamas militants fighting from among their own people and they happen to kill civilians, that is still Hamas responsibility for embedding their fighters among civilians. Nothing Israel did is anywhere in the same universe of evil as what Hamas did.

  29. Are you, though? Are you interested in any potential lessons? It doesn't seem so when the rest of your last two posts here imply that the greatest virtue the public had was to follow government and Big Pharma blindly and that it is somehow virtuous to ask no questions because "it was an emergency." To some of us, more than you know, and many scientists, more than you know, that is not understandable at all. What a naive and childish view that governments never terrorize their citizens for profit and that Big Pharma who has repeatedly paid fines in the billions of dollars for fraud that involved people dying, are to be unquestiongly followed. We knew by March 2020 that only certain people were vulnerable. Yet not did you did question that during mandates, you cheered it on and demanded pregnant women, children and babies were forced to get multiple doses of an experimental injection they did not need. Do you have any idea the centuries of medical ethics that were thrown out the window? We have NEVER allowed experimentation on pregnant women or denied people informed consent. These issues were part of the reasonfor Nuremburg, for gawd's sake. We learned that "potential lesson" 80 years ago and you threw it out the window along with already established science, like natural immunity and basic biology. The truth about Ivermectin was less than a 5 minute Google search away. What prevented the general public from even just doing that one thing? IMO, Intellectual laziness. So don't pretend you're some kind of intellectual and moral person. Blind obedience to authorities that have proven track records of fraud and lies, is not a virtue. You, like many, have zero critical thinking ability and *THAT* is scary to the rest of us. Because if this was a huge marketing ploy to see how stupid the public is and how far they'll go in giving up everything they believe in by applying a bit of fear that only a few questions would have revealed as manufactured, we're in big trouble. You'll go along with absolutely ANYTHING an authority tells you to do or think. How you think that's a virtue is....beyond me. I don't think you're interested in potential lessons at all. You ignored all the lessons from history already. So, no. Not understandable at all.

  31. It was shameful what happened to Dr Raoult for suggesting that HCQ might might help fight covid. Every alt-left journalist' and keyboard warrior on the planet dragged his name through the mud, and all he tried to do was the very best thing for mankind: find a cheap, off-patent drug that might help fight covid, so that it was available to the masses in short order. Millions of leftards who didn't know a virulent phage from a violent purge were piling on one of the world's preeminent epidemiologists like he was Hitler reborn, just for trying to save lives. Ironically, all of those vax-shills considered Fauci a covid hero and living legend 🤣 On a slightly related note: nicotine, of all things, theoretically helped fight covid. It's toxic, so I can understand why it wasn't heralded as a cure, even if it did help at all, but there's so much disinformation out there that I'd never vouch for anything I read. Story goes like this... An article I read said that smokers in France were under-represented in covid death stats. Theoretically they're about 25% of the population, and due to the damage they've done to their lungs common sense dictates that they'd be some of the hardest-hit by covid, but they were only accounting for about 17% of covid deaths. Researchers said that covid binds to the same spot as nicotine so it was interfering covid's ability to wreak havoc, blahblahblah. Might have been total BS. I don't really care. It's just an interesting anecdote afaic. I don't smoke and I'd never start just to fight covid, and I'd never advocate for someone else to start smoking or go back to smoking just because of this either. So funny that Ex-Flyer had to click the down-button on your post 🤣 . Honestly, what was there for a vaxtard to get butthurt about?

  33. As far as I can see, maybe it's not so much about egalitarianism but how, in what plane the question of power is set: which of these XYZ political groups, with their respective programs, will address the highest priorities of the society at this time most effectively? as opposed to: which (of the two shows and presenters) you like better? The question democratic power is nothing like a show. The responsibility and consequences, no match. But the binary setting of the politics inevitably drives it all the way down to the latter. The contract between the elites and the populace is not one way: we rule you clap and feel happy. The elites have to identify the directions of meaningful positive change, show and prove them to the people. The people have to exercise their reason and responsibility when choosing who will lead them. Both are necessary for the democracy to persist into the next generation. We are living at the time of a simultaneous failure of both.

  34. He hasn't actually done anything, and when you listen to his replies they have a certain formula to them where he avoids having to talk about that. He first restates the problem as if he was the one bringing it up and stating it, (even if he disagrees), then he claims it's a problem everywhere and goes on about insigificant details and will pretend he's been talking to canadians about this, till people forget there WAS a question and then claims they're already fixing it without really saying how. He will then say he's trying to fix things for "All canadians' Pick a topic. The rise in interest rates for example. "Mr trudeau, why are interest rates climbing under your leadership" "I think you'll agree that inflation is one of the largest problems facing young people today. It's a global issue that's being felt in every country everywhere and as we know from the past inflation is a terrible thing that can quickly impact people's lives in a negative fashion. Canadians want lower inflation That's why my government will continue to do everything we can to fight inflation and create a better life for all Canadians trudeau's other little trick if you haven't noticed is to constantly say the word Canadians. And he insists on what Canadians want or what they believe or how they think. Canadians want vaccine hesitant people to suffer. Canadians know that I'm doing my best on inflation and if that's not good enough too bad. Canadians believe that parents have no right to know about their child's mental health. He thinks if he tells people that Canadians want or believe or whatever that they will be more likely to think that they should too because after all, the rest of Canada already wants or believes that way apparently.

Certainly by the end of the 70's they'd had their wars and israel was clearly kicking butt and wasn't going anywhere, was well recognized by the international community, and nothing was going to be changing that. That was over 50 years ago. But even then - being 'pissed' does not justify an attack like October 7th. 38. Let me ask you the World's Simplest Question: If tomorrow you became Prime Minister of Israel, and Hamas has: Attacked your country Declared War Murdered 1,400 civilians Kidnapped 250 additional civilians Refused to step down from power Refused to stop fighting against you Would you honestly just withdraw from Gaza and keep Hamas in power? The government of Israel, liberal or conservative, has an obligation to defend its citizens. If Israel withdraws from Gaza, Hamas will remain in power and they will continue to attack Israel. That would be unacceptable to: Israel, and Any other nation on Earth in similar circumstances Hamas is a terrorist organization. They seized power in Gaza by pulling the elected Fatah leaders from their homes and murdering them in the streets. You are literally and actually defending terrorists. You have already acknowledged that there is no way for Israel to defeat Hamas without incurring civilian casualties, especially because all Hamas combatant deaths are being classified as "civilian." If Israel kills a 16 year-old Hamas fighter armed with an AK-47, then "Israel has murdered a civilian child."

  40. Hi, Things Down Under are good. The craziness that has been going on over the past four years of Biden's Presidency re: social, political; economic and foreign policy really worries me though. Because we are essentially a satellite state of the US. If the American economy goes bad, then we in Australia are directly hit with the blow-back, and the same goes for the Democrats open Southern Border policy, The mass, indiscriminate influx of unvetted, non-Western illegal immigrants into America will also have a range of serious, direct repercussions for us unless the US Southern Border id re-secured pronto through Trump winning the Nov Presidential election. this year.. I understand that mass foreign immigration ( and the subsequent promotion of Diversity/multiculturalism) is a controversial issue in Canada too? Your country and mine have a very proud shared history, you know. In the Great War, Canuks and Aussies fought together in the trenches on the Somme and Flanders on the Western Front. We also manned fighter/bomber aircraft in the skies over Europe and we were together doing our bit in the D-Day operations at Normandy. I never forget this stuff. So any Canadian is always a friend of mine. Regards Dachshund.
