  1. For starters, Tucker Carlson defended himself Iawsuit by declaring under oath that he does not tell the truth during his segments on Fox and that his viewers know he’s lying. Guess you aren’t in on the joke.

  2. It appears Tucker's expose has upset a lot of folks. Finding out you've been lied to is never pleasant. The Libbie bots are out in full force, trying desperately to double-down on their lies but, nobody's going to believe them now. Meh...such is the shakey lives of liars. I pity these poor tortured souls somewhat. They are certainly desperate. But all their lies are now seeing the light of truth and they are watching the house of cards they built...crumble. So pity your local Libbies. They're going through a rough patch right now and perhaps a little sympathy will help them realize that liars and cheaters tend to get caught. Naw...who am I kidding? They'll just keep digging in and lie some more. Watch.

  3. See, I read that and all I hear is you don't like Tucker Carlson. The easy response to that is, so what? It's nothing like a point that's relevant to the video proof Tucker presented we were told lies during the Democrat subcommittee television mini-series event they tried to manipulate. The fact you and yours don't like Tucker means nothing in the face of that. You want to believe the lies you were told and Tucker made that difficult. So what?

  6. 1. Before when ? Before when Lenny Bruce was arrested for indecency for swearing on stage ? Before when the NAACP successfully boycotted Amos and Andy ? 2. I don't think that happens very often if at all. People walk out, though. That has always happened. 3. That's the ongoing discussion we're talking about here. 4. Well the world doesn't stop changing. You can't expect the social aspects of life to stay the same.

  7. It's part of the broader, overall racket. Big Pharma, the Dems and their sycophant media know that if they can make their useful id1ots militant, they can no longer leave the camp. IE, after they spend 2 years discriminating against the unvaxed, calling them names like racist and misogynist, banning their own family members from their homes due to their vax status, cheering on the gov't's mistreatment of fellow Canadians for essentially nothing, etc, accepting that they were fooled doesn't just mean that they have to apologize to family members or eat a lifetime's supply of crow - it means that they have to completely abandon the moral high ground. Most leftists don't get their self esteem from accomplishing things, so name-calling is their only source of pride. If they were wrong about all the things that they were accusing other people of, they are left with less than nothing. Essentially the Dems got their followers to cross the rubicon: there's no coming back. That's why name-calling is just a knee-jerk reaction for leftists now. They've become accustomed to never having any facts on their side. Another debate? Crack open another can of slurs and insults - done deal. I fell sorry for them, but I don't know how to help them.

  8. Well then I pity them. Its one thing to be fooled. Its quite another be willingly be fooled. That's insanity.

  10. Sure you can. People often never meet their idols and yet still miss them. I miss Jim Henson, never knew him. Yet you advocate for putin religiously who is the definition of a bloated presumptious personality, and who is a purveyor of war. Which makes no common sense. I'm sorry but you can't erase the dozens of posts you have made in favor of russia like that. It is OBVIOUS that is NOT your position. Who cares? They insisted they weren't going to attack the ukraine until they actually did. The embassador for russia did an interview in Canada just a week or so before and absolutely insisted there was no invasion coming, that the troop movements were normal every day stuff, etc. So what we know is that if the russians are saying they won't invade, they probably intend to invade. There's no defense of your position. There really isn't. You're sticking up for a violent evil man and pretending his war is justified and that we would be better to side with him and be russias ally and the us's enemy instead of the way it is now. You justify the deaths of innocent children and women and CLAIM to be afraid of nuclear war while demanding a policy that would lead us much closer to that. That is what you have done. I know you get mad when that gets pointed out and start calling people names but it is the absolute truth. And you need to think about what kind of person that makes you.

  11. I hope we can all agree that State violence should be kept to an absolute minimum. The cop who panicked and shot and murdered Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed woman who never threatened anyone, should be condemned. She obviously could have been arrested by one of the burly men standing nearby instead of killed! She was the only one intentionally killed on Jan. 6. Others died by accident, stroke or heart attack, suicide.

  12. People also have a right to boycott or tell Networks to deplatform views. And since it's a business, at the heart, comedy will be subject to the whims of the majority. There's no right to be offensive AND get paid for it.

  14. Well this has been debated many times of course. And there have been two attempts to open the constitution to address that. Meech lake and Charlottetown both tried to open the constitution for senate reform and both crashed badly, seriously damaging the gov'ts that proposed them. Remember the 'Triple E senate"? Elected, effective and equal? The senate does play SOME role. The senate was prepared to shoot down trudeau's emergency powers declaration. That's why he cancelled it. THe senate can slow down the legislative agenda by sending bills back to the house - there's only so many days to get legislation done in the house and if it gets wasted that means the gov't has to do fewer things than it wanted to. They can also criticize much like an opposition. In short - it's better to have them than not but not by all that much. The senate could be much much more effective.

  17. But it still has not sunk in to your brain that Carlson is LYING TO YOU. Seems you're one of the CULT who likes hearing bias confirmation LIES, cause you're completely IGNORING the discovery in which Dominion delivered clear documented statements that Carlson does not believe what he's telling you. Cognitive dissonance in ACTION. LMAO You're obviously another of the CULT members here who cannot admit they've been duped.

  18. There are many things associated with religious belief that may affect your stay. Are you kosher? Halal? is there any religious practices you may be participating in that will require them to be prepared for it such as mass? Do you believe in bood transfusions? These days i think they find more diplomatic ways to get to the same answers, but they are kind of relevant. GIving blood to someone who believes that's a sin would be a big deal.

  20. Government in Canada must be drastically shrunk. Bill C-11 is another means by which government can force-feed content on Canadians. This “protecting and supporting Canadian culture” is about top-down control of what people can read/watch. It constitutes government-approved content. The gate-keeping in Canada has to stop. I wonder how many billions could be saved and how much our taxes could be reduced by restricting our government’s powers. What do we need from them? Military, passports, ports, airports, some of Canada Post’s work, and Indigenous health and education (and benefits). Scrap just about everything else our federal government creeps into. These are morally dubious people who want to dictate how Canadians think and live. Defund the CBC and CRTC, and ban government funding of media (a conflict of interest that compromises the idea of a free press).

  22. The bottom line, from what we have seen of animal to human transmission is that it's not just "jumps hosts". The agent needs at least three essential constituent factors to move species: - an animal population that is close enough to make the initial transmission; - a human population to develop and adapt in; - time. All three were present in the previous coronavirus epidemics: SARS, 2002; MERS, 2006. And exactly: none of the three could be seen in the case of Covid: it came out of nowhere right with the necessary characteristics to transmit in humans, and no animal host in sight. Nothing funny, no? Still, the "most likely hypothesis"? How is this even possible? Are we still talking reason, intelligence and science here? Of course the alternative "conspiracy" until very recently, hypothesis does not have any of these problems. All would be there, the time (in the lab tube), the animal population (in cages) and the desired property. And again, it's not so much the virus a mystery here but what we learn about ourselves. Can a powerful clique really suppress obvious and legitimate and really, gaping questions so that a large part of modern science would produce only expected, prejudged as "correct" results for "as long as necessary"? Wow. How could we tell.

  23. I read a few papers on the origin of Covid and what strikes me in most pieces is an apparent derailment of the logical direction, especially in the analysis of genetic similarity. Bats have 96% proximity no wait pangolins over 90% all of this is beyond the point (from the outset I admin that this is not my area of specialization; maybe I don't get something or miss some important piece in the arguments). We have a fact: a virus that emerged apparently from nowhere, with very high, to extremely high transmission in humans. Many, most, all? that I know of, see disclaimer above, cases of zoonotic transmission have starkly, almost opposite characteristics: difficult, slow transmission in humans; identifiable animal host. SARS is like that, MERS and ebola, facts and they aren't going anywhere, regardless of probabilities. So shouldn't that be the question, the mystery to be answered in the first place, why and how, not the percentages of similarities? How can one just walk by it without even noticing? A mutation facilitating transmission in humans can emerge in bats randomly, sure. But it would have few to no advantages for a bat virus and would be washed away in a few generations. It wouldn't last. A combination of a lucky mutation with successful transmission would be double luck or super luck, and we have two different strains too! To what level can one credibly stretch improbability as "the most probable cause"? Surely that has to have been discussed in the research community, possibly I'm missing something and I'm curious to know the arguments.

  26. Been there done that, I'm Involved. It isn't changed a thing. I've been on our area planning commission for nearly 40 year and I've seen a few people move on to become MLA's. I recall when it was decided to hold our meetings via Zoom when COVID hit and within hours tongues were wagging and emails about dictatorship were flying. The mistrust has only gotten worse.
