She's an aide to Mike Pence. The only way they can justify not having Trump, Pence and everyone in the White House under Quarantine is because they say they're testing every day. Apparently Fauci and the Head of the CDC are under Quarantine! That's funny. Because Trump is also minimizing the value of broad testing across the country. They're trying to open parts of the country as cases are spiking without any avenue to test. This is a classic example of Cart Before Horse.
