  1. You are right of course. It is ironic. The Conservative government refused to arm our Honest John and Bomarc missiles with nuclear warheads in 1963. As a result, the govenment fell and the Liberals campaigned on a promise to give the Canadian Forces nuclear weapons. The pro- nuclear Liberals under Mike Pearson won. If we had our own independent nuclear weapons, we would not have NATO, or the Americans telling us what we can and can't do. I support NATO, but nobody wants to pay for a viable conventional military. We are surrounded by the three Super-powers all armed with nuclear weapons. Ukraine has the same population as Canada. They were the third largest nuclear power in the world. Then, they were suckered into giving away their 2900 nuclear weapons in exchange for a "guarantee" to defend their borders and sovereignty. The guarantors were UK, Russia and the USA. If they had declined the deal, there would have been no invasion and tens of thousands of Ukrainians and Russians would still be alive. For over fifty years, I have advocated Canada have a viable conventional force. I got no where.

We did not build sh!t, Justin thought it would be a good idea to buy it, That's all on the liberals....Had they been listening to Alberta we would have a cross Canada pipeline to the Maritimes, so we could take advantage of cheap oil instead of buying Saudi oil at inflated prices.... tons of other pipelines could have been built, along with bitumen processing plants, even regulaR refiners so we did not have to rely on the states to process our oil then sell it back to us at inflated prices....

  4. Each day I will post about someone who is involved with making America a better place. With so much hatred and division, one person stands out: AOC Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a true American hero. She came from humble beginnings in the Bronx, living with her working class family. AOC never had a free ride, like most politicians. She did it the old fashion way, putting herself through University by working as a waitress and bartender. She exhibits all the traits Americans should strive for. She cares for the working class, and is a peoples champion. Not only is AOC physically beautiful, but her heart is in the right place.

Who was going to build this pipeline to the east coast, there are no eastern refineries with the capacity to process heavy oil. Who was going to build those refineries?

Whether they exist or whether or not trump was involved in them or whether or not what trump did is unlawful is to be decided by a court challenge and a judge after the entire process is complete. And that's what your answer should be as well unless you're a big fan of Hitler and Stalin. There's no work around to that. This is why we have jurisprudence. Like i said, you can say that you find the balance of probabilities to be so, perhaps even clear and convincing but a criminal level of certainty needs to be tried in a court of law where evidence can be presented and tested. This lady didn't even go through a trial, for all you know they threatened her kid unless she gave a confession. So lets get to the meat of the matter. You don't give a shit about the law. You don't give a crap about what trump did or didn't do. And you couldn't give a flying eff about what does or doesn't exist. What YOU care about is orange man bad and to hell with people's rights, the importance of jurisprudence, or anythnig else. Which makes you a bad person. If you wanted to say "i find the evidence that trump did something convincing" that's perfectly fine, but you don't. You want him to have been found guilty by a court of law without ever having been in court for the issue. When trump has had a fair trial and a judge and jury has found him guilty and the appeals process has been satistfied then sure. Hell even before the appeals you can say he was convicted of it and to the best of our knowledge at this point he's guilty. but at this point all you can say is that you find the evidence we have compelling.
