Objectively, the facts show that the officer fired at her as she was driving her vehicle towards him. So, your brilliant argument is that shooting her did not stop her (it 100% did as she is dead and was shot multiple times) but pepper spray would have? Somehow magically pepper spray would go through the windshield? Listen, you clealry do not have much understanding or knowledge of weapons or use of force or deadly force. That was not a lie, she was pulled out into the middle of the road. The fact that ICE can slowy try to drive around her after traffic was slowed down and backed up is not evidence she was not impeding them, just not completely. There is no scale here where some obstruction is OK you clown. Also, she was pulled much farther out into the middle of the road before she was confronted and told to exit the vehicle. Quote
