OMG you just argued that exactly what I said was correct yet still claim it wasn't. Missed the fact that there were Provincial rights before there was even a Cdn constitution to enforce and said that was what their purpose then. So in the very few instances the teacher knows and the parent doesn't, there's a damn good reason for that isn't there?
