I thought you already said they were Nazi ideals? And if we don't know of 2 posters that would benefit from a spell in a re-education camp. Obvious the first education didn't work.

Wonder until your head explodes. Sweden had to agree not to shelter any more Kurd terrorists. But there must have been some huge conspiracy among all the other members you can probably uncover on the dregs of the Internet you can tell us about.... Canada doubled apricot quotas, Biden is sending California pistachios for balaclava, UK sending Erdogan a private shipload of Scotch... etc etc Like who gives a shit?

It's illegal not to consider someone's background whether they grew up in a mansion in Cape Cod or on a reservation or a project in some ghetto. So if you racist blockheads can see a way that doesn't involve race, feel free to tell us all. So chill, go sip on a mint julep on the porch while you supervise Pedro cutting your lawn.

Black woman exposes why Walmart left Chicago

We know you didn't say that bur your talking with someone who can't support his own argument, so has to make it about you instead. -
Doing the same as Mulroney did, hiking interest without also hiking income taxes and pumping the GST to 12%. That would stop inflation in it's tracks, wouldn't it?

Senior Discounts -Why do old people pay less?

I find it incredible that among such a crowd of ardent free enterprise supporters anyone should have to explain something so obvious. -
I was referring to Putin's collapse, not Russia as a whole. Even the USA wouldn't support that. Talk about a scenario for utter chaos! Japan would try to grab the Kuriles back, China Vladivostok, Mongolia... some 1dot like Trump would offer to BUY Siberia...

The sun doesn't shine and the wind doesn't blow all the time. But it is always sunny and windy somewhere. So linking everything together is proposed by some people, and pilot projects are already underway. It would be a huge undertaking, but where there's money to be made, there's a will. High Voltage Direct Current is a long-range transmission method.

Once visiting Seattle in the 1970s I ordered a Coors. The bartender loudly said "A Coors?" and a half dozen customers piled in and yelled that it was a Union town and they drank Union beer. Avoiding a punch up I pulled out my union card, told them I had no idea Coors was scab beer. All of them went 'Oh - he's a Canuck' and sat me down and bought me a jug. Don't remember, I think it was Rainier. Their TV ads were a motorcycle whizzing by and a voiceover RAINNN EEEER BEEER in those days. I did find some damn good brews on the US West Coast, the weren't the major labels though. Weinhart or something like that? Haven't been to the US in 30 years... but I will be visiting Hyder Alaska this summer, it's walking distance from my stepdaughter's home.

Bringing the administration of justice into disrepute

"Instead" they issued a warrant to arrest him and drag him into court? What did you want a dead or alive poster? -
You're being butt stubborn just to spite your face now. Arguing that there's no law that says you have to absolves ones responsibility to do so.

I wouldn't link drinking that to their IQ, only their lack of taste. After all the best selling burger in N America's a Big Mac, and look at the sugary crap most people think is great Chinese Food. Like I said, drink the p1sswater from Ann Hauser's bush?

I'm not saying they should or shouldn't use them. I'm pointing out that the NATO nations that signed the treaty are obligated to make sure that is known. We're one of them. I asked people for their opinions. Shit, if someone was invading my country I'd be mixing rubber cement and gasoline in my shed to burn them out of their trenches because we're not supposed to use real napalm....

Black woman exposes why Walmart left Chicago

7-11 just shut down some stores around here because of the level of shoplifting in that neighbourhood, similar shit is happening all over the place. But when it was reported they managed to do so without flagrantly reporting the colour of the person that told them and try to claim there was some connection to an organization representing that race. That was done specifically to promote hate against an identifiable group, no other reason. -
New Republican Election Bill
herbie replied to reason10's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
You're saying these rules were not already in place? Here you have a check to allow them to update elections info on your yearly income tax form. Election time you're mailed a voter card. Don't file, you ave to request one. You have to show the card, and 2 pcs ID (DL, medical, officlal govt ID have photos) to be handed a ballot. Of course you can't vote if you're not a citizen Mail in ballots have to be requested not just sent out w/o proper ID. Sometimes election ppl bring polls to hospitals & jails etc. You can still vote with proof of ID in another district and without being on the list. Votes are paper ballots counted by scrutineers right there at the station. No machines. Mail in ballots and those oddball votes are counted last, for official record purposes. If the number of them is enough to possibly make a difference they tell you on election night. Of course we don't vote directly for a Prime Minister, he's just the leader of the party with the most seats, which you can think of as sort of like your Electoral College by smaller areas not by whole states. Like, I can't believe you could just walk up and vote without ID or they just mail ballots out to the general public. Or that you don't have a non-partisan Federal Dept that says 'these are the rules to vote Federally and no exceptions'. States should have no right to say who and how citizens vote for President. -
Ontario needs to invest in EVs as a realistic Option.
herbie replied to Boges's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
Unfortunately the only thing that burns and helps the goal of CO2 reduction is hydrogen and burning that is the least efficient way to use it. Fuel cells took Apollo to the Moon over 50 years ago and some fuel cell EVs are already being tested for sale. You can rehash all the same objections all over again real soon if someone like Elon looks for a new project. Or wait for another 50 years of oil companies and the Big 3 telling you they're "still not there yet". -
The wife worked at the bar for years, Bud Lite in bottles. But most women customer didn't order beers at the bar. Just look at what they walk out of the Beer Store carrying, that's been one of the most popular. So they tried and it didn't work. So what? Stupid reason to not buy a product that you like. Not like they're using child labour or testing it on rabbit's eyes. It's just marketing, some agency's not gonna be rehired.

The treaty was signed long before Trudeau and endorsed by 123 countries, one of which was us. The PM is obligated to voice any objections. Only 4 NATO nations did not sign onto the treaty. So there's gonna be multiple objections, no one's going to "STFU". But as there's clauses that allow cooperation with nations that aren't in the treaty, that's all that will happen. Ukraine isn't a NATO member, nor a signatory to the cluster weapon treaty. Gee there's probably millions of gallons of napalm leftover from Vietnam war days. Anyone going to suggest using that as it was 'highly effective'? Don't think so, so labelling objecting to violating international treaties as "virtue signalling" is pretty crass. BTW I'm proud to be a citizen of one of the 123 "left" signatory countries. Some people can't keep their left/right obsession out of a discussion, eh?
