He did not come remotely close to that, borrowing double what he promised per year and then just carrying on getting worse and worse Trudeau has many failings, but if we're being honest if it weren't for his absolute complete and utter disaster and failure economically coupled with his absolutely disastrous Immigration policy, he probably wouldn't have looked that bad. But those two things push him way over the top into the category of worst prime minister in history.
